The hotel is fabulous, the staff attentive and friendly, the food impressive and the facilities fab. The air conditioning is only on during the summer months, but as the windows open, that was fine for a perimenopausal woman! Their non alcoholic drinks were delightful and Andre the bar man even created his first Espresso Martini for me. The transfer driver we booked to the airport (Christine) was a joy too. The hotel is on the edge of a Galleria, but out of site, so handy for the supermarket or if you want to eat offsite. As a vegetarian who doesn't drink milk I found the breakfast to be fine, in fact I ate something different on the 3 mornings.

Ogni volta che vado a Parma mi fermo in questo albergo perché è vicinissimo alla stazione centrale e a due passi dal centro. La colazione è ricca e varia e se non ti va di cercarti un ristorante per cenare c’è un ristorante dentro l’albergo. La struttura è nuova e le camere ottime!

vanno fatti i complimenti per il recupero edilizio fatto per questo hotel, la struttura molto bella con un ampio giardino. Ampio parcheggio ma non asfaltato, quindi se piove c'è un po da sporcarsi. Stanze pulite e con arredamento abbastanza nuovo , bagno spaziose e doccia molto grande. Scelta di cuscini e coperteaggiuntive. Manca un topper nel materasso e se ne sente la mancanza. Il ristorante non l'ho provato se non colazione che è abbatanza varia fra dolci e salati. Manca un po di prodotto del territorio che se inserito a menù colazione, vista l'altissima qualità di salumi e formaggi locali, potrebbero venderlo in uno shop interno che manca. Suggerimento.. andrebbe ristrutturata anche la parte dietro perchè l'affaccio dalle finestre non è il massimo. Vicinissimo all'aeroporto ma non essendo trafficato non si sentono voli notturni, un po distante dal centro città quindi non agevole per chi va in visita a Parma.

I was allocated in a room in a separate building about 500m from the hotel building. This gives you some sort of feeling of independency and either the hotel or this additional site is close to town centre, everything is easily approachable by foot. The room was clean and spacious with its own balcony. The only thing I'd dispute is that although the place seemed fairly quiet I got a room with disabled bathroom, hard to understand why. The size of the TV is about the size of my tablet.

Great location just off the A1. Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us. The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

We stayed here at the hight of Covid, and had the worse dinner and breakfast of any hotel we had ever stayed at, ie a microwaved pizza and breakfast pastry’s/bread 4 or 5 days old. I am so glad to say things have changed. We had a hot and tasty meal. Not gourmet, ( I don’t think residents of Parma would use it) but fuel for our journey. Not expensive. Breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff spoke good English which is not typical, and one of them even asked us if we had every we needed, and could she get us anything. Everything was nice and fresh and a good selection. You could have breakfast outside if you wished. As before the receptionist were very good, and the room also excellent, a very reasonable size. Suitable for more then a one day stay. Since our terrible experience we have been staying many times at the Hotel Real Fine Baia del Re in Modena, which has the most wonderful restaurant which the locals do use. But the hotel was fully booked. So, we have a choice in future.

L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla a pochi minuti dal centro di Parma e dlla zona fiera. Non è facile da trovare perchè si trova alla fine di un lungo viale interno e l'insegna è parzialmente ostruita dsi rami. Si tratta di una cascina ben ristrutturata a fuianco di un'azienda produttroce di latte e formaggio per cui all'esterno aleggia un odore non proprio piacevole che però all'interno non si sentre più. La reception è piccola e soprattutto fino alle 16.30 si rischia di trovare chiuso. Le camere sono molto carine con pietre a vista e mobili funzionali, bagno grande con vasca triangolare, peccato per la mancanza della doccia. I knew I had made the right hotel choice the moment I arrived to park my rental car in front of the hotel in the historic district — the generous host and owner, Signor Vittorio, immediately offered to arrange to take my car to private, covered parking (and he brought the car back to us upon departure). This hotel can’t be any more centrally located — 10 meters from the baptistery and the main piazza. We enjoyed our spacious family suite (Violetta, rm 7), designed in an early 19th century style, and with view on the quieter rear courtyard. Only slight inconvenience is to have to leave the hotel in the morning to choose one of two hotel-affiliated breakfast places (both good), and only 10-20 meters from hotel. I appreciated the attention to detail to send us clear directions about driving through historic Parma which limits car traffic.

We stayed three nights here. The room had an ingenious but fully functional hideaway kitchen, which had a small refrigerator, cooktop and some place settings. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a nice small garden and the owner has a large solar farm capable of 50 kwh production. The breakfasts are a little unusual are they are more like a cookie/pastry bar. All of these treats made by the owner. Argaland is located further down the small road than indicated on Apple maps. Look for a sign. The only other comment is that the main road is busy and doing a left turn toward the city requires care and patience.

Bellissimo albergo situato in campagna facilmente e comodamente collegato alla città. Spazi comuni ampi, personale accorto e professionale. Camere comode e funzionali. The location couldn’t be better - literally at the train station, easy walk into the old town. Our room was clean and a decent size, with two twin beds, desk, and closet. The bathroom looked to be recently renovated and was a good size with a shower and separate tub. Unfortunately, metal shutters were locked down over the windows, so no view or fresh air. Getting to the room (on the 2nd floor) required two different elevators. During our stay, there was no wifi available and our safe didn’t work. No English channels on the TV. Breakfast is served in the basement but has very little to offer - nothing warm, no fruit, no eggs. This place has potential, but isn’t quite there.

We stayed here at the hight of Covid, and had the worse dinner and breakfast of any hotel we had ever stayed at, ie a microwaved pizza and breakfast pastry’s/bread 4 or 5 days old. I am so glad to say things have changed. We had a hot and tasty meal. Not gourmet, ( I don’t think residents of Parma would use it) but fuel for our journey. Not expensive. Breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff spoke good English which is not typical, and one of them even asked us if we had every we needed, and could she get us anything. Everything was nice and fresh and a good selection. You could have breakfast outside if you wished. As before the receptionist were very good, and the room also excellent, a very reasonable size. Suitable for more then a one day stay. Since our terrible experience we have been staying many times at the Hotel Real Fine Baia del Re in Modena, which has the most wonderful restaurant which the locals do use. But the hotel was fully booked. So, we have a choice in future.
