Special mention to staff (1) Morita and (2) Mark Faucett for helping us and accommodating to our needs. My son was down with influenza and it is through them we manage to pay a 2nd visit to children hospital that take in foreigners. The first one wasn’t that effective as it is an A&E with no children doc to prescribe controlled ***** for a 4 year old as i was told. My special thanks to the hotel staff and really appreciate their help and support. In all my years of travelling for business and leisure, this is top notch customer service that makes a huge difference to receiving customer and guests. Parking - 2000 yen for 2 days but note extra charges if you exceed 12pm. We pay 800 yen for 2 more hours of parking.

Lokasi di kawasan kejiranan Taman Nakajima yang tenang adalah sempurna, tetapi jika anda tinggal lama atau mengembara sendirian sebagai seorang wanita, anda mungkin lebih baik tinggal di jalan utama, yang lebih mudah untuk membeli-belah. Hotel ini bersih dan pemandangan luar dari bilik sangat bagus. Bufet sarapan pagi yang lazat dan mempunyai pelbagai pilihan. Namun, memandangkan ia adalah malam berturut-turut, sarapan pagi adalah sama setiap hari dan saya tidak bersarapan pada penghujungnya. Alangkah baiknya jika dapat menukar sarapan kepada sarapan lewat pagi dan beralih kepada bufet makan tengah hari.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Location is second to none, just grab your bags and head straight to airport from the train station just right next to it. However, one draw back is that my room is facing the train tracks and expect excruciating noises until midnight. The bathroom could have been more cleaner as I found some body hair in the bath tub just right after I get into the room.  A bonus from this hotel: a small fee allowing you to access in door onsen, and then there is a stand serving milk and popsicles until 10:30pm. Coming out hot from the onsen with cold full cream milk, divine relaxation! Tips future traveler : request a room that is away from the tracks

Saya tinggal di bilik lama, jadi kemudahan bilik lebih lama, tetapi secara keseluruhannya sangat bersih. Pemandangan di luar tingkap bilik adalah Taman Nakajima Ia sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah Taman Nakajima, tetapi jauh dari pusat membeli-belah utama seperti Tanixiaoji Commercial Street. Ia mengambil masa 15 minit untuk ke sana lebih tenang, anda boleh memilih untuk menginap di sini, jika anda ingin dekat dengan pusat membeli-belah, anda lebih suka hotel lain!

Saya jumpa hotel ni selepas tukar itinerary buat sementara waktu. Yang paling menggembirakan ialah dekat pintu keluar utara stesen (sebab saya ada temujanji dengan orang lain di kedai serbaneka bersebelahan 😚). Ia hanya mengambil masa 3-5 minit sahaja. untuk menarik bagasi ke pintu masuk hotel, yang sangat mudah. Terdapat hotel di lobi Pelbagai keperluan harian dan agen mandi percuma untuk digunakan, dan terdapat juga mesin kopi percuma di lobi☕ Jika saya mempunyai peluang untuk ke Hokkaido pada masa akan datang, saya akan melawat lagi

Great place! Really big compared to other hotels in Sapporo/big city. I really love sofa. When I arrived, exhausted from a long drive and a long queue of Sushiten, I checked in at the hotel and fell a sleep on this sofa until it’s late at night!!! I love that there is a 7-11 connected to the hotel which you can use your keycard to open another side of the store.

Good stay at this hotel. Like it. Convenient area where you can get to your destination easily.

2 small double beds were fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great breakfast buffet including wine and ice cream, salmon roe, cod roe and rice porridge for kids! Late checkout incurs a fee of 2000 yen an hour. Right outside exit 9 of JR with complete step-free access from the JR trains. No facilities but at least the lifts are fast. Close to daimaru where there is a Pokémon Heaps of mainland chinese tourists but I would definitely stay again.
