"The receptionists are very kind, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room is spacious, and it’s nice that the toilet and shower are separate. Each bed has its own curtain and light, which gives you some privacy and prevents you from disturbing others when your light is on. It’s also pretty quiet overall.
However, the toilet had a really bad smell — like strong urine — and even with the door closed, you could still smell it. The shower drain was also very slow, which made it quite unpleasant. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon."

AAnonymous UserI wrote an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and got a response within an hour, which is nice. I arrived at 11am and an early check in was available. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The room is very spacious for its price. You can easily reach the Schönbrunn Palace by bus or on foot. It is also close to a metro station and a supermarket. Provided: Coffee capsule machine, fridge, TV, hair dryer, safe.
P.S. I stored my luggage after I checked out, they store them in a locked room but they don’t tag your luggage or anything. When you go back to get the luggage, you just have to tell the reception that you want to take the luggage then they will lead you to the room. It felt kind of strange and a little bit insecure. Also I was gonna check out at 12 but at 11:56 there is already someone knocking and asked me when will I go. Besides these the stay was a very pleasant experience.

The breakfast buffet was continental, but it was a very nice space and I was very satisfied.
The only disappointing thing is the shower room door.
The handle part is perforated, so the bathroom floor will always get wet.
It was extremely difficult to keep the bath mat and slippers dry.
Still, it is a very wonderful hotel that is guaranteed to be a repeat stay.

AangeliBecause I arrived late and had to catch a flight the next morning, I didn't have time to take pictures of the room. It was a room with a big bed + a living room, with a big sofa that can be pulled out. Two people can sleep there. There was a spare quilt and a pillow under the sofa. The room was on a high floor. Looking down was the subway station. There was a supermarket across the building where you could buy fresh bread and coffee. The hotel was in a living area (newly built in recent years). I chose this place because I wanted to meet a friend. It takes half an hour to get to the airport by taxi. It was quite convenient.

Convenient transportation, the only thing is that because of the century-old building, there are nearly half-story steps from the door, there are no barrier-free facilities, it is a bit inconvenient to bring heavy luggage, sometimes the front desk is female, no bellman.
The service was thoughtful, and the guests were uncomfortable. The old gentleman on duty at night enthusiastically chose tea to help care. The breakfast waiter was warm and cheerful and had a good exchange with the guests!

SSefy LevyEverything in the hotel was very satisfying, location was perfect and center to the city. Perfect for those who enjoy doing trips by walking around as it was close to almost everything.
Food was good and lots of choices, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
