The hotel itself was great. The staff were friendly. Room size great and bed comfortable. However, there is a nightclub directly opposite the hotel and the loud music carried on until 2 am every morning. For this I would not recommend this hotel at all. I complained on the first morning and a solution was to have the night manager call the police. I complained on the second night and the solution was to change my room at 1am in the morning.I repeat, unless you can sleep through anything, I would not stay here. There are many to choose from.

The best hotel I've stayed at in Cambodia :) Every staff was warm and helpful, they gave suggestions without being obnoxious about it. I loved the various facilities and the choice in bathroom amenities. Buffet breakfast and dinners were all top notch. I think this will be definitely our spot when we're back in Phnom Penh!

Comfy spacious room with an amazing 4 head shower! Huge bathroom. Rooftop pool was worth every minute and bartender made great drinks. Hotel area was perfect for local food options. Ate both nights at places within walking distance to the hotel. Great stay!

Modern hotel with great customer service. The shower head was amazing, better than the one I have at home. The food at the restaurant by the pool was very good and at breakfast they had amazing croissants. There is a bar across the street which was convenient. This street also has a ‘gentlemen’s club’ and a 24 hour massage place but this didn’t bother us. The pool at the top was very nice and it had nice views. We enjoyed going to the Russian market which was only a short tuk tuk ride away. I would stay at this resort again.

The amenities were decent and the rooftop pool was nice, but the experience was significantly diminished by the rude staff and poor customer service. We had to pay extra for a rollaway bed to be added to our room (expected) but the bed was as hard as a rock - not really a bed, more a very firm couch. We had issues with a beeping front door lock preventing us from sleeping on our final night, followed by a phone call from reception at 5:40am asking if they could come and take a look at it!!!!! We declined and they arrived to knock at the door anyway. There were 12 of us and all felt the same. If you’re ok paying for staff to be rude and customer service to be non-existent, this is a great place to stay.

Upon arrival ww were greeted by friendly welcoming staff. Room was fairly spacious, bed was comfortable with choice of firm or soft pillows, air conditioning worked well room was cool. There was a safe in the room. Bathroom very clean. The rooftop pool was great with views across the city, there was a bar poolside you could order drinks as well as meals which was great. Towels were also available. We had a great stay at The Onra

Three year old hotel, air conditioning not the coolest, no safe’s in rooms, pool on top floor in full sun with no shade, 42degrees with warm water,could do with more lighting in the bathroom. Lift’s no air flow in them. This hotel was self rated four stars on our tour however we were not impressed compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

Lovely hotel & staff. Large, clean rooms and gorgeous roof top pool with bar. Everything thing says 5star review but I can only give 4stars because the paper thin walls where we could hear everything happening in the room next door; even just light switches and toilet flushing was as if they were in our room. We could hear everything said in the next room and apparently they could hear us just as easy. Road noise and music from bar across road could be heard until wee hours of morning. Everything else including staff was a lovely experience.
