Everything about the property is perfect. Not too far from the center. Easily accessible by public transportation. The room is very clean. There are hair dryer en coffee machine available. However, make sure that you contact the property before arrival to ensure that you receive the code to access your room. There is no reception.

The room offers excellent natural daylight, a window with pleasant views, and a clean, well-maintained bedsheet, towel, and bath area. It is conveniently located with easy access to a mini-market, bus stops, and other amenities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, making our short visit to Salzburg enjoyable overall.

We love the room. It is spacy, new and clean. At first, we worrid about parking but I found out later that there is a hugh parking space right opposite the Apartment. Fee for 2 hrs. is 8.5 euro. It is so convenient.

進門發現整個房間沒有打掃，我聯繫客服之後對方一開始説給退20%的服務費，但是沒有任何其他措施，對方想讓我們在未打掃的房間裏過夜，讓我覺得不可思議。我們在此情況下打電話給德國總部，並且發了郵件給他們希望得到解決。但是當地的酒店客服説的是第二天下午三點客房部的人來打掃，我們不可能接受所以我方提出了換房間並且不需要退費的提議（他們全程沒和我們説全部退費），換了三個人回覆依舊沒有解決問題。最後通過客服電話解決了問題，非常感謝接電話並且解決問題的客服工作人員，但是入住酒店的過程讓我感到非常不舒服，對我們缺乏足夠尊重，混亂的管理讓我覺得不可思議。在糟糕的房間等待了90min，我們當天的行程全部被打亂。

必須清楚這是出租Apartment，要及早聯絡, 避免到達才後發現浪費時間。11點退房後，自己找地方存行李

房間乾淨舒適，寬大，自主入住比較麻煩，很不方便，入住出問題時無法打通酒店電話，最後通過攜程客服才聯繫上對方。

Horrible experience. Stayed for two nights no staff, no tissues, no cutlery, no crockery, dirty cups unwashed,no shampoo. No one to listen better look somewhere else. Reminded on what’s app regarding situation but no one listened. It’s a commercial building they have 3,4,5 floors. Looks like hospital corridors

Très belle chambre spacieuse et très pratique. Grande salle de bain. Pas de clim mais ventilateur. Calme. Sans accueil sur place donc faire le Check avant. Internet difficile sur place. À 30 mins de marche du centre ville. Possible de faire café et thé dans la chambre et plusieurs supermarchés à proximité. L’accès à l’immeuble est pas très chaleureux.

Kamer is ruim, mooi en netjes. Ligging is ook oké. Dicht bij de oude stad en er zijn eetgelegenheden in de stad. Het hotel zit in complex waar ook kantoren zitten. Parkeren is niet goed geregeld. Je kan een kaartje uit de auto automaat halen bij de slagboom en vervolgens nergens betalen. De werknemers in de kantoren moeten vervolgens helpen om je weer van de parkeerplaats te krijgen.
