This hotel is great. Cost less and close to so much. The employees seem to like to be here. They are kind and attentive. Miya was especially kind to me. I left hatch open moving in luggage. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. The outlet mall was close and did lots of shopping and buying

Very clean hotel, very nice breakfast, and GREAT staff. Mayra at the front desk checked us in and she was such a wonderful person. She made us laugh with her stories and helped us a couple times with a couple asks. Breakfast was yummy and the rooms were comfortable. It was a great location for going to St. Augustine where it wasn’t too close and loud, but wasn’t a hassle to get out there. Great stay and would definitely come back!

This is an older hotel that has not been updated. The lobby is dingy and the the furniture in the room is old. There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower. The refrigerator was not working and my food spoiled because of this. The bed was not comfortable and caused lower back aches for myself and my wife. While I have low expectations for breakfast at hotels, this hotel's did not disappoint. we ate the hotel's food one morning and the next day bought our own breakfast because we wanted something satisfying. If I was to say something nice I would comment the area is fairly nice and close to the outlet mall and other stores and there was no charge for parking. I had higher expectations from Fairfield.

This was a great hotel for a weekend in St. Augustine with the kids! Just far enough from 95 that the highway noise wasn't too bothersome, and easy to navigate in and out of the hotel parking lot, unlike some other hotels in this immediate area. The bed could have been more comfortable. Otherwise it was a great stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The kids loved the pool. Saw a lot of families with children around, but the hotel as a whole was very quiet and peaceful. I don't know if this speaks to the behavior of the kids or the quality of the hotel's noise reduction strategies - suspect maybe a combination of both. Would definitely stay here again.

The service was good and the place was very clean. The pillows were terrible, but the bed was very comfortable, the towels were thin and not soft. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold selections, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, juice and coffee and tea, etc. Every morning a bus stopped there to bring us into the town for a tour of the city. I gave it a 2 only because the last day we were there THREE bus loads of kids ages 8 to 10 arrived. In the morning, the hallways were load with kids running up and down. The breakfast area was crowded with the kids taking over every table and it was loud and messy. We were not told about this or we would not have stayed there. It ruined the whole experience.

We stayed here for our third time in three years in November 2023. Three years ago we found that the hotel had been renovated. When we stayed recently it still had that "new" look and feel. Check-in with JJ was a breeze. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and adequate, but the breakfast options were not tremendous; the dining room is small. We had scrambled eggs and turkey sausage patties. Also tried the waffles. The cook was in and out of the restaurant and attentive to buffet food and coffee supplies. We asked for a bath mat from housekeeping and it was provided immediately. The proximity of this hotel to I-95 makes it a great stopping point if you find yourself in the area at the end of a day. We travel from SC to SW Florida from time to time and find this hotel to be convenient coming and going on I-95. This hotel is across the interstate from one of P****** Outlets largest outlet malls so if you are interested in shopping this is a great place to stay. We stayed in a nearby competing hotel one year and found this to be superior. The old town of St. Augustine is about six miles away down State Road 16 next to the hotel. Restaurants are close to the hotel.

We only booked for 1 night….so me made the e st of that. Hotel is very old and needs major renovation of demolished then rebuild. This was for a last minute getaway during Memorial Day. The bed was lumpy, carpet was dirty and the bathrooms were awful. We had to get some cleaning items to be able to use the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was somewhat friendly. The front desk clerk was smoking a cigarette in front of hotel door when we came back that night from dinner. We love St. Augustine but we won’t never book this hotel again.

Good ‘middle of the road’ hotel. I know for the money we spent, we could’ve had a bit more, but I wanted to try out this hotel and location. Overall, the beds are comfortable - firm, yet soft enough that you sink in. But I’d recommend bringing a couple of your own pillows from home if you’re travelling by car. The hotel pillows are nice enough, but you might want a bit more support. For breakfast, I’m pretty selective, and it’s a primary driver for where I book. So when I was looking for reviews, I wanted to read one that said more than ‘good breakfast’ or ‘great breakfast’, so here’s my breakfast review. Breakfast is primarily the continental breakfast you’ll see at most places, and here they have your cold and hot breakfast options. But so you actually have an idea before booking a stay, here’s an overview by category…. Didn’t think I’d leave you hanging did you? Cold Breakfast: • Cereal • Yogurt • Hard-boiled Eggs • Bagels Hot Breakfast: • Quiche (w/ Spinach - I loved it) • Bacon • Turkey Sausage (a bit rubbery) • Scrambled Eggs (the powdered-mix variety) • Waffles (make-your-own) Fruit • Bananas • Other Condiments • Peanut Butter • Cream Cheese • Syrup • Butter • Other Drinks • Milk (variety) • Juice (variety) And that’s about the extent of it. I’m sure theses items will vary by the day and/or availability. But now, you at least have a more specific idea. Enjoy your stay!

We booked here and were pleasantly surprised. Our room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water. The gentleman at the front desk was delightful. He was pleasant while checking us in. We returned with questions about restaurants outside downtown; he was extremely helpful with suggestions. Most importantly, the room was very quiet. It’s easy access from the highway and downtown. The breakfast was good with multiple options. The only reason I’ve not rated this a 5 was because of a slight musty odor when we checked in. It did disappear when we ran the A/C. I’d definitely return.
