This is my second time staying with this hotel. All reception are nice and always welcoming The location of the hotel is great! And luckily we got upgraded to the room with balcony, big space and nice room. Sure I will be back again!

The hotel is very new and nice but you will Need to inform reception staff to clean the room.

Even though I have to keep waiting about 30-40mins for checkin arrival, I still fine laying on the lobby sofa for key room 😁 everything was nice except the checkIn, the hotel isn’t well prepare for, maybe the recently guest were checkout late and the hotel cleaner has to urgently makeup room and clean for me. But FINE 🫢🏻 I still love and coming here again always!

The location is good, so it's easy to go around. The service is nice and the staff are helpful. The rooms are clean too. I would recommend it!

Never feel exhausted whenever arrival to this hotel. Friendly staffs, booking confirmed fast and room very comfortable

The hotel was very good value for money. After traveling to many countries in Southeast Asia, I am a little less conscious of bugs and other things, but this hotel was great. I wish it was really clean. Among them, the part I recognized as the best. Always have a smile. The service attitude of the staff who responded was the best. I will book it again if I come back.

Great value for $23 per night. Huge room and nice and clean with a good bed. If the prices were higher I would choose other hotels that have pools etc.

Service was a bit let down for me. The strange thing was a person from security team entered my room without knocking. That should be a red flag for any hotel.

He is not the security , as he is our front office staff and he went to your room as another guest asked him to check the the TV channel and he given the wrong room number to us. Since he allowed us to enter the room while he went out for shopping, we didn't noticed that he give us the wrong room number till we unlock your door.
