Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Rome

Struktur baru dan berfungsi, katil bersaiz king yang sangat baik dan tilam ortopediknya, bilik tidak bersih sempurna (tidak lama kemudian saya berjalan di sana, tanpa selipar, saya mempunyai kaki hitam) tetapi sangat berfungsi dan dilengkapi dengan semua perkhidmatan yang diperlukan untuk penginapan ( antara termasuk kemungkinan menyediakan kopi dan teh di dalam bilik). Restoran dengan pemandangan yang sangat baik, tetapi kakitangan yang tidak cekap dan tidak bersedia (saya tidak dapat memilih meja, menu yang dikurangkan dan terakhir tetapi tidak kurang juga saya memesan tartare daging dan saya dihidangkan beberapa keping daging dengan bawang, cendawan, pesto dan saya tidak tambahkan apa-apa ada yang lain ....... ringkasnya, asas memasak tidak ada !!! Lebih tepat jika mengatakan bahawa mereka sudah kehabisan stok dan saya akan mengambil sesuatu yang lain; carbonara adalah kredit yang sangat baik untuk kredit. Akhirnya, Perkhidmatan tidak ada, terdapat kira-kira 5 pelayan di antara maitre d 'dsb. Saya terpaksa menunggu 20 minit untuk menerima roti, *****tara kopi - kelelahan kerana tidak melihat siapa-siapa lulus - dibawa di kaunter dengan harga yang sederhana € 3 dikenakan kepada saya walaupun saya sedikit rungutan !!!! Maaf, saya lupa menyebut bahawa terdapat sekitar 6 pelanggan di seluruh restoran. (ringkasnya, tidak pernah lagi !! pengalaman restoran untuk dilupakan). Penyambut tetamu yang sangat baik, bersedia dan bersedia untuk menyelesaikan masalah; sebenarnya, dia segera memberikan selipar bilik dengan logo struktur dan memberi saya sarapan percuma. Demonstrasi Hotellerie yang baik.

On the overall a nice hotel, but kind of far from the center, 10 mins away from the Torre Angela metro station. Everything needed was in the room (fridge, conditioner, hair dryer), clean, everything in good condition. Reception desk staff speaking adequate English. A nice little pool was also available for us, my son enjoyed it. Didn't buy breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it. Were mostly in the city, came to hotel only for sleeping. Conditioner working, a balcony to the back yard, not a very nice view though, but it wasn't a problem.

Pro: we have chosen this hotel to be close to Termini Station and to almost all touristic objectives in the 4 days /3 nights we stayed in Rome. The price for 3 days was decent given the fact that we stayed during Catholic Easter. The reception was open 24/07 and the receptionist was kind and polite. Cons: The first thing that we have observed was the small room we had (2nd floor), with a green carpet but extremely dirty. It was now cleaned weeks ago it seems. I have photographed everything because the cleaning was not ok here. At all. The marble floor was dirty in the bathroom as well when we arrived but also during our stay. Nobody cleaned the floor. The cleaning lady arranged our bed and we had clean sheets and towels. The hotel has no restaurant, even though they have the room for it and it was nicely arranged. No food was served at all. Only a machine for coffee, teas and salty things.

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. Do not book this hotel if you want a decent stay. The only good thing about the hotel are the staff. Very friendly. But the rooms are a bit run down. If you’re coming as a couple you’ll probably have to ask for extra towels and pillows. The beds are rock hard. The air con works but you wouldn’t know. Noise from other rooms can be bad too. The area is very run down. Nothing around apart from a few shops. Getting to the centre of rome isn’t great either. Taxi costs too much and waiting for a bus and using metro takes time. You’re better off paying the extra money for a better hotel.

We booked accommodation for 2 days, we arrived at 03:00 for our night, they received us The air conditioner in the room was not working properly but we were very tired and went to sleep anyway The next morning we asked you to check the air conditioner but at noon they didn't fix it, we asked to change rooms and they changed us the second room was very good

Had low expectations after reading reviews, but the accom was fine and good value for money. Location meant I could walk to practically all the sights, and still make connecting trains/flights with minimal hassle. Bathroom was roomy and included some shampoo etc. Mini fridge was cold and kept my Tim-Tams from melting any further (Australians, amirite). Bed was comfy, and clean. Aircon was kinda the little aircon that couldn’t, but the white noise from it doing its darnedest helped block out the street sound (which wasn’t that bad anyway considering location). The continental brekky in the morning was nothing extravagant but I did have about 5 bowls of really yummy muesli and 5 cups of OJ so I was pretty happy. Obviously niche travellers will read that and book straight away. Also the restaurants nearby are good, had a ripper pizza from across the road one night. Other guests in the hotel were friendly, as was the concierge when checking out. First fella when checking in seemed a bit unhappy to have customers, a la Bernard Black. All in all I’d stay again.

Basic room, no coffee/tea in the room… When asked to move on upper floor, was told extra €25?!? Would like to know what the other rooms are like as these are not economy but standard????
