Firstly, we are excited for private pool seaview room for our relax trip. We wish to stay more time in resort instead of going out for travel points. However, private pool is terrible the colour of tile is blue but water presence green. Ok fine we think to enjoy the seaview. While during night time Aircon system down at 2.30am. Firstly the night shift staff is responsible, answer our call and coming to our room in time. While after half hour of resetting Aircon is not functioning. The staff was said to us need to TEMPORARILY shift the room, we are annoyed about it but we prepared and wait for the instructions. 4.++am we still not received any call of instruction we call again to the front desk, it is really bad, the staff doesn't inform us whole hotel Aircon system is down after we called him, and told us no need to change room.... After morning the Aircon still no yet fixed and April is really hot weather.. In the morning we went to front desk asking about this issue, and we got a good staff to help us, he told us actually there is another room Aircon system is NOT LINKED WITH OTHER, and we are suffering a night without sleep for nothing... We changed room and be informed the extra pillow and blanket will send to our room in afternoon. After night we back to the room nothing is deliver and we call front desk again, and many times calling, I believed it is not only Aircon system not linked with the building, calling line also not linked, we go downstairs and search for night shift staff assistant, and he PLAYING PHONE until we ask for his permission shall we wait over lobby or room....
This is quite high ranking resort and price is not cheap as other, our trip planning for enjoy the view and facilities is totally spoiled with this terrible experience...
Lastly we thank for the morning staff he is still done something good for and to change room and refund.
