Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Phnom Penh

The hotel is located on Floor 28/29 in The Bridge SOHO Building. Check-In / Check-Out was easy. Next to the hotel are several options to eat, shop and nightlife. Room was big and the view was stunning. I booked a room with river view. i want to notice that the bathroom smelled like mold. It was also flooded after showering and I have seen cockroaches every now and then. The pool area was nice and the gym was also great especially if you want to do a basic workout. (the area is located on floor 39.

Great hotel with best location and service. Room was very clean and nice. I love to stay here so much. It makes me very comfortable stay, very air conditioner and bed. Staff so friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to others.

Imagine tropical oasis meets concrete jungle. The hotel feels like a maze but in a good way. I had one of THE best massages I’ve ever had at the spa and loved ALL of their pools. You’re spoilt for choice. I wish I had more time to spend there.

I stayed at White Mansion with my 2 children aged 7 and 3. Prior to our visit we had to reschedule several times and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We came directly from the airport and were welcomed warmly. The hotel is stunning - formerly a US Embassy residence with sweeping staircases and a stylish combination of traditional and contemporary decor. Rooms are well equipped and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast and bakery are clearly popular amongst locals as well as guests and the pool is delightful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay a memorable one!

I booked for a 3-bedroom suite good for 6 pax but we were 8 in group so we paid additional 25$ each for excess person. We were also advised to deposit 100$ upon check-in. (But no one advised me thru email or call from hotel or Agoda. Good thing we had cash. I don't know if the deposit is mandatory to all kind of bookings to them.) Room was spacious and have laundry area too. Complete kitchenette available for use. However, 1 AC need some cleaning coz air coming out is useless, super hot! Some light bulbs are busted also. Pool and Bar area is on the 13th floor. Water is clean. The view from it was nice also. I hope they put more signage around the pool area for reminder since it's a rooftop pool. Upon check-out, the hotel was very strict about cleanliness. We were charged 21$ for a bathroom rug STAIN that they cannot remove! AMAZING! (We got the rug for memorabilia. 😂) So if you will book in this hotel, inspect all the towels or rugs before using it, look for stains, or might as well bring your own if you don't want to be charged. I do hope their policies was clearly explained on the booking sites. Btw, the hotel phone number in Agoda is wrong. No one answers. Google their hotel name and you will find the correct contact numbers. 😉 Overall, 7.7/10 rating.

I would like to share my review base on the group trip perspectives. First, I had a convenient, and comfortable the whole facilities are well-equipped, room is spacious enough, no stress even if we put extra bed. Water is provided 2 bottles per person per a day. Restaurant: Morning buffet has various types of meals, which is helpful for overseas traveller. Omletts, noodles (Cambodian style) are live-cooking. Gym: It was well-equipped, and it would be better if the gym is open for 24 hours for guests (like western type of hotel fitness gym, after 10PM is only for hotel guests and used by self-care, self-responsiblity.) Otherwise group tour like study trip, tourists will not able to use the gym when it is closed at 10 PM. Pool: haven't used but enough size! Public spaces: lobby is spacious, and there are some public space available to guests. For example, the atrium right backside of the lifts, are quite nice to mingle and chat. Sanitation: it was helpful that hotel lifts and some facilities actually install sanitizer. Since there are almost no sanitizer outside the city of Phnom Penh. Access: connected with Olympia City Mall, which has supermarket, shops and restaurants with food court. The Olympia city area was guarded by securities so safer than outside. 5-min walking distance to Olympic Stadium. Must-used hotel for those who are going to watch football or other sports games around there. However, there are limited places for travellers to enjoy. No bar in the hotel, and around there at night. Hospitality: I have been quite warmly-treated by most of the staffs. Particularly concierge desk, fronts and restaurants. It was a respectful attitude that some staff members asked me some feedbacks for improvements. People made the stay more heartful and meaningful with nice memories.

Don’t typically stay with the Hyatt Brand, but the Hyatts in Asia have been amazing! The room here was great. It’s wonderfully located - near the river, the Palace etc. That’s not the reason for this review. This review is for the STAFF. We stayed here 12 nights and each day we were met with a collection of sweet smiles. Wish we learned all their names but are glad to have connected with a few: Daily breakfast buffet were with the lovely Seavyoung and shy Srey reap - thank you for taking such wonderful care of us each morning; Sotheary was our lovely lunch companion; Sopha, a sweet little thing from the Attic; Yem from the Regency Club, thank you for our bottomless Prosecco; Dinner Staff from 55, lovely Leakana and her team; Last, but certainly not least, Fariza, sweet darling, thank you for singing us romantic songs; Eric,one of the managers, love your contagious energy. Five Stars accommodations and amenities are pretty much the same, what separates them is the team of people who enhances your stay. For the entitled reviewers / visitors who expect perfect English…. How’s your Cambodian!?!

I have stayed at least 5 extended stays at the Himawari Apar**ents when visiting Phnom Penh, it is the only place I stay in Phnom Penh. What I like about the Himawari is the security, the large rooms, the location (right beside the river), the swimming pool is a good size and sparkling clean, and the restaurant. It is central, and so quiet. But also the staff are fantastic, from the security, front counter, admin and cleaners, everyone is always so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. This is the place to book in Phnom Penh

好久沒住 但這次回來住這裡 感覺有進步了 只有一點點小缺點 就是發現早餐退步囉 可能是現在種類少了 偏向簡單的麵包類多 反而其他選項少了很多 ,但早餐的單價應該是需要再多一點選擇 否則住兩天以上 已經覺得沒有東西可以吃的感覺! 選擇性太少 導致我早餐只能吃得非常簡單 下次若還是這樣 可能要選擇沒有早餐 不如去樓下找早餐吃 還便宜許多!
