這家民宿簡直超乎我預期，民宿內的設施令人滿意。廚房設備齊全，可以輕鬆地自己烹飪美食。衞生設施乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，為我們提供了良好的睡眠體驗。環境也很整潔，每個角落都井井有條，讓人感到愉悦。對孩子很友好，也安全，小院裏可以自由玩耍，帶父母和孩子、兩三組家庭結伴親子游或者一輛商務車人員出行的都可以選擇這裏，可以滿足不同的需求。去看了又見平遙的演出，很震撼，逛了古城還住了這麼好的客棧，衹想説平遙值的[強]下次有機會來還選擇這裏。

Perfect hotel for a visit in Pingyao, in the old center. This 280+ years old hotel is gorgeous. You dive in the old china and enjoy modernity in the same time ! What an experience. Poeple very nice, help you for every task you may need. I recommend for any stay in Pingyao!

服務：完美，管家式服務，抵達前會有管家提前聯絡，提供火車站接送服務；到達有歡迎茶點，每天都有新鮮水果還有小零食在房間。出門還會給帶一些水和小吃。 早餐和餐廳都非常好吃，我覺得我可以為了這家的大廚在這多住幾天。營養均衡、每個菜都有每個菜的味道，個人覺得比在古城裡吃的都好吃多了。特別喜歡她家的山葯和平遙牛肉，還特地請酒店幫忙採購了一些帶回家。 設施：我們三人出行，正好有適合房型，一套兩間房，古宅改造房間雖小，但是設施一應俱全，細節不錯，有文化氣息和現代與傳統結合的古樸味道，特別喜歡房間內擺放的藝術家攝影作品。小院內有給房客使用的茶空間（免費），還有影院（餐廳內），我父親連看了兩天的電影（賈樟柯導演作品）；我也在這裏收穫了導演的書兩本（回家路上就看完了第一本，很推薦給喜歡電影文化的朋友，導演文筆很好） 環境：酒店就位於東大街，平遙古城的主要街道之一，離各個景點都不遠，鬧中取靜。不想走路的，一出門就經常碰到古城的旅遊小巴，一人單程十元，想去哪裡也都能搭乘，炎炎烈日很好的選擇。出城看又見平遙也推薦搭乘小巴。

Really love the hotel’s a**osphere. It is cool both scenery and weather. There aren’t much noice and people around the hotel, a little walk and you will reach some of the tourist’s attraction. Some employees can speak english or if not, wechat is the best help. They also booked taxi and drop us off by the taxi, the service was wonderful. Will stay here again if there’s a chance of visiting.

Hotel staff picked us up from high speed train station. Smooth check in. Proprietress arranged tours of Pingyao old town and Wang family dwelling. Breakfast was good. All in, a very pleasant stay.

Booked 2 rooms and it is a pleasant experience to stay at 忠恕園. Should have arranged with the staff for xian north train station pick up then we can get to the hotel without much struggling in locating the hotel. Price is cheaper than taking taxi and the golf cart. Avoid to eat inside the city at all cost. Food is extremely horrible and identical. Deep fried frozen food and you can taste the frozen taste. Walk out from the South Gate and you can find good food.

酒店位置還行，在主街後面，環境還可以，就是我們四個人給了三個被子，説沒有了，説明條件有限，沒有熱水，衹能説是温水，根本沒法洗澡，空調聲音跟直升機一樣，響一晚上，電視還是壞的，看不了，裏面有個大的礦泉水，要10塊一瓶，床別翻身，一動就響！外觀還好…

100% satisfied and so happy that I chose this Hotel ! The Building was so beautiful...I could not stop taking pictures. Location right next to the walking streets. The Staff was very attentive and used their translation app to communicate with me. I can hands down recommend this place to foreigners,as the staff will make sure you are taken care of ! The room was just like in the pictures and the bed was comfortable. The sheets and towels fresh and clean. Prepare for a delicious and healthy chinese breakfast. No need to look further -stay here and you will not be disappointed.
