Hotel room is clean, but winter is cold outside. The bed is comfortable and ac works well.

Mariya is so kind, gave us a lot of advice about sightseeing, restaurant.

我們住了一個晚上，玩得很開心。工作人員不厭其煩地為我們服務，沒有什麼可問的，他們非常友好。它坐落在一個陡峭的山丘上，景色優美，如果你起得足夠早，你可以看日出。床真的很舒服，公寓設計精美，應有盡有。早餐很簡單，但很好。熱水浴缸是一個不錯的補充，雖然非常熱！游泳太冷了，露台是曬日光浴的好地方。酒店距離聖托里尼島（Santorini）的主要樞紐費拉（Fira）市中心僅有幾步之遙。從巴士站出發，您可以前往島上的任何地方，或者租一輛四輪摩托車，或者只是在城市中漫步，欣賞美麗的日落。這間公寓不是太貴，地理位置很好。會推薦。

入住時前台正打電話，等了很久，我們四人定了兩個房間，她給了一個上下層的四人間，我説我定了兩個房間，前台服務員説就一個房間，而且他家沒房了，如果這樣我還預訂幹嘛？我錢都交了你説沒房了？我們沒辦理入住，她説等她同事一回來，等了一會可能是老闆娘來了，查了訂單是前台錯了，按預訂給了我們兩個房間，老闆娘辦事很利落，非常感謝🙏，這家酒店的前台非常不負責任，説什麼都説不明白，還很不耐煩，每次去前台不是打電話，就是視頻聊天，有一次跟一個男的視頻，居然都不掛斷，手機裏有一個光着上半身的男的一直在跟前台視頻。對酒店所有的不滿意全部來自這個前台服務員，不明白老闆為什麼用這麼差的一個女人

有欺騙遊客之嫌，訂了海景套房（有私人熱水池），但只給了要與其他房間共用的凍水泳池的套房，而且泳池在晚上9時後便不能使用。房間環境衛生正常，酒店位置距離大街大概10分鐘路程，晚上沿路比較暗。

這是一家很好的酒店，位置很好，乾淨衞生。特別要感謝的是我的護照丟在酒店裡，他們想方設法給我送到了新的地方。沒有影響我下面的行程。這裏表示感謝。

Very nice and cosy property. 10 mins walk to the city centre Fira. Room that we got was small but because Agoda misled us into booking. We booked a 3 occupancy room but here we got a double occupancy room, because they thought that the third person was a child. Since the hotel was choco block we Cldnt shift to a bigger room but the ppl at the reception desk were really Apologetic. The room had an adjoining balcony cum terrace which looked out to the city of Santorini and the sea. Stay was very nice. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful room with a great view and our own private hot tub. Walking in to Fira was quick and easy. Would stay again in a second.

The bed mattress needs to be replaced, and the manager refused to fix the refrigerator, which was missing the temperature control, and froze our food. But the living room space was a great convenience.Area was quiet, at least in off-season.

Property was located in a excellent location with great sea view and the staff were very friendly. The place was well maintained and loaded with all essential amenities.

Room was comfortable and quite large although located close to the road so subject to some traffic noise. Only a 10/15 minute walk to town, restaurants and shopping. Venue did not have bar, dining or laundry facilities which could possibly explain the reasonable accommodation rates.

We stayed here for two nights last weekend and all I can say is what an unforgettable experience from the moment we landed until we left. From checking in the girl on reception gave us some great tips on restaurants and places to visit before showing us to our room. This is when it all went up a notch! We were greeted with the most amazing suite complete with private hot tub that had the most amazing views over the sea. The room was spotless and had a beautiful fresh smell. Everything was absolutely perfect! On the day we were leaving we were able to leave our bags in a secure lock up as our flight wasn’t until late. When we returned to pick up our bags we were shown to a lovely clean shower and changing facility to freshen up before we left. Thank you for making our trip so special and I will without a doubt be returning to Amerisa Suites!
