Excellent stay in Pingyao. The welcome was exceptionally warm and efficient. We had one room facing the courtyard and another on the second floor. Both rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean, and equipped with excellent beds. The bathroom was well designed with separate toilet facilities and quality amenities. The hotel provides a WeChat group for guests, which proved extremely useful. The staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the complimentary transfer service between the city gate and the hotel. The Chinese breakfast was excellent and preferable to the continental option. Orders can be placed in advance via WeChat, including drinks, which makes the experience very convenient. The hotel is well located near the North Gate and within easy walking distance of the main street of the ancient city. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended when visiting Pingyao.

行程突然有變，於是來到印象中的平遙。已經許多年沒來了，城內有很大的變化。最驚喜的是在網上找到了這家民宿。第一印象就是管家們貼心熱情，認真服務的態度。他們會詳細介紹如何玩耍的攻略，好吃的好玩兒的，怎麼玩兒等等，還準備了遊客使用的地圖，安排免費接送，這樣的服務讓我感覺非常安心。然後映入眼簾的環境，真是。。。美爆了。。。幽靜，典雅，有晉商大院的氣派，也有小家園林的美感。。。可以説處處是景，處處出片。。是愛拍照的小姐妹們理想的小院。。酒店房間各有不同，根據需求可以體驗多種風格。。。我們果斷續住一晚，在這樣的環境裏，感覺舒適，安心，身心愉悦。。。

這次入住體驗特別驚喜，酒店位置絕佳，距古城入口步行兩百米不到。在酒店的頂樓露台就可以看到古城城牆與古閣樓，視野開闊，晴天坐在露台吹風賞古建築，氛圍感十足，拍照特別出片。 店內裝修簡約雅緻，走廊整潔乾淨，客房設施貼心。玻璃隔斷的乾濕分離衞浴質感很好，房間配有青瓷茶具。 關鍵隔音非常好，聽不到任何嘈雜音，衞生把控到位，各處都乾淨整潔，配套設施齊全。前台熱情温和，有需求響應及時。 既能感受古城古韻，又能享受舒適現代住宿，性價比很高，來這邊遊玩強烈推薦，下次還會選擇入住！ （全文192字）

Lovely hotel with a beautiful internal garden in the centre. In the heart of the old city of Pingyao and very close to one of the main roads where all the shops and restaurants are. The staff didn’t speak English (as it’s often the case in China, so no surprise) but they called a friend/colleague who did and she translated for us on the phone. Overall they were very friendly. I would recommend to make sure you have a translator app working on your phone before getting there.

위치는 최고입니다. 고성 정중앙부근이라 고성 관광하기에는 정말 좋아요. 고성 중앙을 기점으로 사방으로 갔다가 다시 중앙으로 효율적으로 관광이 되어 위치는 최고입니다. 호텔시설은 핑야오구청은 처음이라 판단하기가 쉽지않네요. 하지만 객실내부는 현대식으로 잘 이루져 있습니다. 침대도 깨끗하고 매트리스도 적당하게 편했습니다. 욕실은 따뜻한 물 잘나옵니다. 청결도는 조금 부족한 부분이지만, 사장님과 직원들에 친절함으로 보충될 듯 합니다. 사장님!!! 1박 잘 숙박하고 잘지내고 갑니다.

Excellent location with a nice intro buffet dinner for local cuisine and breakfast included. Next to an important Taoist shrine and provision shops. Also within 5-10 min walk from the “New East Gate” which is important if you want to take a taxi for sights outside the walled city. Note outside vehicles are not allowed to get into the walled city. Extremely helpful staff and the high speed rail station to hotel transfer service is much appreciated especially since outside taxi cannot get into the hotel location. We speak mandarin and found the ancient city tour guides well worth the money. Look for the guides with the standardised purple windbreakers in winter. Standardised price but worth every cent. Glad my family took the detour to Ping Yao

來平遙古城旅行，選擇入住杏花村客棧，整趟住宿體驗讓人倍感舒心。客棧古色古香，院落景緻雅緻，客房內部硬件設施齊全嶄新，每日衞生清掃細緻到位，房間乾爽乾淨，居住體驗很好。 最打動人心的是貼心的服務，特地感謝前台李老師。遊玩結束當天天氣酷熱，我們返程的火車發車時間偏晚，退房後長時間在外等候十分煎熬。李老師瞭解我們的行程後，主動熱心幫忙申請延遲退房，讓我們可以在房間安穩休息，避開正午高温，這份貼心服務讓人倍感温暖。 客棧早餐着實讓人驚艷，不衹是簡單簡餐，菜品豐盛精緻，大蝦、小米海蔘粥一應俱全，用料用心，早餐品質遠超五星級酒店。從環境、衞生再到貼心服務，全程無可挑剔，來平遙旅遊優先推薦杏花村客棧。

This hotel was stunning. Located in the heart of the city. Very charming, it feels like going back in time. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Crystal at concierge was there for us all the time. Definitely recommended. Only down point: the hotel is very difficult to find. To keep a higher level of exclusivity there is not a single indication on the street. Took a while and some local help to manage.
