"Using CitizenM for years this was the first experience as a Marriot brand. Checking on was not possible with the app, when at the desk it took about 30 min before the found the reservation. Finally received a room, where the shower door de not close completely, resulting in wet area for shaving and entry to the toilet. After showering it took about 10 min., before the shower stopped dripping. As this was a room from the old selection the iPad was charged conventional with a continue led light on during the night. The blackout window curtains did not close…. Just terrible, next to fact of the that as a frequented traveller no free drinks anymore."

"It’s the best hotel with very reasonable price in Amsterdam. As we rent a car, it’s super convenient that hotel providing a carpark just in front of hotel. Though it required parking fee, it’s very reasonable and affordable! The breakfast buffet from hotel is super yummy with many choices. Hotel shuttle provides us a ride from airport which we are definate appreciated but just every 30 min is bit long! We really enjoyed a lot during our stay!"

"I recently stayed at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center and found it to be incredibly convenient. "Hotel is located “near” the airport, but the walking distance is at least half a kilometre. Also the inclined elevator that goes up the walkway to the hotel does not always works. So if you have a lot of baggage with you, it would be better to choose the Sheraton which is a lot closer instead. There are also no other restaurants near by other than the one inside the hotel, which has a rather limited manual."

"Suitable for friends who can't transfer from the airport without a visa, they can live for 12 hours normally. If you need to delay check out, it will be 10 euros/hour. Although the area is small and the sound of getting in and out of the water is loud, it is very convenient to transit overnight. PS: The location is next to McDonald's in T2Dgate lounge 2, the door is very small and does not hit the eye."

"This hotel is perfect for a layover or an early morning flight. The shuttle service to the airport starts at 4 AM, which is very convenient! The hotel itself is quite large, and there's a painted airplane inside, which is a cool and interesting touch. In the lobby, they offer a buffet and a cafe with Western food options, plus they have their own supermarket. All the facilities in the hotel are very new! However, the receptionist I encountered wasn't very familiar with the check-in process and charged me twice for the room, in addition to the amount already paid through Ctrip. Ctrip quickly helped to mediate and resolve the issue, and I'm currently waiting for the hotel's refund."

"nice location close to the airport and used the free shuttle service early in the morning. Unfortunately we haven’t slept all night because our room was so warm, we already switched hotel rooms because the airconditioning was broken. We were really dissapointed that no one asked us how our stay was during check out . We will not come back."

"The hotel is a 20-min shuttle ride (free) from Schiphol airport. Rooms are perfect, as one would expect. Quiet. Comfortable. Clean. Staff is very helpful. There is a small convenience store inside with a microwave, as well as two restaurants and a buffet cafeteria."
