Jemm and the staff were awesome! It’s low season but they treated me absolutely fantastic! I definitely will go back .. everyone should book this plebe once .. the pools and rooms were in perfect order ! Thanks again

I really enjoyed my stay, I initially booked for 4 nights but extended my stay.. the rooms are really big and well laid out and the pool is a lovely feature.. it’s a quiet location but close to where you need to be in Rawai.. the owners are super friendly and so helpful with any help or advice on what to do where to go etc.. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting rawai

Very Nice stay with a lovely staff, they also helped us finding transport in rawai on our first day, which were a Tuk tuk service by the man called Mr A, who we ended up becoming good friends with and he gave us a very special tour around all Phuket. Both Sandy house and Mr. A and his wife surprised us with a birthday cake to my little sister on her birthday. This stay was so special, and we definitely recommend you using Mr A and maybe get a sightseeing tour with him. These are the warmest people❤️

We stayed 3 nights and paid approx £62/night - pool access room. Check in was easy and our room was ready even though we were a few hours early. We had a pool access room so expected it to be located on the ground floor, however, it was actually on the 1st floor which required 2 flights of stairs to be climbed - no good if you are unable to do this. Access to the room from reception is down in a lift through an underground carpark and up 2 flights, its a bit of a trek!! The room was great though! Nice comfy bed and good shower. Outside deck had 2 loungers. You share the pool with 5 other rooms but we always had it to ourselves! The water was a good temperature, we enjoyed it a lot! The location of the hotel is 2 minutes' walk to bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to the main area with lots of nicer bars and eateries. The room was them clean and new towels and bedding each day, we really don't like this. We'd rather keep until we request a change. 4 bottles of complimentary water each day was excellent. Our only concerns with the room area is the lack of a net curtain/privacy glass on the windows. The view is lovely but you need to keep the curtains closed and the ledge at the staircase. The ledge sticks out a lot and hubby, nearly 6ft, banged his head a few times. We'd stay again and would recommend.

Near to Rawai Seafood Market .would recommend to stay in this Hotel 1 -2 day if u happen to visit phuket as near to Big Buddha,wat chalong ,Yanui Beach and Chalong peer if u plan to have 1 day racha island and coral island day trip yacht.Quiet place to rest and relax .

The most stand-out thing about this hotel was the pool - it was gorgeous and stretched out across the entire hotel. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. All the basics were covered. The glass doors that separated the bedroom from the living room was pretty but when opened, left a ridge on the floor that when accidentally stepping on it, I can only compare to the pain of stepping on LEGOs. The location was okay but didn't have much to it within walking distance. I've never had to leave a (1,000 baht) deposit at the front desk before which I didn't love but understood. Also, it's called the Beachfront Hotel but the beach was a bit disappointing and we weren't allowed to go into the water due to occasional high tides - I suppose the pool made up for that. Staff were friendly and helpful though when we asked for water bottles to be delivered to our room they would forget. Overall a nice stay.

It was a pleasant experience. We stayed for 2 nights. The pool was spacious , adults & kids can have a good time there . There’s a bar in the pool . The buffet breakfast was fascinating , a lot of variations . They changed the menu on the second day . They have free shuttle service to the beaches and apparently u can walk around to get food . All the amenities are nearby . The receptionist even offered us for a free hotel upgrade . U can go to yanui beach using free bus the hotel provides and it is so beautiful. Sandy white beaches . Big Buddha is 20 km away from the hotel . U can rent a bike (250 bhat / 1 day) .prom cape is walking distance from yanui beach , if u enjoy walking if not u can always hitchhike..that’s what we did hehe .. hotel staff were friendly. We will definitely come again to the e hotel . Thank u trip.com

Отличный отель. Персонал дружелюбный, но сним почти не взаимодействовали, т.к. не было проблем при проживании. Под боком магазины, макашки, рынок морепродуктов. Окна выходили во двор отеля - шума с дороги не было. Двор с двумя бассейнами и зеленью от которой всегда естественная тень. Единственный минус - из-за зелени есть москиты, но в номерах предоставляют фумигаторы и таблетки ним. Дополнительно купили спираль от москитов и поставили ее на балкон.

Booked 3 days here back in February for only $36 USD per night. The location is directly in the center of Rawai Beach. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. However, you will need a taxi or motorcycle to get to Yanui Beach or Nai Hairn Beach. Big room with lots of space. Bathtub in the shower. Big balcony. Nice sized pool with warm water. Only downside was wifi didn't work in my room so I frequently had to go to the lobby for internet access.
