The Host is well polite and really helpful during our family stay. The pool in really good condition and the location is not far from the night market

甲米普拉灣海灘有着最美的夕陽和晚霞，在這裏可以邊欣賞落日邊品嚐精緻的美食，推薦米其林Sritrang泰國特色風味餐廳，非常有特色的烹調，泳池吧的飲品和簡餐也非常棒，Lealay海鮮餐廳的食材非常新鮮、精緻。早餐也很棒，半自助點餐，咖啡、香檳很好喝。我們訂的海風閣在二樓，位於隱世閣的上層，每個院子基本是4套villa，房間很大,舉架非常高，衞生間的棚頂有花瓣型玻璃，可以看到天空。房間裏有夾腳拖鞋、編織包、草帽、防曬乳、防蚊液，蘆薈膠，但建議防曬乳還是自己準備高倍數的。有個小問題就是床實在有點太大了，衹能從一側下地不太方便，還有就是蚊蟲實在太多了，每天都會被蚊子叮2個腫包。管家Maya是個非常可愛的女孩，非常貼心、耐心，buggy車開的特別好，隨叫隨到，微信溝通訂餐和參加活動，隨時翻譯語言無障礙。每天早晨9點有船送去宏島，可以前一天跟管家預約，用房間的編織包和草帽，船員有給準備浮潛用品，但宏島的海灘浮潛真的太糟糕了，能見度非常低而且衹有五帶豆娘魚，個人建議沒有必要浮潛了。宏島的360觀景台特別棒，一定要登到頂，景色絕美！另外還可以跟管家約車去附近的7-11補一點小商品。總之，雖然路途遙遠，需要在曼谷轉機，但值得前往。

OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort оставил после себя именно те эмоции, ради которых хочется возвращаться в Таиланд снова. С первых минут чувствуется высокий уровень сервиса и невероятно тёплая атмосфера. Персонал здесь действительно делает всё, чтобы отдых был комфортным и беззаботным. Искренние улыбки, внимание к деталям, забота в каждом взаимодействии — именно это создаёт ощущение настоящего гостеприимства. Сам курорт очень красивый и гармоничный: ухоженная территория, стильная архитектура, атмосфера спокойствия и уединения. Здесь удалось сохранить ощущение тропического острова, при этом добавив современный комфорт и эстетику. Отдельного внимания заслуживает ресторан. Обслуживание было превосходным — профессиональным, внимательным и очень приятным. Каждое посещение оставляло только положительные впечатления. Завтраки были великолепными: большой выбор, свежие продукты, отличное качество блюд и очень красивая подача. Особенно запомнился десерт, который шеф-повар приготовил прямо при мне. Это был тирамису — невероятно нежный, идеально сбалансированный и, без преувеличения, один из лучших, что я пробовала. Было видно, сколько внимания и любви здесь вкладывают даже в такие детали. Именно люди делают это место особенным. Весь персонал создаёт атмосферу спокойствия, комфорта и искренней заботы, благодаря чему отдых ощущается по-настоящему особенным. Спасибо всей команде OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort за прекрасный опыт и незабываемую атмосферу. Это место, куда действительно хочется вернуться.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted guests with a warm smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel environment is beautiful and relaxing, with a great location near the beach. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and attention to detail could be seen throughout the property. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant vacation experience.

Hotel buffet breakfast was good with wide varieties. Their pastries were so good, even had freshly baked croissant hourly. However, the kids club and gym were under maintenance and relocated to ballroom and boutique respectively. Hotel provided free ice cream for kids daily as compensation. The room condition need to be improved whereby the closet door was hard to push and shower head is leaking, two of the lights were not functioning well. Pillows were too soft compared to the sofitel we stayed in bali few years ago. Room cleaning done twice a day were impressive.

We wholeheartedly recommend Nakamanda. This hotel is a perfect blend of stylish design, impeccable service, and absolute privacy. The private pool villas are beautiful and secluded, offering a true sanctuary. The staff is exceptional—attentive, personalized, and always smiling. While the beach is small, the stunning tiered pool and the excellent, tranquil spa more than compensate. It's ideal for couples or anyone seeking a luxurious, peaceful retreat away from the crowds, yet still close enough to visit Ao Nang. A truly flawless and memorable experience.

Beautiful hotel with a very nice and modern pool landscape located directly at a beach which actually can only be entered from the hotel perimeter. Rooms ware nice, large enough, comfortable and very clean (we booked two rooms as we are a family of four). The service is great. The staff always kind and helpful. The location is quite remote, which is good for anybody looking for peace & relax. But the closest restaurants and bars are in a walking distance of at least 20-25 minutes on a road without a walkway. Taxis (Grab) are cheap though and waiting time is only a couple of minutes. The prices in the hotel are rather high compared to other restaurants in Krabi.

This was my first time staying at a hotel with traditional Thai architecture, like what you’d see in palaces and temples, and it was such a cool experience. The room was totally worth the price, clean, tidy, and pretty spacious for just me traveling alone. The vibe of the place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet it’s only a few steps away from the beach! There’s also a swimming pool which is great for families and kids friendly. Plus, there's a local night market not too far away, which was great to check out. The breakfast here was spot on, and the staff were all so nice and helpful. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back again! 😍
