Location is a bit difficult because although there is a regular free shuttle Bus to the airport there is no easy way into the City. So by the time you've seen a show in town, the shuttle Bus has finished and taxis are required.
Also it took 45 minutes to check out and they have 50 euros of mine as a deposit - I hope they return it quickly.

Perfect for a night lay over, nothing to eat or see around and restaurant was a bit expensive.

This was the second time I visited the Netherlands and the second time I stayed at this hotel as my first stay was in 2017. I will not hesitate to stay there again when I visit the Netherlands in the future. The hotel made my trip in the Netherlands more enjoyable. Thank you to the Turkish receptionist. She was helpful. Very thanks to the hotel for providing the organic water in the hotel lobby which is offered free of charge.
كانت هذه هي المرة الثانية التي ازور فيها هولندا والمرة الثانية التي اقيم فيها بهذا الفندق حيث أن اقامتي الأولى كانت في عام 2017 لقد لن اتردد بالإقامة فيه مرة أخرى عند زيارتي لهولندا بالمستقبل لقد جعل الفندق رحلتي في هولندا ممتعة أكثر ، شكرا لموظفة الاستقبال التركية كانت خدومة جدا وشكرا للفندق لتوفير الماء العضوي بهو الفندق الذي يقدم مجانا

Great interior
Very poor and bad communication regarding to how they deal with complaints.
Amateurish room service service and digital set up
Waited two hours on a night pizza that did not arrived because it seems they had no “chef” available that could heat up the night snack?
Breakfast room service also taken care of in a way like this is being an assignment of grade 1 of the hospitality school.

It was an amazing experience. The free spa and pool was really good and we enjoyed it a lot. I also became a member of this Hotel for special rewards. It’s absolutely worth staying in this hotel and the branch.
