The hotel located a short distance from the main street of the Lakeside district offers convenient stay close to the heart of the town and tourist life of Pokhara. The hotel is good in its class. The reception staff are very helpful, professional and competent. The hotel offers services of guided tours, rental of cars and assistance to travelers in ticketing and booking. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast is included but the breakfast choice is rather limited and despite the fact that a large proportion of the guests are Europeans the breakfast offered is suitable for Asian tastes with very little for other tastes. Generally the hotel met our expectations.

The deluxe cottage rooms are not in the main building, and you can watch the sunrise on the sixth floor. The room and bathroom were large and clean, the bathroom was a bit dated and the hand towels had a strange smell. The room has safe and iron. Breakfast is a buffet, which is not bad. The only problem is getting to the hotel, they only have 2 free shuttles from the lakeside, otherwise you need to take a taxi. All staff are friendly.

There was very less staff available. Also, most of the amenities were not there. The intercom was not working.

We stayed at the Hotel Grand Holiday for the whole of our week in Pokhara and really enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a wrap around balcony with a view of both the mountains and the lake - though unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind when we were there so we couldn’t really see the views! There is also a comfortable roof terrace which is a lovely place to sit with a beer and watch the sunset. The owner Janak and Hari were amazingly kind and helpful, arranged lots of fantastic activities for us via their company ABC Trek and Tours (reviewed separately), but also gave us great recommendations for things to do and good places to eat around Pokhara. That said, the dal bhat and Nepali thakali we had at the hotel were among the best we ate on our entire trip, and their tomato ko achar is one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten (they kindly arranged for me to see how it is made, so I will be making it myself at home and adding it to everything!). They also arranged a car for us at very short notice to get us to Bardia when our flight was cancelled due to poor visibility. We received excellent service from everyone at the hotel for the whole of our stay and will definitely stay there if we ever visit Pokhara again.

We had a wedding in Pokhara, so came as a big family group to stay here and what a lovely hotel it is the team are so helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again as it had everything we needed They went out of there way to help us, on the day of the wedding we all struggled with our saree’s hotel to the rescue someone came at 6am to help us all get ready. By the end of our stay I was truly sad to say goodbye just because everyone had just been so nice and it felt like we where saying goodbye to friends. After a two week tre this hotel met our needs perfectly: clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, good breakfast with polite and efficient service. Excellent value at off-season rates. Our guide recommended this hotel and we followed this because we had not any research because we did not plan to visit Pokhara. It was a very good choice and I would return. Although an uninspiring modern building from the outside, we were quite impressed during our two nights here. The hotel including the room was very clean. The room was quite spacious; plenty of room for clothes and bags. The beds were comfortable and the linen spotless. The air conditioning worked very well - a necessity in Pokhara during August, I think. The breakfast buffet had a good choice of items which were reasonably well-cooked and warm enough - fried eggs were good, not 'rubbery' as so often is the case. The coffee was OK but at least it was unlimited. The location, close to Lakeside Road, is convenient for restaurants and shops and walking to the lake. The staff were polite though there was limited interaction with them because it was a smooth stay with no issues to discuss. If you are looking for a traditionally-built Nepali hotel with lots of carved wood and an ambience to match, then this isn't it. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, fully-functional place to stay this may well suit your needs. The twin-room with breakfast cost $22 per night - I could easily spend this on a leisurely breakfast in a cafe - excellent value.

We had a delightful stay. This was one of the best experiences so far in Pokhara. The service and ambiance around the hotel were incredible. So serene. And everyone was friendly and welcoming. Thanks Ayushma for making this stay special. Thanks to whole Temple Tree family

Hotel Queens Park, just remember this name for the best hotel in Pokhara. I have stay for a few days at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists and guests who want to go to Pokhara. Will be back to this place soon..!!!
