Perfect location, especially easy access to the Vienna airport which takes only 20 minutes. Walking distance to the city centre. Big rooms with spacious toilet, and perfect room temperature. Very friendly staff both at the reception and room service( shoutout to the kind Bulgarian lady for our room service) Delicious varied breakfast buffet! The only things that could improve is the gym equipment, a few weights and/or kettlebells would be a lot more helpful. Also, adding a separate bin for papers in the rooms helps with recycling. Overall, I totally recommend this hotel

酒店位於類似北京的王府井，上海的南京路的維也納老城中心，維也納中央火車站下來轉U1兩站，歌劇院出口上來溜達3-5分鐘就到了，酒店距離：大教堂步行5分鐘阿爾貝蒂娜博物館步行3分鐘金色大廳步行7分鐘美景宮步行18分鐘安可鍾步行10分鐘奧地利圖書館步行8分鐘維也納藝術史博物館步行10分鐘莫扎特紀念公園步行8分鐘 ……總之，老城所有你想去的地方都可以步行到達，我想以前王室出行也不想太過舟車勞頓。周邊餐廳、超市、小吃、咖啡館太多啦，所以沒有體驗早餐，無法評論。膠囊咖啡、茶包每日更新，最喜歡梅子味的果茶包。Minibar收費，退房時候自報用量和品種，我住的房間裏沒有帶靠背的小沙發，所以看電視、喝茶吃點心有點尷尬，坐在墩墩上沒依沒靠的，不過呆在房間裏的時候畢竟不多。

Rooms and breakfast really great and in the beautiful 13. District with the palace around the corner and many places to enjoy good food. What really turned me off was the unpleasant lady receptionist, being rude and unhelpful. I would expect a bit more friendly staff in the front office of a 4+ star hotel. Leading up to the visit we also had troubles with the booking and one of our rooms got “lost” and brought a lot of confusion and frustration. It almost felt like we had to apologize the inconvenience of booking rooms.

Good enough Hotel for a small break, hotel was located not far from city centre , local transport also available outside the hotel, good 45-60 minute walk to the town centre. Bit disappointed about breakfast service as lack of staff at the breakfast area, every morning we had to ask for things to be topped up as 1 person couldn’t do everything, felt sorry for the guy, hope things will improve . Good overall experience.

Hotel what you can get with a really good price in Vienna. It’s a little bit outside of the city but it was just what we wanted. Hotel itself is nice and decent. But were extremely unlucky: we had the room and window to the golf field side but 6:30 in the morning started some maintenance guy blow the grass in the golf field exactly under our window for 2 hours. We had ear plugs but they didn’t help much. As we were on the road and lot of driving ahead we were really sad about it. I guess it would have not been an issue if the room was in the other side of the hotel.

Disappointing hotel which was full of tour groups so it was really busy. There was nowhere to sit in the lobby. The lifts didn't work. The rooms were a long way from the lifts. The wifi signal was very poor. We had no coffee or milk in our room. The hotel didn't seem to be in a nice area, it was like a building site. There was a lot of noise from adjacent flats long into the night. Breakfast was ok but too many people.

The hotel is a little old. But its good location and sound management has continued to attract customers. It takes less than a minute to walk to an underground station, which is just minutes away from all the hot spots. The hotel has undergone refurbishment. All amenities of a 4 stars hotel are there. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff are polite and helpful. A friend checked in at 7 a.m. was given room right away with no extra charge. The breakfast, a little pricey (€17), has a decent selection. The waiters are attentive.

If you need a kitchen area for your stay then this hotel fits the bill. Read the instructions that are given to you on arrival though as if you are responsible for setting off the fire alarm, it could cost you dear. We chose to have breakfast in the hotel. It’s adequate without being great. The location is good with access to trams very close to the front door of the hotel. We were never bothered by noise. The bed, even though it can be folded away was a good. Neither my wife or I had any problems sleeping. The only gripe I have is the 50euro deposit we were asked to pay on arrival, 22/04/24, which has still not been refunded to my account even though we checked out 26/04/24. This delay in returning deposits is poor really and does not reflect well on a business…

Just returned from 3 nights stay. From the beginning to the end we have had a lovely time. The hotel is very modern, all decor and furnishing is very high standard. It is located less than 5 mins from the train station and literally opposite from the famous Schoennbrunn Palace. The bed is very comfy you have a choice of pillow to choose from should you wish to. Just ask reception or request via email through iPad in the room. Dressing gown, slippers, shower cap, shower gel , tea and coffee facilités are provided. The maid comes daily and if you decide not to have your room clean. They offer you 2 free drinks either from the bar downstairs or from the mini fridge in your room. We really enjoyed the breakfast too. And my decaf skinny latte. My favourite is the scrabble eggs. I am pescatarian and a fussy eater. You do have a lot of choices and thoroughly enjoyed it. We recommend the hotel and cannot wait to come back with the rest of my family and friends. Ps: Special thanks to Nadine. She was a gem.

PPigpig5DN1LGood experiences: Very good location. 1 min from the Metro station. Supermarket in a distance of 30 seconds walk. Water and apple in the lobby as refreshment. Relatively affordable in Vienna. Bad experiences: Unstable water temperature during bathing. That made me just like travelling between hell and heaven for many times. They opened the window when I was out. Then I found insects when I came back. That was a bit disgusting and I need to spend time to deal with the insects. No telephone so I can’t seek help at once. The toilet flush wet the floor.

PPir8guyI've stayed at three or four different hotels in Vienna, but this is my hand's down favorite. In fact, i's one of my favorite hotels anywhere. First, the location cannot be beat. 3 minutes from Stephandom, but just far enough away from the big crowds. My superior double room was spectacular: huge, with a full couch, chairs and coffee table. Very high ceilings, and the bed was very comfortable. The cherry on top was the small balcony, which overlooked 2 cafes, and the church to the left. Yes, there was noise coming from the cafes, but it wasn't too much of a bother. The breakfast was excellent, and the entire staff was top notch. There is absolutely nothing I can say negatively about this property, so its 5 stars for me! (One note: This property is very fairly priced for the value you get.)

PPengguna TetamuMy wife and I have just checked out after staying for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious with a refrigerator included and Nadia on hotel reception was great with us and extremely helpful. Location is close by to Zeiglergasse Ubhan Station and you can get to the city centre within minutes. Local grocery store Billa just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Breakfast is great, lots to choose from something suitable for everybody, the lady at the breakfast is really helpful and kind. Reception staff are helpful However, the room was freezing on the first night I was so cold I had to sleep in my jumper in the morning when I felt the radiators they were off and the bathroom was like an ice box. I had to let the warm water run to create steam for a warm shower. On complaining to reception the issue was dealt with but this should have been checked before. The cleanliness of the rooms are diabolical there is no excuse for it. Opened sewing kits, dust everywhere etc. it’s a city hotel, but for 200 odd euros a night I expect a clean room. I have to say the cleanliness was an issue and although the location was great I wouldn’t stay because I didn’t feel comfortable with the level of dust in the room.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a charming hotel just 2 blocks from the nearest subway stop (though Vienna is a very walkable and safe city, so I often bypassed it to walk anyway). Coffee/tea/hot chocolate is available for free throughout the day and evening, along with tea. Front desk is manned 24/7 with friendly helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and are very comfortable, with strong air conditioning that can be individually adjusted. Elevators are a bit confusing as there are two sets, one for one section of rooms and one for a different one (and one cannot use them interchangeably) but once you get used to that, it's not an issue. There is also an outdoor seating area, presumably used by smokers I imagine since the entire hotel is nonsmoking indoors. I had no problems here at all except a hair dryer that didn't work, so the front desk loaned me another one. It's a good value for Vienna. I would stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

PPengguna TetamuI was very disappointed when I arrived at the desk (after finally finding the hotel) that our room did not have a bath. On *********** they have images of a bath/shower and also states “bathroom with bath or shower” for the double room that we booked. I found this to be very misleading and asked the reception if we could change the room to one with a bath. They said there are only 3 (if I remember correctly) rooms with baths and that they were occupied. I was so disappointed because I specifically searched for hotels that had a bath when booking. They didn’t offer us any consolation, so we took the room we were given. To be fair it was lovely and the bed was comfortable and I loved the LED lights but I would not stay here again. Travelling over 30mins into the centre and back every day was exhausting and we couldn’t just drop in whenever we wanted. Now it was our own fault that we booked somewhere so far away, but for something that wasn’t even offering what we wanted the most, it was definitely not worth it. The breakfast was expensive but it was delicious! Honestly, I still think about this trip and how this slightly tainted the experience so that’s why I’m leaving this review 😊

PPengguna TetamuReview of Hotel Urania Vienna Austria mon 18.12.23: Beautiful hotel with themed rooms. The room was spacious and clean. We didn't have breakfast as we only spent 1 night. Close to a tram 0 and train stop. Daniella at reception is very helpful and friendly with tips for tourists. She guided us to some lovely Xmas markets during our stay. Belvedere tram stop O for a lovely Xmas Market. Stephansplatz train stop red line U1 is located in the old town with an Xmas Market and a lovely local atmosphere. We couldn't book a bus trip online as a tourist to Budapest. We had to book a train with OBB, which was double the price. The other train service option was cheaper but fully booked. The train stops are a little tricky to understand as a tourist.

SSefy LevyEverything in the hotel was very satisfying, location was perfect and center to the city. Perfect for those who enjoy doing trips by walking around as it was close to almost everything. Food was good and lots of choices, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
