M Village Hotel оставляет за собой только хорошие и приятные впечатления🥹Встретили с очень вкусным коктейлем) и плюс бонусом еще один ваучер дали на еще один коктейль 🍹🙂↕️ Номер прям как на картинке) Все для комфортабельного проживания есть:вода, чайник, холодильник, кондиционер, полотенца, тапочки, гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер, фен ну и также есть сейф) И еще в каждой комнате есть зонт(на всякий случай от дождя ) это очень прекрасно👍🏻 Завтрак был включен в стоимость проживания) очень вкусно 🤤 Вьетнамский кофе ☕️ покорил мое сердечко ♥️ Персонал в этом отеле, очень дружелюбный, искренне заботливый и готовый прийти на помощь 🫶 P.S. Если вы желаете просто провести время в спокойной, тихой обстановки, то это тропическое место точно для вас ☺️ А, чуть не забыла) Пляж от отеля всего в 5-7минатах ходьбы. Море не понравилось, вода мутная, с медузами… ну а позагорать можно) Там же можно взять в кафе что-нибудь перекусить или выпить и шезлонг идет в подарок 😃ну или можно на песочке) кому как комфортно) пляж безлюдный,печально, что заброшенный,мало людей. Удобный, комфортный отель. На цокольном этаже бесплатная парковка для байков. Пришли с моря, устали, не стали ждать, когда сделают кофе, так нам его достаточно оперативно доставили в номер. Бассейн на крыше с великолепным обзором на 360 градусов. Всё красиво и современно. Единственный минус - до моря идти по каким-то закоулкам и море в том месте не самое лучшее. До супермаркета Кинг Конг идти относительно недалеко, но все же выходит, что отель располагается в самой южной оконечности оживленных мест. Если бы чуть севернее... Питание - придираться не буду, претензий нет, но все же видал и лучше, поэтому за питание 4 из 5. По номеру опять же - без претензий, но видали и получше, поэтому снова 4, даже 4,5 из 5.

The hotel services were prompt and the staff was professional. We found the restaurant to be bit overpriced but that is what it is and all other aspects were really good. I would recommend this hotel for fellow travellers specially if you are travelling with your family.

Overall this was a good stay, but I'm going to likely try someplace else when returning to Phu Quoc, mostly to find a better match for the vibe I like out of a beach resort. Staff was pleasant, but not overly memorable. The resort is a lot bigger than I thought and most of the clientele that I saw were couples and families. I had a beachfront bungalow that was very nicely furnished with a king sized four poster bed, a huge bathroom and an outdoor balcony overlooking the beach. You can hear the waves at night once the very loud EDM/hip hop coming from two directions cuts out around 3 am. I took a 'can't beat em, join em' mentality one night and strolled over to the loud beach bar next door at night to realize that all the loud music was playing for exactly six people who were all yelling to hear one another over the music and not even on the dancefloor. Breakfast in the mornings was good, there's a friendly little mouse that comes by to lap up the crumbs as you eat if you dine alfresco. If you're turned off by rodents, Phu Quoc might but be the best place for you fyi. The bar at the hotel was very small with about 10 stools, but the guys that worked there were nice and the vibe was pretty chill.

The hotel is located in the downtown area right next to the beach, so the location is excellent. The check-in starts at 3 PM, just like another hotel; however, there is no warm service, and the room booked from trip.com has been arranged on the lower floor. The results were noisy on the lower floor because we reserved an ocean view, and the hotel swimming pool is just below the balcony. So we asked to change the room to a higher floor after several negotiations with the receptionist and added additional costs. There are no highlights about the hotel facility and average five-star rating. We swim more by the swimming pool than at the beach because the seawater quality is not that good. For the morning breakfast, there are many options, but nothing outstanding. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Lovely little hotel close to the sea with a sea view room.and small balcony. Comfortable bed good shower and good WiFi. The lift is a bit annoying as it pings loudly everytime. Not necessary in a small hotel, but otherwise all good. Staff are superb and very helpful. Starbucks 2 mins walk on the promenade is awesome and rented scooters from the hotel which you really need and a fun way to explore this quirky place. Will be back one day

Roma Hotel looks quite new. The room is spacious, clean, the staff is good, has many beautiful views and can watch the sunset and sunrise from balconies. In-room amenities were provided and the location was convenient to nearby shops and attractions. This was a wonderful and enjoyable experience in Phu Quoc. Breakfast is diverse and has many new dishes. I really like everything here!

It was my first Phu Quoc trip with my parents. I made a reservation because my friend recommended it, but I was satisfied more than I expected. Personally, there were a lot of breakfasts, but I picked delicious ones. Next time. If I go, I would like to make another reservation.

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. If we have known, we would stay elsewhere for sure (we will request that our data are permanently deleted from their system and we suggest that you do the sam
