Hotel yang hebat! Mahal tetapi berbaloi jika anda mahukan sedikit kemewahan. Bilik kolam renang peribadi bagus tetapi boleh menjadi sangat bising pada waktu siang dengan tetamu lain menikmati kolam renang. Sarapan pagi sedap. Satu-satunya perkara adalah hotel ini agak besar jadi berjalan dari pintu masuk ke bilik kami terasa agak lama. Juga tiada AC di lobi jadi panas apabila menunggu untuk mendaftar masuk dan keluar.

Saya dan suami saya tinggal di sini selama 3 hari percutian, ia benar-benar menakjubkan. Kami memilih bilik dengan akses kolam renang- wow! Sangat mengesyorkan untuk pasangan. Ia benar-benar menakjubkan. Bufet sarapan pagi juga hebat, dengan pelbagai pilihan yang menarik. Pantai Patong berjarak 3 minit berjalan kaki yang singkat, dan ia hanya 4 jalan dari Bangla Road yang terkenal. Saya suka bahawa ia adalah damai, dan apabila kami mahukan huru-hara kami boleh berjalan ke sana dengan mudah haha. Sangat mengesyorkan!

Kelebihan - lokasi sangat baik, tidak sampai 5 minit berjalan kaki dari pantai dan banyak restoran, dan 10 minit dari Jalan Bangla Kami tinggal di bilik kolam yang sangat baik. Ia dibersihkan setiap pagi dan sangat mengagumkan untuk mempunyai bahagian kolam kami sendiri. Kolam renangnya cantik, diselenggara dengan baik dan bagus untuk kanak-kanak Cons- satu-satunya nota kami ialah sarapan pagi agak ganjil. Ia lebih serupa dengan makan malam daripada sarapan pagi dengan pilihan seperti pasta tomato, ayam pesto dan hirisan kentang. Makanan boleh dimakan, tetapi kami akhirnya mendapat sarapan di tempat lain hampir setiap hari. Terima kasih atas penginapan kami yang menakjubkan - kami pasti akan kembali!

Love this hotel, it deserves higher rating! Our room was amazing and so is the pool. It’s family friendly as well. Location was close to eateries and beach. Recommend to rent a bike than taking grab because surprisingly the grab prices here are quite pricey. Nonetheless, will definitely come back with the kids!

We book room with pool access. The room was spacious. Staff were friendly and they would greet you whenever they walked past you.

The Pool bar is amazing. There are 2 pools and both was very nice to experience. The breakfast was a big selection. The location is close to the beach and Bangela Road.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and friends, a group of 14 people. We all thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, excellent service, and warm hospitality. We will definitely return. Thank you!”

Good location and access to the busy streets of the city

I have a great impression about this hotel. It's a really nice hotel. Good service. The staff on reception is very friendly and helped very quickly 😊. I got a very nice room overlooking swiming pool. The restaurant for breakfast is amazing! 2 big swiming pools. Definitely recommend to visit this hotel for holidays. Everything is great ❤️

Location is near to the beach. We booked the pool access room which was awesome. We had our “private” pool area and also access to the public pool area. Front desk service was okay, but room service staff was much more friendlier and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The service was great staff prepared a honeymoon suite for us. But unfortunately the hotel it self was not what i expected, it is so old there was rust on the shower and toilet floor. At breakfast i found hair in my food and the next day i saw a dead cockroach in the dinner area. The house keep never changed my sheets 4the whole 4night stay, only made the bed eachday.

Food normal, vibe so good, cleanliness little bit dirty, service so worse than last year. But premium room is so comfortable

unable to extend the room and the workers gave unclear information when checking in. overall, amenities could be improve however they are still attentive.

the location is prime, everything is walking distance, highly recommend this becoz you don't have to worry about calling taxi . there is only one restaurant, the breakfast is very basic, nothing fancy. we stayed at pool access room. not bad. but the room size is relatively small compare with other hotel
