Great hotel! Beautiful pool and pool area. Nice clean rooms with good air-conditioning. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel offers free onsite parking, free wifi, and has a new gym area. 10 Minute taxi ride to the center. A great value for your money. We are looking forward to returning soon!

I will start from check in: This was easy, but the guy on the desk was rude and miserable. We were taken to our room by a guy who was slightly more pleasant. We were in Bernini 3. The room was spotlessly clean, but very very small, and dark. The mini bar was filled daily, as were the toiletries and towels, and the room was cleaned to a high standard, it also had awesome aircon. The down side was it’s general size and dungeon like feeling. The 2nd bed was a really thin “mattress” chair bed in alcove in front of the door to the balcony, which didn’t open fully, as the bed was in front of it. We asked for another mattress, as you actually fell through the one on it, which the hotel did for us. Overall the room was functional and clean, but not nice. I think looking at the website and Tripadvisor, the only room with no photos, which maybe due to the fact that you were unable to show how the room was. Breakfast was very nice and fresh made, and the man working there was very nice. The hotel was in the centre of everything, so is a great base, with the trevi fountain 1 minute away, and everything else within a 10-20 minute walk. Sorry for the 3 ranting, the room was terrible, but the hotel and position was great.

Siamo stati qui per il ponte del primo maggio, avevamo dei coupon per tre notti che prevedevano comunque una maggiorazione per questo periodo, e non ci aspettavamo ovviamente il lusso, ma sono rimasta delusa da alcuni aspetti e scrivo questa recensione in modo un po’ combattuto. Sui punti a favore sicuramente la posizione , ottima per i mezzi, si raggiungono facilmente la metro e gli autobus, come come la stazione, e una volta imparate le strade anche il centro o i principali monumenti non sono poi così distanti a piedi (dai 10 minuti ai 20). In hotel sono anche stati cosi gentili da tenerci i bagagli anche dopo il check out, perché avevamo il treno nel tardo pomeriggio, in modo da non girare tutto il giorno con lo zaino in spalla. La camera ok, pulita e grande il giusto, solo il bagno un po’ piccolino e senza bidet, ma per pochi giorni ci si può accontentare. La delusione riguarda i servizi. All’accoglienza abbiamo aspettato fuori dalla porta 20 minuti perché non funzionava il campanello e ho dovuto chiamare al telefono più volte. Il manager non si è mai visto se non al check out e in hotel non trovavamo quasi mai nessuno.. prima delle 9 e dalle 15 non c’è anima viva… non abbiamo ricevuto informazioni o suggerimenti in merito a spostamenti, posti eventualmente da visitare o dove mangiare, o su eventi.. nessuna indicazione pratica… in realtà ci siamo sentiti abbastanza abbandonati a noi stessi…. Unico suggerimento un bar per fare colazione l’ultimo giorno e tra i più cari della città…. La biancheria in camera veniva cambiata solo su richiesta…. Zero convenzioni con bar e ristoranti, ed essendo un bed &breakfast potrebbe essere utile.. inoltre Roma è una città indubbiamente grande e non si può pretendere di raggiungere tutto in pochi minuti a piedi, ma una volta imparate scorciatoie e strade giuste ci si sposta anche abbastanza rapidamente, basterebbe magari prendere una strada a destra piuttosto che a sinistra… peccato che noi lo abbiamo capito solo l’ultimo giorno… avessimo avuto più indicazioni forse ci saremmo evitati tanti km inutili….. e avremmo visto più cose…. Detto questo, rimane una buona soluzione per la posizione ma la cura del cliente è decisamente da rivedere per questo ritengo i prezzi un po’ sopra le righe…

The hotel has a great location，but the kettle made the lights go off in the entire room, and we didn’t get a replacement for it so I had to go fetch water downstairs. The bathroom is very small as well and the sofa bed isn’t very comfortable. The breakfast was very average just normal. The service was great front desk were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a certain charm as soon as you walk in. There is no glitz or glamour, just a certain well established feel about the woodwork and decor. Reception were always great, handled things effectively with no fuss. Rooms are basic, but it is a 3 star so don’t expect any more. My bathroom had certainly had a re-fit in the last few years so that was great. Breakfast is a simple buffet, focussed on coffee, croissants, pastries and cold meat / cheese. What’s not to like. Great price for its location.

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. WiFi was not working inside the room for two days. We had to come out in the lobby to get a connection. Breakfast was very simple. The location is good as it is very close to Rome Termini. The room was clean and big enough. The bathroom was tiny and it was difficult to take a bath for even a single person. No glasses/cups were provided in the room to drink water. No coffee or tea provided in the room. We requested an electric kettle and the staff told us that it will be given in the morning when breakfast/kitchen staff will come.

Come da titolo buon hotel in cui ho passato una notte durante il mio breve soggiorno a Roma, a febbraio. Hotel situato in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dall'entrata della metro, proprio accanto ad un supermercato e a vari bar e ristoranti. Personale di reception gentile e professionale. Alta la tassa di soggiorno (4€ al giorno a persona, ma non è ovviamente colpa dell'hotel ma del comune). Camera singola piccola ma con tutto l'essenziale (condizionatore, riscaldamento, frigo bar vuoto, armadio, finestra con vista e un cuscino in più) al quarto piano con vista sul cortile interno. Il bagno è spazioso. Letto abbastanza comodo. Prezzi nella norma considerata la posizione e i servizi presenti vicino all'hotel. Consigliato se per un breve periodo (2/3 notti), altrimenti anche se si è da soli come me conviene prendere una camera di categoria superiore, poiché altrimenti tende a diventare asfissiante la camera singola standard.

I was nervous about travelling alone for the first time, but the staff (Alessio, Flavio, Martina and Bianca) made my trip unforgettable. The team are so funny and friendly. Alessio (the bar manager) provides the most entertaining atmosphere and is a true credit to the hostel. My private room was clean and comfortable with beauty Italian decor. The guests were a mixture of solo travellers and groups (generally 20-40ish) but everybody was made to feel welcome and included. Thank you to Alessio and the team for a phenomenal experience!

Liked the location of the hotel in EUR Rome. The rooms are nice and clean, good TV channels including BBC and CNN. The experience was ruined by the 1 hour + noise from the trucks loading and unloading skips in the next door Euromax shopping centre. The banging noise is horrendous. Sara did offer to replace my room but as i had 1 more night i didn't bother. The breakfast area is very busy and chaotic, takes a long time to get coffee from the Barista's. The breakfast items are okay but nothing substantial, they are very supermarket affair. The corridors are boring and dull and definitely 3 stars. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Euromax shopping centre next door is an excellent diversion on a rainy day.
