The service at the Marriott was excellent, the rooms were immaculate, there is a large indoor heated pool we enjoyed, there were lots of people at the front desk and it has a great location. The hop on hop off bus stops at the front door, it is walking distance to Mozart's house and the magnificent St. Stephen's cathedral, the hofburg with the imperial apartments, the Spanish riding school, cici museum, the royal Treasury with the crown jewels, and the Jewish museum. There are lots of fine shops and a variety of restaurants in the area as well as a pedestrian shopping area. We were disappointed with lunch at the Garden cafe but there are other places to dine. We will definitely return when we are in the area again.

From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was surrounded by refined opulence. The room was impeccably appointed, with plush furnishings and a marble bathroom that exuded luxury.
Yet, the true highlight was the exceptional service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to anticipate my needs. This attentiveness made my stay truly memorable and solidified the Ritz-Carlton's reputation as a leader in hospitality.

Family of four stayed here for 5 days to meet with friends coming from Italy. The hotel is close to metro and tram so easily access to city for concerts and museums. Hotel has a lttle indoor pool (not heated) and sauna for kids to swim and play. Breakfast doesn’t have fresh fruits and not enough variety so each day is the same. Overall a pleasant stay.

We liked Hilton Waterfront overall but please see some good things and areas of improvement:
- Leon and Maria at main reception are really good and excellent. They do everything to take care of guests and do best effort. Hilton Management should award them for their excellent job.
- Natasha in Executive Lounge is also very good in her work. She looks at minute details and ensure every guest is taken care very well. She is excellent and Hilton Management please take note of her good work.
- Overall Hilton Waterfront has water problem that is either extremely hot water comes or extremely cold water comes and it not easy to get it fixed. Please improve it.
- Many things such as phone in room, lockers in Sauna area etc does not work and someone needs to check them on regular basis to ensure everything is seamless.
Overall we liked it. Due to above mentioned people, we loved our stay and ignored any hick-ups.

I wish I could write a favorable review of this hotel. I want to point out that it’s located right next to a very loud and busy train station. Trains run all night and you may not get a minute of sleep. Also, the ventilation system did not work at all during our stay. We spoke to the hotel manager and others, who each gave us a different explanation as to why. Long story short….you will not have air flow in your room. Engineering and management tried their best but nothing seemed to work, so rooms run very very hot, with no air flow. If you’re considering this hotel be sure to ask if the construction outside is still ongoing. They started drilling early in the morning and between that and the constant trains going by, you may want to stay elsewhere.

Fantastic place with very friendly staff. Especially Dennis and Anna (the bar staff at the rooftop) who couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. We managed to see all of the Christmas markets in Vienna. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you.

Delicious varied breakfast buffet!
The only things that could improve is the gym equipment, a few weights and/or kettlebells would be a lot more helpful.
Also, adding a separate bin for papers in the rooms helps with recycling.
Overall, I totally recommend this hotel

The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping did an exceptional job, ensuring that everything was in order and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.
One standout feature of this hotel was the complimentary mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find that not only was it stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, but also that I had the option to customize the items according to my personal preferences. This level of flexibility and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive.
The service provided by the hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had.
Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

SsimpleologistThe location is not very near to the train station if you carry big luggage to walk around. It’s not inside the city as well but you can get to the city within 20 mins, so it’s acceptable. Room was spacious, bright and clean. The breakfast buffet selection is rather limited. However, they have the ala carte eggs menu free to order which saves the breakfast quality. Next, the negative points. The receptionist guy (in specs & suits) was not helpful (unfortunately, we didn’t get his name because the staff here do not wear name tags). We stayed for 3 nights and we asked the guy to help us book the rooftop bar and he failed to do so for every single night. First night he said it was fully booked and said it would be available the next day. Next day, he said the bar was fully booked again. Third day, he wasn’t around and we asked a friendly female receptionist to help check the availability and she successfully made the booking for us. We went up on our last night and the bar was pretty much empty. It was a disappointing service and experience from the reception guy considering the high level of customer service claimed by Andaz.

KKah KeeLocation wise it is outside the ringstrasse; I chose this as I was arriving late by train into the main station so I don’t have to lug my bags far. For this I am pleased. In terms of sightseeing it is not that good, I prefer the location of the inner stadt.
The hotel is clean and good, comfy room, bed, ac n shower etc was fine. The bad part was there is no door to the shower area, which is weird, the shower was a tad small, water can splash out easily, the lack of door means there’s a strong draft during shower, the cold air drafts in immediately you stop the hot water you get cold air all around you (we travelled in late November).
There was no drinking water in the room, this seems to be a trend; there’s also shampoo/shower gel/conditioner all in 1, instead of separate, which again is weird but seems to be the trend, a pity
Still a fine stay, just that there’s a few amenities lacking + a simple shower room door would be good

PPengguna TetamuHet is een modern hoge toren waarvan alleen de onderste 8 verdiepingen hotelkamers zijn. We hadden prachtig uitzicht vanaf de 7e op de Donau. Het ontbijt is op de 4e, een knusse ontbijtzaal, alles is er voor een smakelijk ontbijt. Prima service bij receptie. Parkeren onder het gebouw. Er is een groot shoppingcentrum eetgelegenheden bij. En openbaar vervoer dichtbij, dus zo in het centrum

EewanrI really enjoyed staying here for a one night stay. It is out of town but easily accessible with the metro (U3 at a 10 minute walk), bus and tram right outside the hotel. The decor is retro but clean and some nice touches like a bottle of local water in the room. All of the staff I came across were very helpful as well.
Overall no complaints at all would recommend for a trip to Vienna

PPengguna Tanpa NamaPerfect location besides the central station surrounded by stores and restaurants within a couple of minutes of walking distance. The staffs (except one that was unnecessarily rude and made snarky comments) were very kind and helpful with general questions of the city/transport.
Cleanliness & amenities are the only thing I wish this hotel improves on. The bathtub did not seem like it had been cleaned by check-in, we found gunks of dirt and multiple strands of hairs along the bathtub walls.
The only toiletry provided were hand soap & 2-in-1 shower gel. No q-tips, moisturiser, slippers or bathrobes. Upon asking the concierge wondering if they can be purchased/rented at the reception, we were told they do not offer them.
Overall; I’d stay here again due to the convenience & the price ratio. But I would come better prepared with my own toiletries & slippers.

LLukasThe hotel has excellent location right next to the train station with easy access to public transportation to the center of Vienna. Considering the price, quality of rooms is on a very high level - clean bathrooms, spacious enough to relax after a day of sightseeing. I would stay again on my next stay in Vienna.
