Top level serviceminded. They did everything to make this an unforgetable citybreak. The place is above and beyond. It is spotless clean. Close to Vatican and rest of the city, is in walking distance. Next visit to Rome, will be here as well.

AMAZING for my quick two-night stay. The room was spotless and very quiet despite being right on a busy street. Literally a 5 minute walk from the train station which was vital because I came directly from the airport and after my stay easily caught the train again to Civitavecchia for a cruise. 10-minute walk to the Vatican, I went TWICE. And you get a discount for delicious coffee and chocolate-filled croissants at the restaurant directly across the street for $2. About a 40-minute walk to the Colosseum or trevi fountain which was no issue for me. I felt very safe and comfortable. Thank you!!

We stayed in Rome before, but this location and lovely accommodation is absolutely perfect. The hosts are only a message away and always there to recommend places to eat and visit. Also very clean and with a full size kitchen. Great base for pretty much every attraction in Rome, most within walking distance. I’ll visit again!

Clean and confortable rooms with a good location. It is very close to the center of rome and there is access to a lot of facilities. There are many stores and supermarkets near to this guest house. The persons that welcomed us were very kind to and suggested us good addresses. I really recommend it.

Impero Vaticano San Pietro: Located just 400 meters from St. Peter's Square, this charming spot had four double rooms, each with a private bathroom. Its proximity to the Vatican made it perfect for exploring the heart of papal Rome. Impero Vaticano Navona Apartment: This holiday home in the center of Baroque Rome was a delightful find. With its coffered ceilings and antique terracotta floors, it offered a historic yet comfortable atmosphere. Positioned near iconic landmarks like Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, and Campo de' Fiori, it was an ideal base for city exploration. Impero Vaticano Suites Guest House: This newly renovated guest house in Via Catone was a blend of modern luxury and classic elegance. The attention to detail in the furnishings and finishes of its four rooms made my stay there truly memorable. Each property provided a unique window into the diverse flavors of Rome, from the historic Vatican area to the bustling heart of the city, all while ensuring comfort, style, and a warm welcome

Take my word, don't consider anywhere else. I've used this location 3 times, area is perfect, metro is less than 2 minutes, Vatican similar, everywhere else is 20 minutes walking. Restaurants within 1 or 2 minute walking distance.

The room was so super clean. Loved the interior decoration. It is so clear that so much love and attention has gone into making this the perfect B&B. So much value for your buck. And the accolades I have for the beautiful host. So sincere and helpful. It's places like the San Pietri Impero Vaticano that demonstrate how a nice place to stay in can improve the overall experience of visiting Rome.

Awesome place. The service is great. Location is very good. If you search for a b&b you should book this for sure. The place is clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who visits rome.

Not as advertised. If you are looking for an O.K. BnB you may be satisfied. We were misled into believing we were booking a three star hotel. Not a reality. The room is not the size shown, the proprietor does not speak english, the location is the only thing going for it. One sink in the "deluxe suite" did not drain and wasn't fixed. The toilet seat was in danger of putting you on the floor. The "kitchen" is shared sort of. You can make instant coffee. I guess it's allergy free, who knows? Definitely not worth what I had to pay!!
