I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

Excellent location but the hotel cleanliness and maintenance is not good. The phone in the room did not work and they could not fix it in-spite of reminders.

Excellent stay. The rooms are fantabulous. Very neat clean and spacious. Thanks to Yogita and Vishwaja for the room upgrade and pampering my little one. The food is very delicious. The spread for breakfast can't be missed out. Eat ur heart out. The staff here is very courteous. Always there to make sure ur comfortable. Thank u Ajay, Rishabh, Abhishek, Prem, Arkansas and Zozo.

Wonderful experience at every stage. Handled a corporate event, so booked rooms plus the banquet. Met with pleasant smiling faces of Reshma, Din Din, Esther while entering the hotel. They make you very welcome and instantly you feel you are at the right place. Dinesh with Pang at the concierge are very helpful, very happy to make you at ease while they sort out your bags, and anything else under the sun. Jayant and Kanish, ***** with Winoma ensured that all our delegates checked in smoothly, and did what ever they could to accommodate special requests. The entire restaurant staff, under the guidance of super chef ***oj were very efficient. Special mention to Ayan and Chanchal who served all our clients with a smile. I can still remember how we gorged on the sea food and the patisserie. We had already conducted a recce, but staying in the luxurious spacious (standard) rooms of The Ritz Carlton was a step-up from the various other hotels we use for our events. A few view options from the rooms, one is a huge concrete park between the hotel and the adjacent office buildings, and the other would overlook the golf course across the road. The events team cooperated well with our production team, so thank you!

Very gesture and have given very smooth check in. The room cleaning was done daily. The staff Anjali, Thushar, Madhavi and Kajal have made the great service by responding very resolving many issues. The complementary breakfast was very good and given a clean service.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a perfect sanctuary to relax after a day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The swimming pool was a highlight of my stay. It's a beautiful and well-maintained area, perfect for both relaxation and exercise. The poolside service was excellent, and it was a pleasure to spend time lounging by the water. The gym at the Hyatt Regency is top-notch. It is equipped with state-of-the-art machines and a variety of equipment to suit all workout needs. The atmosphere is motivating, and I appreciated the cleanliness and availability of towels and water. The food at the hotel was another standout feature. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. A special mention goes to the staff, who truly made the stay memorable. Great stay here and Shamsher, Gurmeet, and Shalong are really friendly here to talk with. They went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met and were always ready with a warm smile and helpful advice. Their friendliness and professionalism made a significant difference to the overall experience. Overall, my stay at the Hyatt Regency Hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent amenities and top-tier service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area. ---

I felt homely here, the staff here is very kind, polite, helpful and available anytime. A special shoutout to Mujeeb Rehman - Incharge Carmine Rest and Karuna for being extra caring with me and my family. The food is so delicious that I need to think what too eat and what to leave. I am very happy and satisfied with all the services I got on Radisson Blu, Pune. I would love to visit this place as many times as I can.
