Several months ago, I arrived in San Antonio from Louisiana. Traveling with my two pets, I was very apprehensive about the safety and environment of where I would be staying. My children chose the Red Roof Inn-Airport. Since then, I have returned to the Red Roof Inn-Airport, several times, for short and extended stays. Upon each arrival, my pets and I have always been greeted by Management/staff with a warm welcome, phenomenal customer service, exceptionally clean rooms, well-kept interiors, clean bedding, excellent amenities, quick room service when needed, outstanding a/c & heating maintenance, given information about local restaurants, job leads (I'm in the field of education), car repairs, San Antonio sights, medical, etc. In addition, I was always welcomed to sip fresh coffee with the morning ”Coffee Club” group!
