Nice hotel but the room smelled of sewage, we opened window but smell came back. Nice bed good pillow but too long. Put some short ones in. I got a couple beers and signed to my room but got a call at 10pm that I needed to get dressed and come down to pay bar separate from the room??? Nice waiters and nice staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. We stayed here at the end of our trips to Torres Del Paine and El Chalten. We love the location directly across from the water. It is about 3 minutes drive from the downtown area. Views from the hotel view is amazing. We ate dinner at the Hotel restaurant, very nice food and wine with a great value. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Hostal realmente acogedor y cómodo, camas maravillosas, rico desayuno, todo limpio y perfectamente decorado. Cute hotel close to stores and restaurants. The rooms had great views of the fiords. It is walking distance to everything. We walked from the bus terminal to the hotel. Breakfast had eggs, toast and other continental fares with good coffee. Service was good. They have a rooftop bar with excellent views for sunset. We stayed before and after the W Trek. They held our luggage while we were hiking. Would recommend and hope to stay again!
