I recently stayed at KUDO Hotel & Beach Club and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The noise from the street was incessant, making it impossible to relax. Throughout the day, loud music could be heard, and the room's poor soundproofing did little to help the situation. Additionally, the service was disappointing. The staff at the reception were unhelpful and rude, which contributed to a negative atmosphere. There was also a strange and unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, making me feel uncomfortable during my stay. The smell in the reception area was particularly off-putting, reminiscent of an unpleasant experience I had in India. Another concerning aspect was the hotel's policy of holding onto guests’ passports at the reception, which I found to be inappropriate and unsettling. This added another layer of dissatisfaction to my stay. Overall, I would not recommend kudu hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Absolutely terrible hotel experience. Every morning, there's incredibly loud music playing that makes it impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. The front desk staff are also incredibly arrogant. When they showed me to my room, instead of explaining the services and facilities, they immediately started telling me how much I'd have to pay if the pajamas got dirty or if I lost the room card. I originally booked for four days, but I couldn't stand the noise, so I checked out on the second day. When the front desk asked why I was leaving early, I didn't even ask for a refund; I just mentioned the hotel was too noisy. Her attitude became extremely impatient in response.

Overall very very good location just one things unexpected this hotel without lift only staircase as we staying at 3rd floor’s very tired after swimming still have to walk staircase and the worst unexpected was the pool DJ music is nonstop and we being staying for a week and cause we have sleeping issue even wearing earphone. If u not a nightlife lover is really not recommended as u will get very tired 😴. If the music is 1am I think it’s fine but the music will play super loud until 4am-5am if got event it’s look like music play 24 hours 😅 the songkran pool event is fun 🤩 just its very expensive even for hotel guest. The foods is delicious

I absolutely love the vibe of this hotel. The ambience is beautiful, the room is lovely, and the amenities are great. The space is also spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable. However, I did feel a little disappointed with the overall atmosphere. Since it has a beach club concept, I was expecting a more lively and happening crowd but the party vibes didn’t quite meet my expectations. The location is a big plus, with easy access to nearby cafés and halal food options, and it’s also close to Bangla Road. One drawback was the beach access. While it’s great to have direct access, the area was quite crowded with rented beach chairs, which blocked the view and made it feel a bit cramped. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and love the hotel, but I do hope they can enhance the party atmosphere to create a more exciting and vibrant experience

The price you paid for is only for the location. You can get much better deal with other hotels of same standard, but their staffs are nice.

I would like to stress that though the hotel was by the beach which is certainly an advantage but there are few disadvantages that the hotel should consider. The WiFi never worked, even though you are connected to the WiFi of your room, there was no internet and my phone was on 5G all the time. The room was not as clean as it is supposed you be with basic amenities missing, no comb, shampoo cum conditioner was awful. Even after the housekeeping cleaned the room, there were cockroaches around and bunch of hair behind the door.
