Hotel berhampiran Sapporo Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Sapporo

While the hotel facilities show some signs of age, our overall stay was generally comfortable. However, there was one service-related issue that left room for improvement. Despite making a reservation for three people, including a child, we were told we could only receive towels for two people because the room was originally designed for double occupancy. The staff's rigid stance on this matter was disappointing, and we would appreciate more flexible service in such situations. A simple request for an extra towel shouldn't be such an issue at a hotel of this caliber.

Easy check in and check out. They have parking as well which is great. The bakery near the hotel entrance is good.

Ini adalah tempat yang sesuai untuk pengembaraan solo saya di Sapporo. Lokasinya pasti lebih baik di Susukino, dengan begitu banyak restoran dan kedai berdekatan untuk diterokai. Bilik itu kecil tetapi bersih dan moden, menawarkan semua yang saya perlukan untuk penginapan yang selesa. Tambahan pula ada kek percuma pada sebelah petang Untuk harga, sukar untuk mengalahkan nilai dan kemudahan, terutamanya jika anda ingin menyelami suasana makanan yang meriah dan tarikan tempatan di Sapporo. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi!

Nice location which is not far from the station Odori. But it was a pity there is no onsen in the hotel. The reception was nice. The bathroom in the room was lage compared with the other hotel I stayed when I was in Hokkaido. 😂

Hotel yang baru dibuka ini terletak dengan sempurna bersebelahan stesen Susukino di Aras 7. Bas Limosin Lapangan Terbang akan menurunkan anda kira-kira 1 blok ke belakang dari hotel. Bilik-bilik agak kecil tetapi berfungsi, bilik yang lebih besar mempunyai pemandangan yang lebih kecil jadi pilih bilik yang kecil. Anda tidak akan dapat mengakses onsen/spa hotel melainkan anda menempah bilik premium tanpa akses berbayar dibenarkan. Ini kelihatan seperti pemikiran pendek yang luar biasa di hotel terutamanya jika onsen kosong. Mengapa tidak menawarkan kemasukan berbayar kepada tetamu semasa waktu sunyi? Hotel ini juga mengambil bahagian dalam pembersihan hijau yang meluas dengan komitmen palsu untuk membantu alam sekitar. Jika anda memilih pengemasan eko, mereka masih akan membuang berus gigi anda dan menggantikan berus gigi yang lain. Selain itu, mereka memberi anda kod QR untuk menebus sebotol air teh percuma (tidak pasti bagaimana ini membantu alam sekitar?) Sarapan pagi tidak mengapa tetapi pastikan anda tiba sebelum pukul 9 pagi kerana makanan tidak diisi semula atau diganti pada bufet. Terdapat banyak kakitangan perkhidmatan berdiri dan berlari-lari tetapi tidak banyak produktiviti membersihkan meja, mengeluarkan pinggan dll. Kawasan tempatan mempunyai bahagian hadapan kedai ”maklumat perempuan” yang luas jadi saya mungkin tidak akan mengesyorkan kawasan itu untuk keluarga walaupun ia berasa selamat.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of the room quality and amenities as well as the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. The place was not spiffy clean but also got that that very homey feel. The winter season makes this hotel even more attractive as it comforts you well amidst the cold outside the premises. The breakfast was unique and we enjoyed the variety that was available daily. The location is also the best as public transportation is easily accessible but we were mostly taking cabs as we booked arrangements in other places that were a bit far and this was the last leg of our Japan vacation and we had less strength to us public transportation. We truly recommend this hotel especially to groups and families visiting Sapporo.

The room type we booked is a bit small with narrow entrance. Extra large bed that’s comfy. Conveniently located near our favourite soup curry restaurant (Treasure), Tanukikoji, Donki, Sapporo Drug store etc… easily accessible to Odori Park, Sapporo Station & Susukino. Lounge offers free hot drinks (coffee & tea) until 12am, great place to unwind together with friends & family during winter.

While Koko Hotel is located near many attractions, such as Tanukikouji and Odori Park, as well as several convenience stores, it was slightly difficult to find coming out of Odori station. Staff did not speak good English, but made great efforts to try to overcome the language barrier nonetheless while staying professional, which I appreciate.

Smile Hotel Premium - Sapporo Susukino was an ideal base for my solo adventure in Sapporo. The location couldn’t have been better—right in Susukino, with so many restaurants and shops nearby to explore. The room was small but spotless and modern, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm and attentive, happy to give tips on local spots. For the price, it’s hard to beat the value and convenience, especially if you’re looking to dive into Sapporo’s lively food scene and local attractions. I’d stay here again!

We stayed this hotel due to its “famous” breakfast. But tbh, it is only a “acceptable” to me. The place is crowded and easily to bang into each other. I think it famous is due to they get to eat crab and ikura unlimited on such a valuable price. But the ikura and crab is only soso to normal. They serve cheese and ham as well. Bed and pillow is so hard to sleep. Multi level parking lots is just right behind the after with 1500¥ per day.
