When we here was a bit of a wait to get registered. The room was nice and very clean. It contained a fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc. However, it did not contain a phone book. Free wifi was available for the guest. The room did not contain a bath mat the tub, although a fair size, was quite slippery. I slipped twice while trying to shower. They provided breakfast which had a wide variety of good food. The hotel is pet friendly, it is my suggestion if you dont like pets go elsewhere. It is pet friendly that should indicate something. It was a fantastic place to stay over all.

There was not any coffee or coffee pot in the room. Breakfast was Ok however the same housekeeper for cleaner was putting the bread into the boxes without using any gloves.

When we checked in, we were given a room, walked all the way upstairs with luggage and bags because there is no elevator, only to find this room a complete mess! Definitely hadn’t been even looked at by cleaning staff. Clearly some poor communication and time management between employees. Had to walk all the way back down stairs with everything to obviously ask for a new room. Front desk person was running around with a clip board trying to find another room. It was a pretty awful experience.
Once we finally got into an appropriate room, it was nice. Looked a bit updated but nothing spectacular. Check out was easy. Not sure we would stay there again.

The only thing that was unique about the property was that there was no elevator. I have mobility issues and cannot do stairs. Nowhere did I read (apparently, it's stated somewhere) that there was no elevator. I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn that did not have an elevator so was not on my radar. We got there late and was told our room was on the second floor. The only accessible room on the main floor had a king bed. I was there with a companion and we needed 2 queen beds. After a lengthy discussion they said they had 2 queen beds if we were okay with a pet room. Since this was our only option, it had to do. I do not have pets and it grossed me out.
The staff was nice, friendly and tried to be accomodating but it was a disappointing stay.

I didn’t like that our room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel only provided a continental breakfast and didn’t have a restaurant.

Property is very dated, carpets in our room was worn and the room had an unpleasant order to it, likely from the carpets. Bed and bedding were good.

There were no USB plugs anywhere in the room. No light over or on the desk. Room temperature was uncomfortable and difficult to control.

Within 5 minutes of being checked into our room we had a male just use his key card and walk right into our room. Found out later it was an employee. Called front desk as the tv djd not work, they sent an employee after 30 mins of waiting, which this employee could not fix it neither. Was woken up at 6am with slamming of doors. Was not an ideal stay
