My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing from the moment I arrived. The front desk greeted me with a half-hearted "hello" before immediately taking a phone call that lasted over five minutes. I had requested an early check-in ahead of time and was assured it would be fine, but I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my room to be ready.
After heading out for food and sightseeing, I returned to use the pool—a main reason I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to lounge by the pool or even set down my belongings. Worse, the pool itself was filthy. The water was greasy, algae clung to the tiles, and there were dead insects and sand floating around. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk, I was casually told to "use it with confidence." Needless to say, I couldn’t bring myself to swim in it again.
I had booked a two-night stay but couldn't bear to stay even one night. When I went to check out, the same front desk attendant smirked as I approached and then walked away, leaving me to place my room key on the counter. To top it off, I received a message five minutes later asking if I had checked out.
Overall, my experience was unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and ignored, and I won’t be returning to this hotel.
