Overall this hotel needs to improve or rebuild inside, it’s kinda of out-dated / old, toilet flush is up in the sky🤣 it’s okay as long as it can be flushed, shower has no door, water splashes everywhere, and hot water is not strong, you need to wait at least 10 mins to get hot water. Breakfast is weird, the breakfast time is not over but staff is rushing to clean all the food, put all food back.. I’m not even finishing breakfast. Location is convenient although termini is too shady, just watch out when you go out .

Strategically located next to the Roma Termini, Friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms, worth for money.

Ruin my whole stay in Rome by staying in this particular hotel. Very disappointing. Sewage smell and many other things didn't help.

Fantastic location—literally right opposite Termini station. If convenience were an Olympic sport, this hotel would take gold. It made getting around Rome ridiculously easy and saved loads of time. The staff were super friendly and genuinely helpful, which honestly makes a big difference. And the price? Very affordable—Rome doesn’t always do “budget-friendly,” but this place tries its best. Now, full transparency: for the price we paid, this is definitely not a luxury hotel. The building has clearly lived a full and interesting life. The hot water needs a few minutes to wake up in the morning (apparently it’s not a morning person), and the room door lock deserves a museum exhibit of “vintage challenges.” Opening it felt like cracking a safe—daily. That said, the receptionists were absolute legends and always came to my rescue when the door decided not to cooperate. Overall, great value, unbeatable location, and staff who more than make up for the hotel’s… character.

Perfect central location is the main strong point for this hotel. A stone throw to main train station allows you to reach many parts of Italy easily. Room has adequate amenities for comfynstay.

The location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the main attractions. There's an airport shuttle stop right across the street. The room was standard, and the reception staff spoke Chinese. Overall, I had a good impression.

We stayed here as a family of three on the day we arrived in Rome from Japan. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Termini Station, which was very convenient after a long trip. We arrived about two hours before the official check-in time, expecting only to leave our luggage, but they kindly let us check in early. It was incredibly helpful. The building itself is a bit old, and there was a slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which was a downside. However, considering the location and the price, we were very satisfied overall. The staff at the reception were very friendly and provided great service, which made us feel welcome. There are no amenities provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. That said, the hair dryer had strong, warm airflow and dried our hair quickly, which was convenient. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place with an unbeatable location, this hotel is a great choice.

The hotel was very close to Termini station Only take 20 mins to Vatican or 30 mins to airport Very convenience. Got a upgrade to a bigger room. Room service was not bad. The breakfast was okay , $10 Euro , but food was same everyday. So can try couple days. Becoz it was May so there are still no A/C. But the room was windy and comfortable.

Basic ammenities, breakfast not worth paying 10euros. Location is great lots of good restaurants around.

Hotel staff members are in general helpful. Hot water may not be enough for shower at night after midnight.
