Overall, the hotel is definitely worth the price. However, there are a few things that other guests might want to know. First, only one elevator was working, so there was quite a long wait, especially during check-in and check-out hours. Perhaps this was just a temporary inconvenience during my stay, as I was only there for one night. Second, I was a bit surprised by the requirement to provide a credit card at check-in, even though all my details were already provided through the booking service. However, this was easily resolved by leaving a 115-euro cash deposit, which was returned upon check-out. On the positive side, the room was comfortable, and the climate control and beds were of a good standard. I would also like to highlight the excellent soundproofing, which ensured a good rest. For the price, it is a very decent option.

Excellent accueil! L’hôtel est impeccable, le personnel est chaleureux et aux petits soins! Malheureusement un peu loin du centre mais le tram ligne A à 30 sec est un gros atout! Prévoyez un petit créneaux mais vous pouvez tout à fait y séjourner pour europapark (nombreux arrêts dans la ville)

駅でたら目の前にあり迷わずに到着できます！ ホテルは全体的に建物古めですが、アンティーク感ありそれも素敵でした。 必要なものがコンパクトにまとまってるホテルという印象です。 部屋には冷蔵庫はないですが、湯沸かし器あります。 久しぶりにバスタブも使えて嬉しかったです！！ ホテルのスタッフさんもフレンドリーです。 お部屋の一部が少し汚れていたので、自身でさっと拭けるレベルでしたがそこだけが残念でしたが、他はとても綺麗でした。

The hotel is very well located and clean. I had a problem and I had to go to the hospital and they helped me a lot. I really like the hotel employees and my stay in general.
