We stayed here for just one night while passing through — and that’s honestly the only downside, because we really liked it and would have happily stayed longer. The staff are very polite and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care and pay attention to details. Everything is thoughtfully designed: comfortable, clean, and very pleasant. The property consists of several villas arranged around a pool. The pool itself is great — easy access and very convenient to use. The room doesn’t offer much in terms of cooking facilities, but everything else is perfectly arranged. The bed is very comfortable, with an excellent mattress. Breakfast is served buffet-style, and the staff carefully maintain cleanliness and order. It’s also a very quiet and peaceful place.

Layanan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu baik, dan kawasan awam juga cantik, tetapi bilik hotel dari segi kemudahan, kebersihan, hingga penebat bunyi adalah sangat teruk. Saya tidak tahu berapa peratus bilik yang mempunyai pintu penyambung di tengahnya. Dua pintu kayu nipis itu langsung tidak kedap bunyi, dan saya boleh mendengar setiap perkataan yang diucapkan jiran sebelah dengan jelas pada tahap suara normal. Penebat bunyi dinding juga sangat teruk, menyebabkan saya tidak dapat tidur setiap malam sehingga pukul 3 atau 4 pagi kerana jiran sebelah yang berpesta. Kemudian pada pukul 7 pagi, saya sudah dikejutkan oleh gelak tawa dari bilik sebelah yang disambungkan. Terdapat bangku di bawah pancuran mandian, tetapi tekanan air sangat rendah. Air pancuran hanya cukup untuk sampai ke bangku, jadi bagi mereka yang tidak suka mandi duduk, anda terpaksa membengkokkan badan ke dalam bangku untuk mandi, yang sangat tidak selesa. Pengering rambut sudah berkarat, anginnya panas dan perlahan, dan ia mudah menggaru. Infinity Aonang Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The lobby was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway. Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the food—just ask him anything you need! Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. Facilities: • Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellent—both muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing. • Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely. Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

Pertama sekali : Saya membuat permintaan khas, tetapi yang ini tidak berlaku kerana trip.com / hotel sama ada membuatnya berlaku. Memandangkan ia adalah perjalanan ulang tahun dengan teman wanita saya, hanya dengan mudah menghias ulang tahun bahagia di dalam bilik. jadi nampaknya mereka tidak mengendahkan, tiada apa yang dilakukan. Bilik itu bersih, tetapi katilnya sangat keras. Pada hari ke-2 saya, belakang saya terasa agak sakit kerana tidur tilam/bantal ini, tetapi ia selesa untuk berehat, agak, tiada sebarang bunyi. Sarapan pagi adalah hebat, biasanya layan diri dan masih kurang minda perkhidmatan. Tetapi secara keseluruhan, semuanya ok. Mengenai pantai di bahagian hadapan, saya tidak dapat memberitahu begitu banyak kerana kami tidak menikmatinya di sana, tetapi kami memutuskan untuk mengadakan makan malam ulang tahun kami di luar.

Centara Life Phu Pano has the infrastructure to be a 5-star property, but unfortunately the level of service and attention to detail falls well short of that, making it feel more like a 3-star experience. The positives first: the pool is fantastic and was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The longtail boat ticket booth for Railay and the nearby islands is about a 20-minute walk (or just a short, inexpensive Grab ride away). The hotel also offers a shuttle, although the schedule didn’t fit our plans, so we never used it. Our room was on the small side but comfortable enough. However, the biggest issue was the air conditioning, which automatically shut off every two hours throughout the night. We reported this to reception three separate times during our four-night stay. Each time we were told maintenance had checked it, but the problem was never resolved, forcing us to wake up repeatedly every night to turn it back on. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. One afternoon, housekeeping cleaned our room but forgot to leave any towels. We informed reception, spent about two hours at the pool, and returned to find that nothing had been delivered. We had to go back to reception a second time and explain that we wanted to shower immediately and could not wait any longer. Even then, we were asked to wait in the lobby until someone finally brought us two basic towels. This simply shouldn’t happen. Another example of the lack of attention to detail was a plate of leftover food left outside a room, right next to a staff area, that remained in the corridor for three days. It was only removed after we informed reception. On the positive side, the kettle in our second room wasn’t working, but it was replaced promptly once reported. Overall, I would stay here again if the price is right, mainly because of the excellent pool and convenient location. Just don’t expect the level of service normally associated with the Centara brand. Local tips: We highly recommend Image Wash for laundry—their industrial machines wash and dry everything in about 45 minutes. For affordable and delicious Thai food, Dee Dee Restaurant on the main road became one of our favorite spots.

This is a natural oasis. We were immersed in nature the moment we stepped in. The resort beautifully co-exists with its surroundings, which we absolutely loved. If you are booking, do keep in mind that the resort is built on hills, so you would need to wait for the shuttle to travel to and from different areas within the property. The room was extremely clean with no complaints at all. However, since the resort is located in the hills and surrounded by nature, there were ants and insects attracted to the lights, especially at night. Because of this, we could only really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi during the daytime. There are also monkeys and monitor lizards around the resort, although I only spotted two monitor lizards during our stay. The in-house restaurant and pool were very good as well and added to the overall experience. The whole place feels very remote and peaceful — truly the kind of destination that helps you disconnect, relax, and heal.

Kami amat menghargai perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma ke Pantai Ao Nang, beroperasi setiap dua jam bermula pada tengah hari, yang memudahkan anda menerokai kawasan itu. Walaupun lokasi tepi pantai menawarkan pemandangan yang menakjubkan, perlu diingat bahawa pantai itu sendiri tidak sesuai untuk berenang kerana sifatnya yang berbatu. Walau bagaimanapun, pelbagai kolam renang di lokasi lebih banyak daripada ini, memberikan banyak peluang untuk bersantai dan bermain.
