We stayed at Ritz to celebrate my father’s 73rd Birthday. They are very generous and provided complimentary cupcakes and wine. Definitely the best place to celebrate special occasions! Good food, excellent service and super friendly staff.

I have stayed at room 1620, AC is too noisy and not working properly. There is also some sound with fire dedicator which should be inspected! Another point during mu booking I have put comment that possibility of having window opening option, during check in I have asked specifically for it, I was confirmed that window of 1620 opens slightly, unfortunately it didn’t!

위치도 유니언스퀘어쪽이라 너무 좋고 모든 직원분들이 착하고 친절하세요 방도 깨끗하고 적당히 넓어요 저는 영어를 못하는데 언어소통에 큰 문제는 없었습니다 팁은 짐옮겨주시는분, 퇴실청소선생님께 각각10달러씩 드렸어요 참고로 짐옮겨주시는분은 선뜻 혼자온 제게 사진도 찍어주셔서 더욱 마음에 들었답니다! 이 밖 거리는 나쁘지는 않지만 빌런들이 자주 돌아다니니 조심하세요 참고로 샌프란 9.4기준 미국연휴일이라 그런지 사람도 별로 없고 특히 밤에는 동양인 여자 혼자 걸어다니기 매우 위험했습니다!

舊金山瑞吉可以説是當地酒店天花板級別了，也是美國住過的最頂級的酒店之一了，地段絕佳，酒店隔壁就是SFMoMA，離Union Square購物街基本也就步行5-7分鐘。酒店整體規模不大，但服務，硬件，設施都非常精緻細膩。雖然和國內的瑞吉酒店品質相差甚遠，但在美國不能以國內的標準來評判，極力推薦！

1.設施：酒店不配刷牙洗漱設備，有洗髮護髮沐浴用品、有毛巾和電吹風； 2.物品：酒店不配礦泉水、沒有開水，中國人出行需要做好預案，膠囊咖啡和茶，兩天更新一次，沒有和他們要，沒給，説兩天一次補給，倒時差咖啡不夠喝🤭； 3.服務：酒店前台服務中規中矩，門僮服務態度不錯 4.周邊：酒店在坡上，離CHINATOWN兩條馬路，從酒店到漁人碼頭一路步行，剛好可以把景點都逛了； 5.餐飲：除中式餐，周邊墨西哥餐還可以，一份足夠兩人實用； 6.安全：在漁人碼頭不遠，有遇到流浪漢，遠遠看到立即躲開，其他地方沒有遇到，晚上不敢出去，所以不清楚晚上是否有流浪漢出沒； 7.交通：鐺鐺車、小火車都很方便，華為手機和中國號碼（漫遊）受限較多，Google地圖使用非常不便，Uber使用受限，出租車對人民幣計費來説，太貴了； 8.是否排華：普通民眾面上還是比較友善的、很熱心，也很有禮貌，沒有遇到排華的那種極端人士； 9.旅遊感受：不擁擠，居住民生活比較悠閑，運動裝流行，人均鯊魚褲，山城，出門爬坡下坡頻繁，日均2萬步以上.
