Hotel berhampiran La Rustica U.I.R., Rome

I had 2 negative experiences in this hotel, one of which was very unpleasant. First, the hotel could no longer find my reservation, but that was resolved very quickly. Then on the evening of the fourth day of my stay, I found an envelope on my bed with a 50 euro fine in it. At the reception, I was explained coldly that it is because it is forbidden to smoke in the room. The cleaning lady would have smelled the cigarette while cleaning the room. The problem is that I'm a non-smoker and I can't stand the smell of cigarettes either. It was particularly unpleasant having to convince the receptionist that I don't smoke. Finally, she withdrew the fine. I came 5 times in this hotel, and to be fair, I must say that the rest is perfect. The staff are professional (except for the fine!), smiling and helpful. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious. The breakfast is very good and it is possible to have dinner at the hotel.

整體想很不錯，唯一缺點就是離市區比較遠，還好在酒店 300米的地方有火車，而且坐這個火車，你還不需要買票

Honestly couldn't fault our stay here. From the friendly check in we received when we arrived to extra assistance we needed. All the staff we encountered were very helpful, we only had one issue with one of the early morning receptionist we weren't aware the gates were locked we had to ask twice to have the gate unlocked as we had a early morning excursion planned and needed to leave, the man on reception gave us a rather grumpy and short response when we asked to have the gates opened. But apart from that all the other staff went above and beyond for us. From getting us extra pillows on the first night even after the maid service left. On our last evening the receptionist called up our transfer company for us and confirmed our pick up time for us, as our phones wouldn't allow us to call international numbers. On the day we checked out, they even stored our luggage for us behind the front desk as we had a few hours to kill before we got picked up. When our transfer taxi didn't arrive, the receptionist on duty that day couldn't be more helpful,phoning the company for us to find out what the hold up was, even helping organise a different taxi for us to get us to the airport in time for our flights home. Rooms were airy and cleaned daily and in an excellent location for the local metro line. Perfect to use as a base to get away from the hustle bustle of the city centre. Perhaps a welcome guide in the room would be useful to let people know of the times when the gate is locked etc as we weren't aware of this. Overall enjoyed our stay here with the friendly staff and comfy rooms.

Hotel ottimo, luogo molto raffinato e accogliente, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Camere ordinate e pulite. Possibilità di comunicare con il personale ottima. Presenza del parcheggio un punto a favore.

Unfortunately my friend chose this because it was close to our airport. But I implore you to look elsewhere as you will find much better places to stay. You will find no food in this hotel. Nor did I see a vending machine. Breakfast is it. And a tiny bar can give you a basic drink or tiny water. The room is basic but was clean. We each got one small lumpy pillow so I needed to ask for more. The shower had seen better days with stained and dirty grout and a shower head that constantly fell down. And the cleaning left much to be desired with long hairs found everywhere. There is a restaurant next door but give it a big miss as the staff are rude and the service and food is horrific. The staff here were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately that was the only plus point. Our room was in a state of disrepair. Buttons missing off light switches revealing live wires, bath fittings broken or missing, mould on the walls, paint peeling... I could go on but it's safe to say I won't be returning. Breakfast was cake, croissant or ham. Very poor too. 2/5 from me

Classico viaggio d'istruzione a Roma con 2 notti in questo hotel con colazione e cena compresa. Le foto pubblicate non sono reali, sono forse un ricordo di tempi che furono, oggi la struttura è malconcia, abbandonata nella manutenzione, nella pulizia e con arredamenti veramente datati. Non alzate le lenzuola per osservare i materassi, potreste pentirvene, non camminate sulla moquette dei corridoi lercia e macchiata, aspettatevi muffa negli angoli e umidità nei muri. Non parliamo della cena servita da camerieri improvvisati, dove sulla tavola mancava sempre qualcosa e che non hanno nessuna conoscenza di questo lavoro. Il cibo era improponibile, una volta bruciato, una volta finito, uns volta sppena scongelato. La colazione invece passabile con doce e salato, ma le bevande dalle macchinette acqua colorata. È giusto sottolineare che i frequentatori sono maestranze che lavorano e le stanze rumorose

Got this room for 2 and it’s not bad considering the price! A little far from the places we wanted to visit but it was a comfortable stay :) Check in time was a little late so we had to keep our baggage in the storage room however all is well. We got the breakfast included & it wasn’t bad! Had a full breakfast but the coffee wasn’t hot by the time i had my breakfast (was kept in a thermos). Visited end 18th April & Im concerned abt the amount of mosquitoes that were in the room within 2 night me and my friend killed a total of 5 mosquitoes and it really affected my friend because she got bitten on her eyelid which made it swollen and we were worried she wouldn’t be able to take pictures. Toilet wasn’t the most prettiest or pleasant but toiletries were provided as well as hairdryer! There was also a kettle and coffee that we could make.

The hotel service is good! And the room is very big, I have ordered a double room, and the room given is enough for 3 people! The location is a bit far away from city center, but it is close to the maestro station. The price is reasonable too!
