Alles super bis auf das Frühstückschaos und die Abende Wir waren mit unserer Großfamilie in Eisenstadt zu einem 30.Ten und 60.Ten Geburtstag. Das Frühstücksteam hat keinerlei System, wir haben an einem Samstag gefrühstückt, es gab mehrere Kellner und Kellnerinnen. Aber niemand hatte einen Überblick, keiner war für eine gewisse Station zuständig. Die Obst, Gemüsepresse ist genial, aber wenn sich niemand um Nachschub und Entleerung kümmert… dann nützt es NICHTS. Mehrere Familienmitglieder vermissten immer wieder verschiedenste Speisen, Croissants, Lachs, dunkles Gepäck, Aufstriche… ständig mussten Angestellte gebeten werden etwas aufzufüllen. Auf der ganzen Welt haben wir noch nie so einen desorganisierten Haufen gesehen. Super schönes neues Hotel, ein Chaos beim Frühstück. Niemand hat uns gefragt, ob wir da wohnen und nach unserer Zimmer Nr gefragt, so gesehen könnt ganz Eisenstadt da frühstücken. So schade ☹️ Der Wellnessbereich ist genial, den Zimmern fehlen nur Kästen….

Meine beste Freundin und ich wurden über SocialMedia auf das neue Boutiquehotel am Neusiedlersee aufmerksam und haben nun den Urlaub mit unseren 3 Kids hier verbracht. Rundum perfekt gelungen! Die Zimmer waren großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unseres hatte sogar 2 Balkone und somit sowohl Morgen- als auch Abendsonne. Im Zimmer kann alles (Klimaanlage, Licht, „bitte nicht stören“…) über eine SmartHome Anlage am iPad gesteuert werden. Und das Bett war großartig. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war reichhaltigst und sehr gut. Auch à la carte Gerichte waren problemlos möglich Die kleine aber sehr feine Speisekarte des Bistros bzw. Am Pool hat auch keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Nach Barschluß können in der Lobby an der „Honesty Bar“ (Love That Name) per App immer noch Getränke aus einem Kühlschrank entnommen werden. Pool Bereich war super sauber und stylisch und als Hotelgast hat man freien Zugang zum angrenzenden Seebad Weiden und dem See. Perfekt ist auch die Lage direkt neben der blauen Gans und dem Fritz, wo wir auch immer gerne essen gehen. Das Personal war wirklich superfreundlich und stets darum bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. An heißen Tagen kann es knapp werden mit den Liegen an Pool/Seebad, aber offenbar wird daran auch schon gearbeitet. Wir kommen sicher noch öfter - mit und ohne Kinder.
