Hotel di Port-Louis

The thalasso and its staff are outstanding. I have been coming for over 30 years and the facilities are really great and the 25 meters swimming pool with warm sea water is fantastic. But the hotel is not up to 5 star standards and clearly there is not enough staff (especially in the restaurant) and there seems to be a lot of young people with little experience. The exception to this is the concierge desks: dedicated and excellent advice and service. Also upsetting is the lack of transparency of the bill so check out is a nightmare. I found a difference of 40 euros (on a multi thousand euros bill) as apparently for the last night my room was more expensive (nobody told me so before). There was nobody who had the authorities (or willingness) to admit to the mistake as the general manager, Madame Gali, was absent all week. A 40 euros mistake is not a big deal, but for an Accor Platinum customer who has come for over 30 years I find it unacceptable that staff cannot say ”sorry”.

Nous avons apprécié cet hotel récent , personnel sympathique à l'accueil et au restaurant; quelques hic , ne pas avoir bénéficié du tarif sénior , pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, pas de savon dans le réservoir de douche , manque évident de personnel au petit déjeuner , une seule personne pour réassortir les produits ( pluisieurs en manque à 9 heures ) débarrasser les plateux et s'occuper du check-out ; ce sont des détails à améliorer pour un 3 étoiles ( bien méritées par ailleurs )

Second séjour dans cet hôtel...et sûrement pas le dernier: un accueil au top, une chambre spacieuse et propre (le balcon avec une (petite) vue mer est très appréciable, en plus...), l'ensemble du personnel, à l'accueil, au petit-déjeuner ou au ménage, tout le monde à le sourire et est prêt à vous rendre service. La situation, ni trop en ville ni trop éloigné de l'établissement, en fait l'adresse idéale pour séjourner et découvrir les charmes de la presqu'île.

Hôtel de qualité plus que correcte pour le prix de la chambre. Très propre, literie confortable, accueil très sympathique et prévenant. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet propose un choix rare pour ce type d'hôtel, et les produits proposés sont très bons. L'hôtel, bien que dans une zone industrielle, est proche du centre-ville de Quimperlé. Etablissement parfait pour une étape, nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation lors d'un prochain séjour sur Quimperlé ou ses environs.

A part la chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes et la poire de douche entartrée nous avons apprécié nos deux nuits passées dans cet hôtel. L'hôtesse d'accueil était super sympa ainsi que le personnel de chambre. Propreté et tranquillité irréprochable
