Hotel berhampiran Iwato Kannondo Temple, Sapporo

8月後半に一人で一泊しました。大通公園沿いからホテルグループのバスで送迎していただけます。 温泉宿もあまり得意でなく、しかも女性限定の宿は初めてでお試しといった感じでした。建物は古いと思われますが、ロビーもラウンジも落ち着いた、ちょっとかわいらしい感じ。部屋はスタンダードのツインでしたので質素で家具なども少し古いようでしたが、広く、窓からまぶしい緑を望むことが出来、クーラーいらずで癒されました。到着時のおやつは一口サイズですが、坂の上の最中のパウンドケーキ数種、クッキー数種、手作りポテチにスパークリングワインとコーヒー、嬉しくないハズないですね。苦手な浴衣にさっさと着替えて温泉へ、脱衣場も二か所あり、温泉も露天風呂も宿泊客に対してゆったり。早めの夕食は一人でも気を遣うことなく緑を眺めながら、お酒も少しずついろいろいただきつつ、まごわやさしい10種の前菜からゆっくりサーブしていただきデザートまで丁度よい量で美味しくいただきました。エステは受けませんでしたが、貸し切り風呂をゆっくりいだたき、2階のラウンジで変わったハーブティをいただき、21時過ぎにお夜食?の小ぶりのブランマンジェなどとサングリアをいただき、ちょっと外で星空を見上げて(何年ぶり?)から就寝。。。 早起き癖のため、早朝風呂は貸し切り状態、露天でまーったりしました。朝食はゆっくりな時間のため、ウォーキングがてら定山渓を一周1 時間半ほど歩き回り、朝食はおにぎりと和のおかずのほかに、バイキングのサラダとフルーツ、ヨーグルト、ふかしジャガイモ、盛り方もお皿も美しく、これも美味しくいただきました。 帰りも送迎バスでしたので、それまでハーブティをいただきゆっくり、お昼前に再び大通公園に。 女性のみの小さいホテルだからか、他のお客さんや従業員の方を気にすることもなく、ゆったりでき、季節を変えてまた訪れたいと思える宿でした。

北海道民です。昨年の春、コロナの影響で九州への新婚旅行をキャンセル・無期延期としました。 感染対策やステイホームを徹底しながら過ごしておりましたが、ストレスの溜まる日々。 頑張ってはいたけれど、やはりこのまま年を越してしまうのは辛い、 他県に出ず、道内で構わないので年内にどこかへ出かけたいと夫へ提案。 ゆっくり温泉に浸かって癒されようか、という話になり、 定山渓の宿を探し始めたところで、定山渓商店さんを知りました。 お酒が充実していること（宿の中に蔵がある）や、夕食が焼肉のコースであることなどの めずらしさに惹かれ、お伺いしました。 「必要なものは、必要なだけあればいい。」というコンセプト通り、 アメニティや施設、設備などは最小限。 ドリンクも都度、自分でバーカウンターへ行って注文し、受け取り、 飲み終えたらグラスを返却します。 上記のような環境だからか、宿泊客が一ヶ所に密集するという状況も少なかったように思います。 旅先ですのでハイレベルなホスピタリティを重視される方も多いかと思いますが、 そういった方には向かないお宿かなと感じます。 （サービス料金もありません） しかしながら、おもてなしにあまり縛られず、 マイペースにくつろぎたいという方には、むしろとてもお勧めです。 私も実際、伺うまで雰囲気が分かりませんでしたが、滞在中はかなりのびのびできました。 毎年一回は、定山渓商店さんへの宿泊を恒例化したいね、と夫婦で話しております。

Our third time in the area but stayed here for the first time as most other hotels were more expensive. Sizeable twin room with charming view. Plenty of room amenities. Very hospitable staff. Some spoke excellent English. Buffet dinner and breakfast were luxuorious. We saw four deers eating vitually feets outside the restaurant window during dinner as well as a big raccoon. The Onsen was maintained in the most respectful manner. Free harp concert in the evening was a grateful bonus. We enjoyed thoroughly.

Semua kakitangan sopan dan tersenyum, dan ia adalah perkhidmatan pelanggan yang sangat baik. Adalah baik bahawa perkhidmatan minuman alu-aluan dan kemudahan juga banyak ^ ^ Saya telah sarapan pagi, tetapi kakitangannya juga sopan dan menyenangkan pagi. Rasanya sangat lazat dan saya fikir pengisian dilakukan serta-merta dan tidak ada kekurangan. Bilik itu berkembar dan tidak besar, tetapi bilik yang bersih cukup. Saya juga mahu menggunakannya semasa melancong!

This is a brand new hotel in Susukino area. The access is so convenient, connected to a mall and there’s a Lawson at the ground floor. Staff can’t speak English well, but they tried their best to communicate with me. I stay at the standard room, it was not too big but very clean. Heater works well, and all room amenities can be found at the lobby. Thank you so much for making my 4D3N memorable!

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Check in is easy and fuss free done by machine . Room is huge and clean . Hotel at a great location just opposite Sapporo station. There is an underground link from Sapporo station to the hotel with a lot shopping at the underground walkway. There is also bus that can travel directly from the hotel to New Chitose airport . Super convenient if you have a lot of luggages and with young kids. No need to drag your luggage to Sapporo station to squeeze the train with the crowd . Just board the bus and pay upon arrival at airport , fuss free and easy ! The hotel allow you to store your luggage if you are travelling out for 1-2 days to other places .Highly recommend.

Terletak dengan sangat mudah, hanya kira-kira 2-3 minit berjalan kaki dari Exit Utara stesen JR Sapporo. Berus gigi, uncang teh, kopi segera dll tersedia secara percuma untuk dibawa di lobi lif. Aras 2 mempunyai ruang tamu dengan kopi percuma dan dispenser ais sekiranya anda mahukan bir sejuk di dalam bilik anda. Bilik agak besar dan direka dengan baik dengan banyak permukaan untuk meletakkan barang. Tandas dan bilik mandi diasingkan, yang bagus jika anda tidak tinggal bersendirian. Bilik mandi mempunyai set yang saya tidak kenali, kerana paip pancuran mandian terletak di luar tab mandi, walaupun anda boleh menarik kepala pancuran mandian ke dalam tab mandi. TV mempunyai Netflix (anda perlu log masuk ke akaun anda sendiri), YouTube dll, jadi lebih banyak pilihan untuk hiburan jika anda hanya mahu berehat di dalam bilik.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.
