Qoya Hotel Sao Paulo, Curio Collection by Hilton

Foi a primeira vez que nos hospedamos no Hotel Qoya. Eu e minhas amigas temos o hábito de pegar um dia do mês e "descansar" sem a família. Foi um momento muito tranquilo, de paz e conforto. Roupas de camas excelentes, localização perto de tudo o que necessitamos. Felipe e Francisco nos atenderam muito bem. O café da manhã também estava muito gostoso. Esperamos poder nos tornar clientes frequentes! Ah! e obviamente, foi através do site da TRIP que conseguimos realizar a reserva. Apesar que eu não entendi por qual motivo 3 cartões meus não foram aprovados (?), no final das contas, ocorreu tudo bem. Uma pena que a vista que tínhamos era de um prédio que nos impedia de deixar as cortinas totalmente abertas, pois nos sentimos bem expostas. No demais, só aproveitamos!

Very good stay. Best personalized service I’d ever experienced, provided by Ananda! We were celebrating our first marriage anniversary and everything went very well and peacefully. We really enjoyed. The breakfast was incredible too.

Excellent space. The service was impeccable, from the concierge through to restaurant. Our room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated with Bvlgari amenities. Each AM we had water delivered to the room and PM chocolates and a hand written note. Room had a foot spa with baths salts and herbs, lush robe and slippers. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had. Not a huge selection as they chose quality over quantity. There were also breakfast options to have items cooked for us, for no additional cost. 10/10!!

The Qoys team is amazing and certainly the best part of the stay. After them the room is incredible, with a big smart tv, geat shower, Also breakfast and the thurday night with a piano makes a diference in stay at Qoya. I loved the club Sandwich that are a genuine club sandwich by Hilton! The acurate service at the restaurant improve the experience and send us in perfect night with piano and food!

Qoya Hotel Sao Paulo, Curio Collection By Hilton We stayed in Qoya Hotel Sao Paulo, Curio Collection By Hilton for 3 nights during our holiday in Brazil. The main reason we chose the hotel was due to positive reviews, reasonable pricing and the link to Hilton. Overall, we had an excellent stay that we truly enjoyed. The hotel shines in location, cleanliness, modern decorations of the rooms. We would definitely come back and stay here. Here is a detailed evaluation of specifics: Welcome: Our flight was arriving at 6:00 a.m. so we ended up at the hotel before 9 a.m. where we didn’t have any high expectations that we would be offered a room. We were greeted quite warmly when we arrived. The check-in staff quickly checked our reservation and told that the check-in doesn’t happen before 2 p.m. However, they had rooms available and they offered to check us in early for half a day’s extra cost. We opted to leave our bags in their safe and wait until the check-in time without any problems as we already had plans and we didn’t need the room beforehand. However, it would have elevated our check-in experience even further if these available rooms were offered in more of a courtesy manner, rather than trying to make money out of these limited times. The room: When we checked into our room, we were impressed with how modern and comfortable the room was. The aircon was working perfectly. The minibar was fully stocked and they offered free drinking water which is a necessity. The bathroom was recently refurbished and had perfect water pressure. There were plenty of bathroom amenities with good quality material and they all smelled amazing. The rooms were a bit small but the size limitation was well compensated with the quality of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bedding and we didn’t want to leave our beds. Overall, it was a great experience and everything in the room was in working order. The hotel: The hotel is extremely clean and very nicely decorated. You can feel that it is a brand new hotel and the location of the hotel is the biggest advantage. You just take a few steps and you are at the Paulista Avenue with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The central location also makes it easy to take an uber to go anywhere in the city. Restaurant: Unfortunately, we didn’t use the restaurant of the hotel but there were two cool restaurants available. We cannot comment further as we enjoyed the wide variety of options on the Paulista avenue. Service: The staff are extremely positive and helpful. We didn’t experience even a single questionable behaviour and their professionalism was top notch. Overall: We loved our stay at this hotel and we would definitely come back to stay again in our future visits to Sao Paulo. The location and the modern decoration are definitely the biggest advantages. The rooms are slightly small but it wasn’t a problem for us at all.

The hotel was a delightful place to stay during our trip. Its proximity to various attractions made it convenient for us to explore the area. The staff at the hotel were not only excellent but also extremely professional in their conduct, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I’ve stayed here twice now and brought several colleagues with me. Great food from the Italian restaurant as well as very good breakfast with buffet and included a la carte. I really enjoy 5 kinds of cake for breakfast but also local fresh breads, quiche, meat, fresh fruit and cheese. The rooms are not huge but comfortable and a very nice bed and pillow selection. Fantastic showers! Best of all are the staff, most of whom speak English, because they’re so friendly and love it when you try some Portuguese with them. The lady at breakfast even remembered my name which made me feel so welcome. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, nice small boutique style hotel. Rooms are small but have all that one needs including Illy coffee. Shower pressure and rainwater shower makes a great wake up. Enjoyed my stay. Very good breakfast. Only negative thing I can think off, it's a bit noisy.

Stylish room, great restaurant, and a team of wonderful staff who made us feel at home from the moment we checked-in through the whole time they provided us with urgently needed help to recover from an Uber car accident (translation, ice pack, and a room for us to recover after we already checked out). A big shout-out to Mateus, Francisco, and the lady with him in the afternoon of 3/30/24. In addition to the warm and caring staff, we also appreciate the clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, and nice decor.
