El hotel es precioso, unas partes un poco deterioradas, pero en general es muy bueno, mucha variedad de comidas, bebidas, la zona de la playa muy bien organizada, los meseros todo el tiempo pasan para el tema de bebidas, el restaurante de la playa también muy bueno, pero lo mejor de todo es la gente, todos muy pero muy amables, cálidos, atentos, respetuosos, colabores en todo momento… esta bien para Olán familiar…. Nosotros volveremos! Gracias por todo.

PPengguna TetamuHotel ini mempunyai kereta di kaunter 35 di pintu keluar lapangan terbang, tetapi terdapat bayaran sebanyak 40 dolar untuk sebuah keluarga. Daftar keluar ke lapangan terbang, terdapat juga kereta untuk dihantar, tetapi juga membayar 40 dolar setiap keluarga. Masa menunggu adalah sangat lama semasa mendaftar masuk. Para pelayan kelihatan sangat sibuk dan sangat tidak cekap. Sanitasi bilik adalah begitu-begitu, dan tuala serta peralatan tempat tidur berasa sangat usang dan tidak bersih dan putih. Tetapi ia terasa sangat baik selepas berpindah. Hotel ini sangat besar dan mengambil masa dua hari untuk membiasakan diri dengan persekitaran. PPengguna TetamuOcean Blue is a medium size resort. Not small. Not huge like Iberostar. However it has lots of fine dining (5) onsite just like the huge ones. Their beach is perfect with lots of free cabana like shaded seating. Only surprise was our scuba shop was onsite but actual dive boat was 2 resorts down the beach at Iberostar. A 10 minute walk, no problem. This side of island a bit choppy for diving. Smoother on South side. Resort super clean, safe and friendly staff. More young families and older couples. No Spring Break teens! Highly recommend this resort for families.

PPengguna TetamuThis trip was amazing. The resort was beautiful and easy to navigate. The rooms are quite large and the location is isolated and quiet. The beach is beautiful, the food was delicious, the drinks were wonderful. The staff were all really friendly and the service was generally great. There are a lot of vegan and vegetarian options which was great! All the events were really enjoyable and overall it was a really relaxing and memorable vacation! Shout out to the activities director Miki for making our stay extra special!

VVidal ClaramonteHa sido una estancia agradable. El servicio de atencion al cliente por parte del hotel ha sido satisfactoria en general. El todo incluido que ofrece era mejorable bajo mi punto de vista. Y por ese precio podía haber incluido el traslado. Instalaciones mejorables sobre todo el gimnasio que no es apto para ese hotel, se queda muy pequeño e inaccesible, parece un laberinto para poder entrar. Y el spa también se queda en muy pobre y ni siquiera incluido en la oferta del paquete de todo incluido con habitación superior. Cuando en España el 90% esta incluido ambos servicios, traslado y spa. Gran hotel gran cadena, pero mi cara de satisfacción por algunas otras cosas se queda indiferente por ese motivo...La variedad en el buffet de comidas tampoco era demasiada...se compensa con el trato al cliente y el entorno de playas vírgenes. Luego un detalle es la sobrepesadez en cuanto a vendedores ambulantes fuera y dentro del recinto...hasta con los masajes...

JJuliette BernadetteWe had an okay trip to DR. The “hotel” is more like apartments, and people do seem to live here actually also. The rooftop pool is so awesome, and literally the best part of the place. The room is clean, but we killed probably 4-5 cockroaches in the room. Stove was all rusty. When arriving, the door didn’t lock & we were 2 women in their early 20s who are both ＞ 130lbs. When requesting a new room, they “fixed” the door and refused to give us a new room. Scary location - we didn’t feel safe walking around at night here as women. Also, were scammed by a very nearby restaurant called “Bohio Punta Cana”. Free breakfast was awesome. No conditioner, only shampoo and “gel”? No hand soap. The shower seems to be salt water. I would honestly recommend staying on a resort if you come to DR, otherwise you might never want to come back.

WWILLIAMSSHEILAUpon arrival i found out that Trip.com botch my reservation. i booked a garden suite that offered a king bed or two doubles. My search was 1 room 2 adults i was giving Punta Cana. princess suites. the resort refuse to check me and my sister in because a phone rep told me that my booking was good for two. had to use my spending money to pay extra cause Trip.com did not put my sister on the booking. food was nasty, cold and picked over. fresh food was not put out often enough. Flies were all over the food. wait staff at the steak house was rude and nasty. Refuse to correct my order after they messed it up. Spent an entire night hungry. beautiful spot but will never go to this resort again nor will i book with trip.com

PPengguna TetamuThe resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.

My husband and I arrived at the resort on 9/28/24 even though we checked in, in advance online, we still had to check in at the main lobby and the check-in process was slow we waited about 30 minutes and there weren't many people there. Upon completion of check-in we were transported to our room 2105 in a golf cart. Upon arrival the room was very dated, looked nothing like the pictures online, the ceiling of the shower had an opening and there was a dirty shower curtain, the bathroom disgusting and there was a large gap under the door so bugs could easily make there way into your room. I decided not to stay in that room so we went to the front desk to complain. Once at the front desk we were told to get an upgraded room we had to purchase the privileged room which was $70 more per night. Not happy about that but we upgraded. The room was better but smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom smelled of sewage. The bathroom only had one washcloth and two towels, and as privileged guest we were suppose to be given beach towels as a ”perk” of the privileged. On Sunday morning around 8am, I called the front desk asking for more bath towels, beach towels and washcloths. We headed out and came back around 6pm, our room was cleaned and provided no towels at all. So, I had to call again and request towels and washcloths. After waiting about an hour we got our towels and still no washcloths, also the room was missing a hair dryer room 816. Then the power went out around 7pm, seemed like our unit which was on the 3rd floor was affected as other guest were experiencing the same issue of no power on the 3rd floor. We went to the front desk to complain about the no power as the room was getting hot quickly as it was over 90 degrees each day we were there. The front desk stated they were aware and working on the issue. We decided to go eat and see the Michael Jackson show while we waited for the power to be restored. The Michael Jackson show was good, the person playing Michael Jackson is actually a very good entertainer he has all of MJ's moves down packed to coordinate with every music video. We got back to our room around 10pm and still no power, I was so upset so we called the front desk and after speaking with them they changed our room, so at 10:00pm instead of relaxing and going to bed we had to pack up and move out of the room. Then we were sent to room 802 which was clean but still no washcloths. Monday morning we saw the housekeeping and my husband asked for a washcloth and she was the only person to actually finally bring us washcloths she got a nice tip for that. **Food** Food is trash, thank goodness my husband and I rented a car the only good meals we had were from the restaurants we went to in Punta Cana. The breakfast not good, not a good selection of foods and the dinner the same. No salad dressings at all, bacon under cooked, grilled chicken no seasoning and the desserts not good at all. PPengguna Tetamu!!! FINGER WEG BESONDERS FÜR TOURISTEN AUS EUROPA !!! Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich sehr enttäuscht bin vom Hotel und der Umgebung hier. So hätten wir uns unseren Urlaub nicht vorgestellt. Aber zuerst zu den positiven Punkten: Positiv war: - Sauberkeit der Zimmer 7/10 - Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals 9/10 - Sauberkeit Pool 8/10 - Qualität und Angebot des Essens 7/10 Negativ war: Strand und Meer 1/10 Ein Grund warum Menschen dieser Welt die dominikanische Republik bereisen sind bestimmt die traumhaften Strände. Leider war dem überhaupt nicht so. Die vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellten Strände waren komplett zugemüllt, voll mit Seegras und im Wasser konnte man kaum schwimmen vor lauter Seegras. Nebst dem, dass dies total ekelhaft war, sehe ich als Rettungsschwimmer auch eine Gefahr in solchem Gewässer überhaupt zu baden da die Bewegungsfreiheit stark eingeschränkt ist. Als wir das Management des Hotels darauf aufmerksam machten, sagten sie uns dass es Ihnen leid tut aber sie nichts dagegen tun können. Ich finde das eine Lüge da das Arbeitspersonal den Strand reinigen hätte können. Für uns war der Strand, sowie das Meer völlig unzumutbar. Personal und Management 3/10 Sehr freundlich, aber keiner spricht auch nur 1 Wort Deutsch. Bei einem 5 Sterne Standard ist eine Dienstleistung, die man in Anspruch nehmen darf. Ich empfand das Personal leider auch durchgehend schlecht gelaunt, bis auf einige wenige. Trotz zahlreicher versuche mit dem Management über die Missstände zu sprechen, wurden wir immer dreist abgewimmelt und darauf verwiesen zu warten. So verbrachte ich schlussendlich 4 Stunden meines Urlaubs in der Hotellobby. Die Beschwerden wurden belächelt aber nichts passierte. Eine weitere Respektlosigkeit dieses Hotels. Aktivitäten vom Hotel aus 2/10 Massentourismusattraktionen auf völlig veralteten, Sicherheitsriskanten, maximal umweltunfreundlichen und überteuerten Touren. So kann man das Angebot rund ums Hotel beschreiben. Leider bietet das Hotel von sich aus nur Tourenan die doppelt so teuer sind wie im Internet zu finden, über die Qualität möchte ich wirklich nichts mehr sagen, ausser unterste Schublade. Es gibt keine Möglichkeiten zu tauchen, Kitesurfen, Wakeboarden oder anderer Extremsportarten. Das Undercover Kinderhotel Leider wird man auch beim Hotel verarscht. Das Hotel teilt sich nämlich das Grundstück mit Nickelodeon. Dies führt dazu, dass es sehr viele Kinder hat und sehr viele Kinderattraktionen. Ich habe nichts gegen Kinder aber als Geschäftsmann möchte man einfach seine Ruhe in den Ferien geniessen und nicht permanent irgendwelchen Clowns, Kinderlieder, Hüpfburgen, Urin in den Pools und dem Geschrei ausgesetzt sein. Mittouristen im Hotel Ein weiterer Punkt war dass ich das Gefühl hatte der einzige Europäer zu sein. Alle sprachen Spanisch. Aus Europa schien tatsächlich gar niemand zu kommen. Wir waren auch die einzigen hellhäutigen. Ich habe da absolut nicht dagegen aber etwas komisch war das schon. Fazit L
