老闆人超好，超熱情，還可以一起趕海，收穫滿滿一大桶！房間多，衞生乾淨沒有異味，最主要的是不潮，不潮，不潮，重要的事重複三遍！適合帶狗子，超大庭院，隨便跑！狗子超開心的！吹着海風吃着燒烤不要太愜意😁出門就是海邊，烤肉燒烤都隨意！！

Had a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc. Some suggestions: - Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool. - For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests. - I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

現在淡季，老闆果斷給我們升級房型，大氣的很。民宿位於三號島別墅區，周邊環境好，停車樓下就可以，交通便利，開車10分鐘能到1號島吃喝玩樂，商業都很全面。衞生細節很到位，管家小哥有問必答，周邊的遊玩攻略介紹的很詳細。室內設施一應齊全，現在比較熱，房間的礦泉水備得足足的。老闆還推薦了附近的龍港海灘看沉船，布魯維斯號海南分號。相對周邊酒店，這家酒店服務衞生品質絕對性價比，不踩坑。強烈推薦

Stay here for one night to see the ocean flower island and the light show. The hotel room had a great view and it's right next to the food street. You just need a short walk and you can see McDonald's or KFC and a bunch of restaurants. It is walking distance to the wedding manor where they were running the light show. The hotel bed was comfy and the TV had a number of free movies to watch!! We love the hotel breakfast spread. For some weird reason there were not a lot of tourists at night at the food street and outlet mall. It's just three of us and random couples down the road. The only thing that can be improved on is the service staff at the reception. The hotel does provide buggy rides but the frequency is one hour, so I wanted to ask about train rides and how to go about the area but they weren't too friendly, so we gave up and just walked around nearby. Overall quite happy with the short one night stay.

原本是訂了2號島的房子，但小姐姐説3島的房子更大，海景房，車就停門口不用停停車場，這邊人少安靜。我們才4個人，4間大床房，有間都吉出來了😂，不想出去點1號島的外賣都能送到，我們還到外面買了海鮮自己煮，如果天氣沒有這麼曬，就一切完美了！☀️☀️☀️ 其間多次麻煩房東小姐姐，真的非常感謝！

來到海南太晚了 到這裏都已經晚上1點多了 就直接選擇了個便宜的入住 首先第一點門口修路，打電話給前台指揮了10幾分鐘才找到停車場……其次毛巾沒有地巾浴巾沒有一次性拖鞋 衹有兩條小毛巾 洗澡洗頭根本不夠用 再而房間內沒有座機的 有需求聯繫不上 想用自己手機打 無奈房間信號微弱 打不過去……而且可能在二樓吧 感覺房間裏面潮潮的

房間裝修很有特色，設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，環境優美，從陽台就可以看到一覽無餘的蔚藍色大海，房主非常熱情，剛剛訂了就來電話聯繫，然後發來導航以及停車位置。非常好。之後又發來了周邊的一些娛樂活動的時間表，很有參考價值，服務不錯，房間毛巾也非常滿意，一次性的，家人説挺不錯。唯一感到不足的就是沙發上有污漬，淋浴房有漏水出來，洗完澡洗手間就到處都是水。衹好把一次性毛巾拿來擦地板😓小區外面的濱海大道太美啦，散步太好了，小區裏就可以解決早餐問題，有各種粥油條小籠包豆漿，坐在外面吃飯，真是醉了。特別一點是寵物友好。後來房主還給我延長到12點半退房，也很開心。還有停車的時候390棟的電梯口標誌不明顯。

驛站的大廳很有個性，進去就是前廳辦理入住，大廳有現磨咖啡，坐着點一杯咖啡看書很愜意，前台小愛接待辦理很快，當時孩子渴了，給孩子送了礦泉水，驛站還有觀光車，接送全程，入住後温馨提醒很有人情味，空調提前打開，房間用品五臟俱全，驛站的環境太寧靜了，花草樹木叢生，待慣了城市的喧鬧，到了身心全部放鬆，煩惱全無，晚上還去營地露營，很推薦推薦，一次不錯的入住體驗

房間很新很好。日用品一應俱全，居然還有洗面奶，卸粧水，隱形眼鏡液之類。房間的小擺件也看得出店家很用心，走之前還看到了波西米亞的房型，真的很不錯。管家服務也很貼心，前面住的民宿連住的時候都沒人問我要不要打掃，而這裏管家貼心的問了我要不要打掃和添加日用品。整體小區環境也很好，自駕遊還是很推薦這家的。

先說房間 很大，漂亮美女老闆升級了房間，正好趕上外麪下小雨，坐在天幕下伴着音樂聽着淅淅瀝瀝的雨聲真的很舒服 基礎設施都比較全面 該有的都有 再說服務 美女老闆很貼心也很細心 房間裏晚上沒熱水快速幫忙解決了 出去覓食還特意問了周邊好吃的打電話告訴我 晚上貼心送了小零食水果和泰國紅牛 早餐阿姨做的很有家的味道 阿姨還送給我一個自己種的木瓜哈哈哈 還要再給我一個我怕行李太重拿不下婉拒了 都是很可愛的人們呀～ 再說位置 我路盲沒找到迎客間 從兩院覓食回來又迷路了哈哈哈 但是總體很舒服 酒店位置很安靜 晚上睡的很好 下回還會選擇居住的民宿
