Enjoyable stay at fusion suites patong! They had a lovely decoration on the bed to celebrate our anniversary. Location was on the hill in patong but there’s a 2-hourly shuttle to jungceylon mall and patong beach. Breakfast is decent, thai food spread was yummy but western food can be improved. Didn’t get to try out the pool but looks nice

3days booking, and spa package with jacuzzi room in last day. Spa package could not be booked earlier or within the hotel staying hour. We need to come back for spa services after we check out . Location a bit far if not drive Overall is good

We stayed in room with the bathtub, however we didn't really use it as it was outdoors. The sink area is open and hence it was quite cold to get dressed outside the shower if the AC is on. Location wise the hotel is up the hill and along the only few road connecting old town and Patong and the road was very busy and there is traffic jam during peak hours. If you wish to visit Patong, you will have to take the shuttle bus if not use grab/ bolt etc. The staff are nice and we enjoyed our stay in fusion suite.

The hotel is distinguished by its quiet location, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also distinguished by its good price and its proximity to all the activities in the city. I recommend it for families. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.

Güzel odaları olan doğa içinde bir otel. Otelden çıkıp yürüyerek merkeze gitmek zor. Kesinlikle bir araç kullanmalısınız. Çünkü yürüyüş yolu yok. Ancak odalar ve hizmet çok iyi, personelleri çok iyi ve yardımsever.

Perfect hotel

Pros: Location close to Patong is that’s your thing Staff were friendly The bartender for the roof top was a diamond and the guy who is on front desk is 10/10 Cons Got there at 2 and I didn’t check in till 3:15 they said sorry the last guests checked out late which was super annoying My first room smelled like a drain had to move and the jacuzzi was filthy The jacuzzi water is brown, comes from a “different tank” A lot of children screaming in the pool from 8am A lot of unfortunate things happened like a fire alarm glitching and going off at 8am for ages There is about 8 sun loungers, so in my 5 day stay I never got to lay by the pool once Will I stay again, probably not

I recently stayed at In Fusion Suites in Phuket with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were assigned a corner room located entirely downstairs, where the outside area had a constant foul smell. The room location alone was disappointing, but the behavior of the staff made the stay even worse. The staff were incredibly rude and unaccommodating. Any request, no matter how small, was met with resistance or outright refusal. For instance, when I requested an extra small water bottle, they behaved as though I was asking for something exorbitant. I also requested a room change due to the issues with the location and odor, but they flatly refused without any effort to resolve the situation or show understanding. The hotel claims to be a five-star property, but it doesn’t live up to the standards. At best, it is comparable to a two- or three-star hotel. While the cleanliness of the outside areas was acceptable, the overall service and quality left much to be desired. One of the most frustrating aspects was being charged for three persons (two adults and a child) upfront, only to later be asked to pay extra for the child’s breakfast. This lack of transparency and professionalism was very disappointing. In my experience, certain problems can be overlooked when the staff is courteous and willing to assist, but the rude behavior here made the stay unbearable. I would not recommend this hotel and will certainly not be returning. For a property that claims to be five-star, it falls far short in terms of hospitality, service, and overall experience.

Love this hotel as it is quiet during our stays due to its low season. The room is huge and comfortable, breakfast has quite a lot of variety and is tasty as well. There is also a roof top and welcome drink you can redeem and chill there. The staff are polite and always with smiles on their faces. We really enjoy the stays and wish to come back again.

I really like this hotel with the room, perfect pool, breakfast and quiet environment. The pool is relaxing and I did stay all day long. The hotel is very close to Patong beach... 5 mins away from hotel. Great stay in Fusion and reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay at Fusion suites, however the shuttle bus to Patong Beach got quite full. Would be nice if they had it more frequently. The room itself was nice, mostly clean (the chairs and curtains were stained), but the service was great. They led us from the lobby to our rooms. We got the outdoor jacuzzi suite which was decent. The stay also included a free rooftop welcome drink. I felt like for the days we booked we had overpaid but that’s what we get for booking so close to the date. 😆

I like the hotel , every thing was nice except the staff , they are very rude specially one girl in the reception her name ******* , she told me i have yo leave the hotel because my booking not confirmed and she hung up the phone while i was still talking.
