it had everything it had a mini cinema a kids playroom a yoga room and two restraunts and a ps5 with a nice pool and massage and the rooms were very spacios and it had a football club and ladies night wich makes it a amazing hotel and it is a eco freindly hotel

We had a pleasant stay in this place. The breakfast has lots of varieties, they also offer the transportation to the area places you need to go to which is great and convenient. The stuff is friendly and polite, always ready to help. We had a great honeymoon surprise and got our room type upgraded. Amazing rooftop pool bar and nice sunset happy hour offer. Kami menyukai tempat itu dan kami akan kembali lagi! Ia adalah hotel butik yang sangat bersih dan ringkas yang baru dibina dengan semua kemudahan yang kami perlukan. Kami menyukai bilik kami (305) mempunyai akses terus ke kolam renang (seperti kebanyakan bilik). Ia diletakkan dengan sangat baik dan sangat mudah. Makanannya sedap dengan harga yang berpatutan. Walau bagaimanapun, restoran (kecil tetapi cukup baik untuk kami) ditutup pada pukul 5 petang (yang baru kami ketahui kemudian). Kakitangan dan pekerja sangat ramah. Mungkin ini kebetulan, tetapi kami mengambil masa kira-kira 25 minit untuk mendapatkan pesanan (makanan ringkas). Bilik air tersumbat semasa mandi. Stayed for 8 nights in this hotel with my wife. Excellent hotel overall. Very clean indeed, staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They open doors for you as you enter reception, take you bags to your room, help sort car / moped hire etc, The room was very clean and well appointed. Bath and beach towels are provided and they change these as frequently a you need. They also provide all the usual essentials including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bottled water every day. Kettle, hob, large sink and basic utensils, glasses, cups etc were all provided. Also an iron and ironing board as well as a clothes drying stand. The big kitchen sink is easily bug enough to do clothes washing in. Room service was excellent each day. Balcony size on normal rooms was slightly small, especially as was shared with two large air conditioning units (all balconies appear the same) so this made the balcony cramped, noisy and hot when air conditioning was on. Breakfast was provided in the adjoining restaurant. This was excellent offering fresh hot and cold food, eggs made to your liking (fried, scrambled, omelettes, etc), bacon, sausages, fruit, bread, croissants, etc etc. Seemed to have everything included plentiful supply of juices, coffee, tea, etc. Most things self-service but the staff were on hand to help and to clear used dished. The location of the hotel means it is a 15 minute to the beach and 15 minutes to the main restaurant area known as Boat Avenue. Fortunately the hotel runs a shuttle bus service twice an hour to both locations and back until 9.10pm. Would be nice if slightly later coming back from Boat Avenue, but taxis and tuk-tuks were on hand although these aren't the cheapest. The main local beach is Bang Tao beach. This is lovely. Very clean (as everywhere seems to be here), soft white sand, gentle shelving into the water with no stones or rocks. Shame about sea lice the bite / sting in the water but they are everywhere in this part of the world depending on time of year and they are a very minor irritation. Also good availability of sun-beds as well as beverages from the beach shacks. Lots of fresh water showers and there is parking next to the beach as well as toilets. Boat Avenue has plenty of nice restaurants - see my other reviews if you want to see where we went and what we thoughts. Lots to choose from. Most restaurants seem to slow down food service after 9.30pm and this is not a clubby resort. Was just right for us though as there were plenty of bars and some with live music (check out The Mexican bar and restaurant). Wine is not cheap here and starts around £30 a bottle - although some could be found around £25. We stuck to beer with dinner. There is also a handy large supermarket selling everything you could need and is right by taxi station and open until 10pm. Final top tip about this area is to visit on a Friday night if you can as the street market is great with street food and live music. Easy to hire cars and

Small studio apartment with everything you need, including a full kitchen (stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, cutlery, crockery). Medium bed, which actually consists of 2 small ones. Unfortunately, it was a bit short for me, so I had to sleep diagonally (I lived alone). Daily cleaning, trash removal and replenishment of various consumables. There is always staff at the reception ready to help. The complex has a gym, a rooftop swimming pool, its own mini-restaurant, elevators and parking. The only negative in the area itself is that there are few activities within walking distance, so you have to walk a lot in the heat or drive. Everything in the hotel is good, but to be honest, the more fair price is 100 baht less. P.S. There was an unpleasant incident that did not depend on the hotel staff - the power was completely turned off in the entire hotel for almost a day. After discussing complaints they extended my stay by 1 day. Problem solved.

酒店超級美的，入住還有中文翻譯！送了歡迎飲品冰冰涼涼特別好喝，我們入住了拉揚海濱泳池別墅，院子裏直接走到沙灘上和大泳池，吃早餐很近可以直接走過去，房間裏很香，也有熏香，還沒什麼蚊子，海邊可以抓寄居蟹很有意思！公共泳池的深度很適合小孩子和大人游泳，早餐非常好吃！晚餐的服務也非常好讓人印象深刻！晚上到房間也開了夜床，送了精油套裝，英文看不懂，我估計是一個防蚊一個止癢精油！可惜這次就住了兩天，第二天還出海了沒有時間體驗酒店的項目，下次還會來！ 不足之處：酒店的沙灘是入海口，有一點點味道，第一天到酒店海特別藍，可惜之後下雨了就有點渾濁了！ 衛生間的通風不太好，建議加強一下風扇設備！

Отель новый, в виде корабля. Рядом стройка, до моря топаешь по дороге. Хорошие номера, видовой бассейн, спа. Ко мне в гости приехал сын 6 лет. Мы были в зоне бассейна. Ко мне подошла менеджер отеля, белокурая блондинка славянской внешности, и чисто на русском языке объяснила мне, что детям в этом отеле не рады. Попросила меня покинуть отель. За приличные деньги которые им заплатил за номер и оставил в баре у бассейна получил такой месседж. Далее тратить деньги мы пошли в соседний отель. Вот такой случай произошел со мной. В данный момент времени проживаю в отеле номер 328, выезжаю 10ю01ю2024 года. Поеду в будующем в данный отель- скорее нет, чем да. Валерий Д.

We booked this hotel for a no-frills overnighter as we will be arriving late and checking into a nearby resort the next few days. Hard to locate as it was in a dark corner and not well lit. We managed to locate second time around. Check-in was a hassle as the front desk guy could not speak much English but relied on Google translate. He even read from a prepared note to asking us if we want to move to a lake view room as the booked room was facing the main road and noisy. We took the option thus giving up the included breakfast. It was raining overnight so we had no idea what lake view was. Room was big, comfortable but dated and has one of the best firm mattress we experienced so far. Aircon took a long time to cool the room but everything worked. Issue was the noise from the distant disco continued till 4:30am and kept me awake all night. In the morning it was still raining but we woke up to marvellous view. When we checked out there was not much of breakfast seen but more of a made to order set thus limited variety. Do be aware there are only space for 4 cars onsite if you are driving with more further away within 5-minutes walk which is also where youll find food, grocery shop and the Boat Avenue Friday Night Market. Convenient and good location for the small hotel, and cheap too.
