PPengguna TetamuBiliknya mewah, luas. Terbahagi kepada zon. Lorong, bilik tidur, dapur, ruang tamu. Air panas di bilik mandi. Bilik dibersihkan setiap hari!!! Bilik ini mempunyai microwave, pengering rambut, cerek dan aksesori teh, kopi, air. Agak jauh dari laut. Tiada pantai berenang berdekatan. Anda perlu pergi ke pulau-pulau dengan bot teksi. Dapur dan pinggan mangkuk tidak mencukupi di dalam bilik. Kolam renangnya bersih, tetapi tiada kerusi berjemur di sekelilingnya. Secara keseluruhan, ia bukan hotel yang buruk. Terdapat sebuah kedai berdekatan dengan barangan seperti di 7/11

BBoris BorskiIt's a long read, brace yourselves! We stayed in Vipa Tropical Resort for 5 nights and the trouble started right when we moved in. They showed us to the room, which was the a bungalo next to the pool. It looked nothing like the pictures of the room we booked. So I went to the reception and said ”that doesn't look like our room”. After some debate (we were told that they are fully booked and, in reality, this was an upgrade) they took us to Superior room #113. At first glance, it was the room that we booked, but then... things started to come to light... All firnuture was old and beaten down. Literary! There were bits and whole pieces missing or broken. So I made a complaint to Trip.com and demanded to either manage the situation or get me a full refund. While they promised to resolve the issue whithin an hour, we went out into town and when we got back reception was already closed (not a 24h service), so we went to our room, decided to ”sleep on it”, pulled the cover from the bed... it was stained and the blanket was dirty, like it wasn't changed from previous stay. Another call to support and there was nothing that could do about it, but to offer to wait until morning. We spent the night cramped on the couch. In the morning I went to the reception, called the lady into thr room and said ”I don't care about the furniture, but at least the sheets have to be white and clean and crisp”. She tried to tell me that those are clean, just the laundry that they use isn't doing a good job.... Again, we went out for the day and by the time we got back the sheets were white, clean and crisp. And Trip.com agent offered us some coins ”for the trouble”. After night 4, there was a knock on the door and we were offered to look at the room #114... And it was PERFECT! Just next door. The bed was clean, the furniture was brand new, the shower had strong and hotter water. Why, oh why?!?! Oh yeah, they were fully booked and just moved people around.... Besides, all the trouble, the nature around is stunning. Very green and quiet. And the cliff massively hanging above is nothing but spectacular, but... that's where the good part ends. P.S.: There waa a ”do not disturbe” sign on our door. And yet, when we got back from our day trip, there were towels and TP and two bottles of water sitting on the couch. Quite disturbing, concidering there's no safe deposit box in the room Not going to stay there again.

PPengguna TetamuI had an exceptional stay at Phi Phi Long Beach Resort Villa. In my experience, this is the most balanced and comfortable location on the island. Other areas tend to be overcrowded and noisy, especially considering that Phi Phi receives massive daily traffic from Krabi, Phuket, and other nearby destinations. Most visitors are day-trippers or short-term guests, while only a small number stay for a week or longer. For a 5–6 day holiday, this area is ideal. I found a very good deal for this hotel and paid 60 USD per night, which is an excellent price for the overall level, location, and quality of breakfast. The rooms are spacious, though some construction materials are visibly exposed—cracks, chips, unpainted surfaces, and panels that could be better finished. I booked a twin room with two single beds, but such a room was not available upon arrival. The hotel provided an extra bed free of charge, resulting in a king bed plus a single bed. Space was sufficient, and cleanliness was consistently maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, working daily and attentively. The air conditioning performs well. The shower is basic, just an open floor without separation, but for this price and for an island with limited logistics, this is acceptable. Electricity works reliably. Wi-Fi exists but only functions near the reception area. Rooms are located higher up the hill, and in my unit the signal did not reach at all. This was the biggest disappointment, as I had to rely on mobile data. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides a free transfer from the main pier during check-in and check-out hours. We preferred not to rely on the schedule and used long-tail taxis instead: 120 THB per person during the day and 150 THB in the evening. Around the hotel there are many good cafés; walking to the right side of the beach you can find a small, cozy place where we ate regularly without any issues. I would not recommend eating in the main tourist center, where food hygiene complaints are common. The concierge team helps with luggage upon arrival and departure; when arriving by long-tail boat they meet you at the beach and deliver bags directly to your room. The standard tip is 100 THB, which I found reasonable considering the heat and the distance across the sand. The hotel has a swimming pool, though I chose not to use it, as I wasn’t sure about water replacement frequency. Breakfast offers a wide selection, consistently good coffee, and fresh fruits—usually dragon fruit and watermelon, or pineapple and watermelon. The continental options are solid, with a few Thai dishes available. Breakfast was excellent and kept us full until late afternoon. The beach is outstanding, with beautiful water and a peaceful atmosphere. I recommend buying water shoes, as sea urchins are present; I saw them while snorkeling. The water quality, sand, and overall environment are exceptional and fully worth the stay. We visited the central area once and immediately understood that it was not for us: loud, crowded, chaotic, and unpleasant. I would not recommend staying anywhere near the central streets. Long Beach offers everything needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel and advise future guests to explore reviews of this specific area, as they will be helpful.

Additionally, the tranquil ambiance of the town provided the perfect backdrop for moments of relaxation and introspection. The staff at Well Timed Hotel proved to be invaluable guides during my stay. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to assist were evident from the moment I arrived. Upon check-in, they graciously shared a detailed town map, highlighting must-visit attractions and hidden gems. Their helpful recommendations enriched my experience, allowing me to explore Krabi Town with confidence and ease. One of the standout features of Well Timed Hotel is its accessibility. Despite not renting a motorcycle or driving a car, I found it incredibly convenient to navigate the town during the day. With the assistance of the hotel staff, arranging Grab car services was a breeze, ensuring seamless transportation to and from various destinations. This accessibility further enhanced the overall convenience of my stay, providing flexibility and peace of mind. In conclusion, my two-day, one-night retreat at Well Timed Hotel was a serene and convenient experience that exceeded my expectations. From its prime location near the night market to the helpfulness of its staff and ease of transportation arrangements, it's a hidden gem in Krabi Town that offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience for discerning travelers.

PPengguna TetamuCheck in was a breeze with luggage handlers helping carry your luggage from the pier to the hotel. The reception girls are really lovely and helpful with whatever request you might have(like booking boats to your next destination), just remember to say please and thank you(kohp khun ka/krap). The hotel is the last one on the pier side bay, therefore is really quiet, even now in high season. The down low is that you have to walk 20minutes to restaurants and bars on 30+ degree heat + high humity,so expect to arrive sweating both ways. The hotel itself is probably 40/50 years old and seems that never been renovated, the inside of the rooms need freshing up,paint etc...an overall renovation of the whole building. Although the rooms were clean, aircon was good and our room with the pool access(1 of 3) had great views from the bay. Pool was also clean and it was at a good temperature. If you are here for just a couple of days it is fine. Breakfast is basic but they have an egg station, so you can order your eggs however you prefer. And the black coffee was great too(better than other hotels we stayed in Bangkok/Krabi). The hotel staff were very kind to supply my wife with Flying Rabbit(a local thai version of gaviscon/diarrhoea medicine) which helped a mild food poisoning combined with charcoal tablets. Moreover, the hotel has a little private beach with sun lounges at the very end of the bay, perfect for chilling when you don't have any boat trips booked for the morning. Be aware that it becomes shady after around 3pm because its so close to the mountain. Also there were monkeys signs on your doors to keep them lock to prevent curious monkeys of rummaging through your stuff but we haven't seen any during our 3 night stay. Would I stay at this hotel again? Probably not unless completely renovated:, too far from the restaurants and bars and very old/tired. Make sure you use some walking shoes when going out because you definitely gonna hit that 10000 steps mark.

TTavivI chose this hotel after walking past it earlier and seeing the pool from the outside. It looked nice enough to convince me to stay here. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. It seems that this hotel and next to it the Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort Is the same hotel with the same management just with different name To start with the positives — the staff are polite and helpful. Someone waited for us and other at the pier when we arrived with the ferry ⛴️ and helped transport the luggage to the hotel (about a 15-minute walk). Reception staff were friendly as well. That’s appreciated — but also fairly standard service in this area, Breakfast is acceptable there is enough variety to satisfy basic hunger. However, there is no proper coffee machine and the bread selection is disappointing. The baguette, for example, was dry. On the positive side, the dining area has a beautiful sea view. Honestly, the view is more satisfying than the food itself. The hotel itself is clearly neglected. The grass is burned and not maintained, trees and bushes are not trimmed, and the overall property looks like it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time. The room lighting in the room is very poor. The bed is acceptable but the bathroom lighting is extremely weak I couldn't see myself shaving and the water pressure is barely enough for a normal shower. The air conditioner also works weakly and noisy Honestly, it’s hard to understand how management feels comfortable selling rooms in this condition. If the hotel doesn’t care about its guests, why should guests care about the hotel? Luckily, I booked only one night to test the place first. I’m leaving and moving somewhere else. And the pool the reason I chose this hotel in the first place was the biggest disappointment. The water is very warm and smells strongly of chlorine, tiles inside the pool are missing or broken, the internal steps feel unsafe, some chairs are torn, and some areas of the synthetic carpet are ripped. So yes — the pool looks nice from the outside. Just don’t make the mistake of getting closer.

PPengguna TetamuThe best part of the hotel is the location. If you take a house with sea view you will be in the first line and the views are amazing. We really enjoyed this. The shower was pretty bad, water is partly salty and the water pressure is very very low, butt off course it is functional and you can shower. Breakfast was normal, nothing special, quite repetitive. There are many lovely cats around. In general is a good hotel to enjoy the contact with the nature and the sea.

She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too. PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is amazing! It used to be a temple so it has a fantastic Thai architecture. The room and bathroom were really big and spacious. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping is daily and dedicated. The aircon worked well, the bed was comfortable and there's plenty of furniture in the rooms. The swimming pool is big and in good condition. The hotel is right in front of the beach but not in the central Ao Nang area. The wifi was very weak during the whole stay.
