This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, although it is the first time that we used Trip to make the booking. This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff and a good range of food and drink available. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and a good night sleep was had. If I had to make a negative point it would be that we were required to pay an additional fee for parking and that hasn’t been the case before. I didn’t notice anything about parking charges when I made the booking although it may have been there. As a hotel guest that I would expect overnight parking to be complementary however this will not impact whether or not we stay at the hotel again. Thank you to the friendly staff and compliments to the Cleaning staff for presenting us with a nice room.

Family’s Most Favourite Hotel in the UK – Unforgettable Staycation Moments Holiday Inn London–Shepperton by IHG has always been our family’s most favourite hotel in the UK. Whenever my son’s school term break or a long holiday begins, this is the first place we choose to refresh ourselves and truly enjoy relaxing family time. During the final days of the Easter Bank Holiday, we once again had an unforgettable stay here, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our wonderful experience began at reception, where a professional and welcoming receptionist, Mr. Waleed, assisted us. He kindly helped register our car plate for overnight parking and informed us that the swimming pool facility renovations had been completed. He also thoughtfully let us know that my son Matt could enjoy the pool until 7 p.m. Thanks to his clear explanation and kind arrangement, we had plenty of time to fully enjoy the excellent swimming pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. It was a perfect way for both adults and children to relax and unwind. After our swim, we were quite hungry. At that moment, Restaurant Manager Mr. Nadeem warmly approached us and started chatting with my son. Matt was absolutely delighted—especially because Mr. Nadeem remembered him from previous visits. His kindness made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Even while waiting for our meal, we felt cheerful and at ease. At the end of dinner, he took time to speak with us again, encouraging Matt in his studies and sharing that his wife is a wonderful school teacher. These sincere and personal interactions truly touched our hearts. We also followed sightseeing recommendations from other hotel staff and visited nearby attractions such as Walton-on-Thames, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. Once again, Holiday Inn London–Shepperton made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated as a family. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it truly feels like a second home to us. Quite frankly, by day 2 we had fallen in love with the place, all staff on all sections were brilliant. All facilities were clean, well maintained and up to spec. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, 2 saunas, ice plunge pool, tennis courts, orchard and children's play area. There is also archery, bike hire and even boat hire so you can have a little trip on the river. We didn't do breakfast but there is a lovely little coffee bar with pastries and for the evening meal the main restaurant operates a buffet style with about 30 options so you could try a little bit of everything. The quality of the food was also very good. Finally I'll just mention that my partner enjoyed a couple of treatments at the spa and said her experience was superb. Lovely hotel...wonderful room with a view overlooking the grounds...very friendly and helpful. Had a great ****** mystery weekend with wonderful food.Only downside was when came down for breakfast...3 dirty tables ..none laid ...had to wait for table to be cleaned and wiped!!! even though there were plenty of other tables that could have been laid quickly.. Hot water jug empty..milk empty !! not great.

Nice cosy cottage room with underfloor heating in bathroom, a bath and separate shower cubicle with overhead shower, a wide range of complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Lots of small but fast spiders, but expected for a cottage with lots of garden space. Service was friendly and welcoming and you can request a golf cart ride to and from different locations on the Beaverbrook grounds. 4 different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast included. Relatively expensive (3 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts and a bottle of water was £200) but also expected for a place like this. Service was great. Booking a hotel room for the night includes use of the spa, no matter which online platform you book through including trip.com. Spa was a nice experience, though felt more like a health club that had spa facilities rather than a dedicated spa as I thought they would have more than 1 of each type. 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi (only 1 button worked), 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 outdoor heated swimming pool and a kids pool. Felt like they could have cleaned the leaves in the outdoor pool. Lots of choice for massages and other treatments. Gym was nice and modern. Towels, slippers and robes provided. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is a little dated and worn, so I had some trepidation when I first arrived. However, my room was very clean and comfortable. All the usual amenities. Breakfast was available but I didn’t take it. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are very close together And the doors are quite loud. I was fortunate in that I did not have noisy neighbours but I would imagine if you had people coming and going a lot it would be very irritating.

I recently visited and just wanted to share how much I enjoyed my time. The highlights for me were definitely the swimming pool and sauna—both were incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. Thanks for a great experience, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for races but also nice if not. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Parking easy with lots of space. We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive. Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it. Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options. The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient. Overall a superb stay.

On top of the top-tier service, the cleanliness of the entire manor is seriously impressive. Every room and common area is kept in pristine condition, and you can really tell the housekeeping team takes massive pride in keeping the place sparkling. Between the spotless interiors, the stunning grounds, and the warm atmosphere, everything about this stay is a total ten out of ten. You’ll honestly be planning your next trip before you’ve even checked out.

This location was perfect for us for a nearby visit. The pub was very popular (almost full) and had a great atmosphere. The car park was very busy with patrons cars. Fortunately we could find a spot but it would be useful if, somehow, Hotel stayers were reserved a space. This could be requested by the hotel upon booking confirmation. Sadly, we did not have time to enjoy the food or drink in the bar before meeting friends. When shown to our room and while carrying over night bags up the stairs, it would have been extra helpful if our door had been opened for us by the staff member to walk straight in before setting those bags down. Small detail to go from 9.5 to a 10/10! After check in we left our room quite soon after to meet friends and only returned after midnight to sleep before next day check out. As a result, we could not really enjoy any service or facilities but the room was fine with an ensuite bathroom. Adequate for our needs. We have stayed before and would stay again should we need to be in the area. Thank you Star Inn
