Hotel Santiago dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

The hotel is located in heart of Santiago, and accessible to all shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions, and many more. The room is clean and staffs are very friendly and useful. They are willing to assist and make your journey easy. Kudos to Gonzalo Ceriani and Alexander Zambrano, who are the front desk staffs, both are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay this hotel if you are in Santiago. Overall experience are exceptional!!!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights while visiting Santiago de Chile, and my experience was pretty good. Check-in process was smooth with no complaints other than the lack of staff to escort the luggage. We got a room in the middle of the building and the room was spacious and comfortable with working heater plus air conditioner for warning up from the chilly Santiago weather. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the breakfast due to the constraints of our tour but overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a good accomodation in the centre of Santiago.

I stayed 3 nights in the so called executive single room. My room was of a decent size, with all the appropriate amenities including a chair, a table, etc. There was also a small balcony, which was a nice surprise. The balcony was overlooking the street, which ended to be relatively quiet (Saturday and Sunday felt pretty dead in this area though). The bathroom was also spacious, everything worked properly, with enough hot water and a proper water pressure. The room looked clean to me and there was no issues with housekeeping. I could tell that the room furnishings were worn out though, like old furniture, etc. It didn’t bother me much because of my short stay, but it was quite apparent nonetheless. A/C also looked old and it was a bit noisy. The buffet breakfast was adequate. It didn’t have a plenty of choices but it was OK for me. In terms of location, as you probably already know, it is very central. I walked to the hotel back from San Cristobal's Funicular Station (taking Uber there) and also walked everywhere. If you don’t like walking, then Uber is readily available in the area. Also, as I said earlier, keep in mind that this area is pretty dead on weekends. On weekdays the area comes to life and there are many restaurants next to the hotel that offer lunch menus. In terms of service I can’t say much because I barely asked for anything. But it seemed OK. Wi-Fi in my room was non-existing. This was a bad experience. But I suspect it was because of my room’s location. Otherwise Wi-Fi worked OK on the floor or in other places. The hotel also charges for everything, even for a bottled water in your room that is there on your arrival. All in all, not a bad experience. I am giving 4 stars but it is more like 3.5 stars review. I would recommend it for a short stay.

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are flexible at the time of needing a late checkout. This is a fantastic option for travelers, especially those with late arrivals and/or early departures since the hotel is adjoining the airport terminal.

Muy bien el servicio del hotel, pero la cama ”extra grande” no es tan ”extra”, sino solamente grande. Esperaba una cama más grande. La atención del personal muy buena, muy amable. Respecto del acceso, desde el estacionamiento, debo decir que es muy malo. Está muy mal señalizado cuando uno llega en auto. No hay letreros claros que muestren dónde está el ingreso al hotel.

We found the staff so helpful and answered all our questions,Housekeeping was good, and efficient.The staff cooking at the egg station in the morning were always ready to do what you asked. We spent 2 nights/3 days here before boarding our Viking cruise. Highly recommend! Val at the front desk managed to get us us an early check in, which was much appreciated after we flew overnight from the US. Room was modern and comfortable with a GREAT view. We were surprised and thankful there was a USB and a 110v plug as we brought the wrong converter … would have been a real problem if we couldn’t charge our devices! The restaurant on the 17th floor was excellent, both for the food, the service and the wonderful view of Santiago’s financial district and surrounding parks. We ate breakfast there each morning and had drinks on the shaded patio before dinner each night. Ask for the hard copy menu in English if your Spanish is as rusty as mine. If you want to keep up your exercise, you can use the hotel gym OR the long, wide path that goes through the city that is right outside the hotel front door. Not sure how long it is (just did 3 miles) but bring your sunscreen as it is not shaded. Just across the street from the hotel is a building called CV Galeria. It has about 8-9 restaurants / bars across three levels, all with outdoor seating. Great options for dinner after a busy day touring Santiago with no Uber ride required! One tip: contact the hotel ahead of time to arrange a pickup at the airport. It will save you time and angst trying to navigate the airport and choose unknown transport… great to have a guy from the hotel holding up a sign with your name! In summary: great centrally located hotel in a safe area.

Ismael and Sebastian are the best concierge!!! We had a nice experience with them and the whole Radisson Santiago team. Thanks a lot for all attention with me and my family!!!! We will back as soon as possible!!!! The installations are modern and new attending our expectations!!!

In 8 or 9 trips to Santiago since 2008, this is the best hotel I've stayed in so far that fit my budget. Maybe demand is depressed for now in the Centro area because of working from home or tourism being way down due to Covid, but this felt a lot like a 4-star place that's tremendous value for now. Room was spacious, there was a room safe that was easy to use, bed was comfortable, and housekeeping staff did a good job. Can't comment on the breakfast or the restaurants (I don't think my room rate included the breakfast). Location is excellent, close to entrance D for the Ud. de Chile Metro. There's also a market on that corner with long hours and most supplies a person would need. The Paris-Londres neighborhood is also nearby with the food options, and it's walking distance to basically anywhere downtown, especially in the eastern half. Barrio Lastarria is about 15 minutes' walk or 2 Metro stops. Desk staff had varying levels of English proficiency but were always helpful. It's not gringolandia but neither are the prices. I'd rate it an excellent choice.

Esta muy bien ubicado!!! A pasos de Open Kennedy y Parque Arauco, la zonas es muy linda y tranquila para moverte caminando, tiene una vista divina a la montañas y la ciudad porque te hospedan desde el piso 25 en adelante. Ya que comparte instalaciones con el hotel Marriott de al lado, lo que hace que tenga mas amenitiee aun, Tiene estacionamiento incluido de súper fácil acceso, supermercado y tiendas de todo tipo a metros, impecable en todo sentido!!! Destaco de una manera especial la calidez y calidad de atención de todo el equipo del hotel, en especial la gente del sector desayuno Nicolas y la otra sra que lo ayuda ( super variado y rico) que siempre estan atentos a todo! Agradecerle a Marcela y Equipo su amabilidad permanente. Esta vuelta fuimos con mi marido pero volveremos con nuestros hijos porque fue super lindo todo! Gracias Boulevard suites Ferrat!
