Great place to stay in Santa Cruz. Small wonderful hotel, breakfast was like being at home, staff very friendly. Rooms are very confortable, bed was the best. Hotel decoration is fantastic. 100% recommended

This hotel is the perfect accommodation for exploring Santa Cruz. It is conveniently located a short walk from the center of town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool / hot tub area is sunny and charming. Breakfast is served with delicious fresh eggs. Most of all, the hosts and staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend this lodging!

Although at the beginning the relation with this hotel, didn’t start well, at the end we can say that it worth it. I don’t think it’s appropriate to tell the details of the inconvenient, considering that it was solved promptly. My wife and I for many years wanted to attend de Wine Festival “Fiesta de la Vendimia de Colchagua”, in Santa Cruz, and that is actually one of the best in Chile. After the pandemia, people that like to travel are thirsty to do what we couldn’t for a long time. Although we tried to arrive early to the hotel, it was not possible, work didn’t let us. We arrive approximately 11:30 PM and we were deeply impressed of the decoration of the access hall, very nice with beautiful antique furnitures. A very kind woman check us in and lead us to our room, we slept on the Merlot Suite (all suites are named under wine varieties), the room was very comfortable with a lot of space, decorated with old wooden furnitures very cozy, but with a lack of windows, the only one we had was inside the bathroom, although for us wasn’t a issue at all since we don’t have to worry about black out curtains, just keep the bathroom door closed to have a very dark room, that fortunately had A/C. The next day we had to put the alarm in order to be able to have breakfast,-it is only served until 9:30-, a little early considering that is weekend and some people likes to sleep a little longer. Beside that is a very good breakfast, with plenty of options. The only thing they didn’t have was a lactose free skim milk, but they served a very good French Press coffee. The hotel is about 4 to 5 blocks away the center of the town, we’re the “Vendimia” takes place, so is totally at a walking distance, and perfect, considering that you don’t need to drive back to the hotel, just consider that if you buy more wines that you can handle, those blocks will feel longer. On Sunday we had to make the check out as expected, I asked for an 1 hour extension for checking out at 1:00 PM, that was going to be charged at CLP$ 10.000 an hour. We just wanted to rest a little more, due to the early breakfast and also that we drink a little more that usual the day before, first at the “Vendimia” and then at the Santa Cruz ****** that is on the way to the hotel. Fortunately for us, it turned to be very good stay, we highly recommend the hotel if you want something more intimate and cozy, and that makes you feel that you’ve travel back in time. The hotel has free parking in a property that it’s just across the street. They let us leave the car there at no charge after check out, so we went to taste and get some more wines. Cheers

An absolutely charming place to stay in Chilean wine country. This boutique hotel enhances the whole experience with momentos of Chile's rich cultural heritage. The hotel's location in Santa Cruz makes it a great central point to explore Chile's spectacular wine growing region. Lovely little hotel. I loved the decor. It was very clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly service. Right in the centre of Santa Cruz just round the corner from the plaza and museam. 10 mins drive to vineyards.

Este hotel es el "hermano menor" del Vendimia Parador. Ubicado en el centro de Santa Cruz, a unas cuantas cuadras de la plaza de Armas y del ****** de Santa Cruz, es un edificio moderno pero desarrollado para que tenga el ambiente mas cercano posible a lo que hubiera sido las habitaciones de las aniguas casas de campo chilenas. Sorprende la cantidad y la calidad del mobiliario y alajamiento de cada una de las habitaciones, las cuales poseen todas las comodidades modernas de las que se precie cualquier hotel, pero combinadas con piezas de mobiliario antiguo, antiguos armarios, tocadores de dama, veladores de madera con cubiertas de mármol, lamparas que han sido modernizadas pero que en su esencia tiene mas de 80 o 100 años de antiguedad. La ubicación es comoda y segura. Y la atención del personal amable y oportuna. Tambien cuenta con piscina y aire acondicionado, baños amplios y comodos. A su manera este hotel y su hermano, el Parador, son su propia versión del Delorian del "Volver al Futuro", pero en este caso,volver al pasado del Chile de fines del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX.
