KOKO應該是收購了很多以前別的品牌的酒店，再改成自己的管理模式。仙台站附近有兩家，一家在仙台站西，走路幾分鐘，但建築更老一些，裏面風格是屎黃色有點像7、80年代中國家庭裝修。這家內裝是黑色的，比較像銀座店，但建築可能更老一些。地理位置很好，靠近青葉通，旁邊有公園，走路的話大概是1.6km到仙台站，全程有無障礙的道路可尋，所以即使從仙台站推箱子出來也是問題不大。日本人做事有點死板，2點半到的，明明有房了，但還是讓顧客等到三點check in。後來不知道怎麼又開竅了，2點45又讓顧客去check in了。總之，現地管理是一種藝術，如果衹是在那邊打工的，確實衹要按照流程來就好了。離東北大學也不遠，過個馬路走到底，進校園後直行再右轉，就可以看到先生的塑像。先生之風，山高水長。趕上了青葉祭，也就是麻雀舞，不知道由來，但熱鬧程度和可觀賞性呢，比不上德島的阿波舞祭，來了就來了，湊個熱鬧唄，那天週六仙台站周邊住宿漲了一倍，衹有大年公園旁的這個KOKO，還維持原價，200多一晚你去哪裡找？人好歹東北一線大城市，這個價格，可以了。另外就是check out後，想打車去機場的，本來想讓前台幫忙訂車，不知道是不是溝通有問題，不情不願出來一個人在路邊幫忙叫車，還伸懶腰打哈欠，於是客氣地請他回去，路邊揚招誰還不會嘛... 總之，KOKO系列，為了性價比，可以住。但如果是情侶，尤其是蜜月期，嗯，你懂的，這是商務系列的，可能會破壞你們浪漫的小氣氛，不推薦哦... 以上。

酒店位置離車站不遠，且離熱鬧的商店街也很近，食宿相當方便，只不過酒店招牌不太顯眼，很容意路過錯過，而接待大廳在酒店7樓，須換乘電梯才能到客房，客房空間不大，盥洗用品在大廳自取，頂樓附設大浴場可供房客免費使用，整體來說還不錯！

I love this hotel so much. Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel. Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far ) If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go. We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car. Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

周りのホテルより少しお値段が高めですが、人気の朝食バイキングと温泉の大浴場で選びました。 ○客室は新しい感じで清潔感を感じ大変綺麗です。備え付けのタオルが大小各一枚しかなく、できれば洗面用のタオルが一枚あったらよかったです。 ○大浴場には客室のタオルを持参します。意外に空いていて湯船が広くゆっくりでき疲れが取れました。温泉は人工温泉でした。 ○コインランドリーは洗剤不要で2台設けられています。大浴場の営業時間内のみ使用することができます。通常コースは洗濯から乾燥まで約2時間。 ○朝食バイキングは、和洋中に加え郷土料理もあり、私が選んだものはすべて美味しいと感じました。種類が多くとてもすべてを食べることは難しいと思います。朝食会場は通路やテーブルの間隔が狭く6時40分頃にはもう混んていたので時間に余裕を持って行くことをおすすめします。 ○仙台市内の観光(瑞鳳殿、仙台城、大崎八幡宮など)にはるーぷる仙台が便利と思います。るーぷる仙台は観光スポットを巡る循環バスでホテルからは青葉通一番町駅バス停から乗ることができます。 ◎立地、客室、朝食バイキング、大浴場から見てこのホテルを選んでよかったと思いました。

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts. There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.

飛び石連休でビジネスホテルが空きだったせいか安く泊まれました。設備は問題なし。少し水音が気になる時もあった。朝食は小さいソーセージとか焼き魚、ポテトサラダなどの盛り合わせで、希望すればのりや納豆もサービス。コーヒーや飲み物はセルフ、上げ下げはしてくれました。パン食もあるようです。エレベーターの前には貸し出し用ズボンプレッサーが置いてあり、パリッとしなければならない向きには便利そうです。周りは飲食店も多く地下鉄、新幹線も近い至便なところです。

You really can't beat this location. Service is also excellent and made the stay very pleasant. Rooms were fair sized and the view was nice, looking out to the bus station and onto shops etc. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

仙台駅東口側に、2020年3月に開業した新しい建物のホテルです。ホテルは基本素泊まりメインなので、綺麗なお布団とお風呂とトイレと綺麗なタオルやドライヤー等のアメニティがあれば十分な人間からしたら、フロントの対応も簡易的且つスムーズで親切でしたし、文句の言いようがない感じでした。コロナ渦の情勢下においては、宿泊施設に求めるホスピタリティは、セキュリティ含め、このくらいの距離感が居心地よく感じられましたが、知識と言語力がなく、言い方が適切ではなくとても申し訳ないのですが私は高級ホテルのサービスを知らない人間なので、良い印象でした。こんなところにホテルかぁ、と、世界的規模でどの地域においても、駅の東側って閑静なイメージが大きいですが、まわりにコンビニもあり、地下鉄東西線の宮城野駅も近いですし、仙台駅にもゆっくり歩いても10分もかからない程度でつくので、静かに休みたい方にはよい場所な気がします。

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed one night for trip to Tohoku. Hotel was brand new and SO CLEAN! Location: Literally 3 min walk from station. If you have luggae, it's tricky: come out on 2nd floor, going through connected bridge and use elevator at PARCO then ground level and hotel is next door. Great location walk to everywhere, has beautiful starbucks downstairs. Morning market is right behind the hotel; we were hoping that we could get some breakfast early in am. When we went at 8am, not many stores were open yet. We were able to get local strawberries for decent price and it was really good. Room: Got Relax Twin Room. Has electric massage chair in room with corner views. Views were not that great but room was very spacious, hollywood twins. Separate tub/shower and vanity was very nice, very nice decor. Coin Laundry: This hotel has coin laundry (all-in-one with dryer) and that's the reason why we stayed. We were able to see if Washer is in use or not with room TV which was GREAT. I felt we could have stayed other 2 nights (stayed at Metropolitan East due to its location) at Daiwa, it was very nice stay. Brand new, clean hotel in great location and great rates. I'd go back again next time next time!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery nice place , we loved it because of its hot spring.. the room is very neat , also they have some free snacks, such as coffee machine so you can drink all you want, free ice candy, free yonaki soba to eat at night in their restaurant, then they have free yakult for each every morning. The service is very good. We stayed there with our 1yo, and he liked it. The room is spacious enough for him to play around. Location is very convenient esp if you have a car you can ride around the area , a lot of shopping centers and restaurants. We'll definitely book again in this hotel.

JJennifer W.Perhaps the best hotel throughout my Tokyo - Tohoku trip. Comparatively spacious, staff speaks English well, the onsen spa is very affordable for guests, walking distance from Sendai station, hotel has unique 18th century European design, comfortable beds, good amenities. Only thing is that the onsen spa does not permit guests with tattoo, which can pose a bit of a problem in light of the free and open society nowadays. Perhaps the hotel can limit it to restricting only guests with ”tattoo sleeves” or something. Small cute little tattoos all over the body do not necessarily create a negative perception. I have 3 small tattoos on my body and I still went to the onsen nonetheless during non-peak hours, just to be respectful (I was all alone and would have left if it created discomfort for other guests). But love the hotel overall. Highly recommended.

PPengguna Tetamu今年9月1日に開業したばかり、「変なホテル仙台国分町」さんに宿泊いたしました。場所は、一番町アーケード内。近くには仙台三越や歓楽街国分町。じゃらんよりネット予約。開業特別プランということもあり1泊朝食付きで5000円台で宿泊ができました。まず入口からチェックインカウンターまでの道中、素敵なプロジェクションマッピングがお出迎え、更にチェックインは無人。タッチパネルにて必要事項を記入後、精算機にて入金（クレジットカード💳等も利用可能）し、カードキーをいただくシステム。特に難しい操作はありませんでした。さっそく部屋へ向かいます。案内された4階のシングルルーム。といってもベッドはダブルサイズ。マットはフランスベッド製。寝心地が抜群に良かった。枕元ににはコンセントがあり、スマホの充電🔋が容易。広さは16.6平米とじゅうぶん。テレビはSONYのグラビア43インチ、スマートTVで YouTubeなどの映像コンテンツが利用でき大変便利。また、LGスタイラーで衣類のシワ伸ばしと消臭効果。朝食は、仙台の洋食店ハチさんが1階テナントとして入居、ナポリタン、オムライス、カレーより選択。（共にドリンク、スープ、サラダ🥗付き。）私はナポリタンをチョイス。量も多く満足のいくものでした。（逆に日本の朝ごはんを求める方には少々ヘビーかもしれません。）非常に満足。変なホテル。リピします。

MMeganTraveling with my mom. Room was fairly decent size- love the available bath products and face care products at the lobby. The bathroom was also clean. Great view out the window. Staff were a little inexperienced with requests to ship luggage to another hotel however and forgot to give receipt. I also cannot read or write japanese but was asked to put the address down myself- at other hotels the concierge wrote the address for us.

11300ホテルのロケーションはとても良い場所にあります。仙台駅から徒歩で10分程度で、アーケードを通れば、雨にもほぼ濡れる事は無いです。朝市にも近くて、飲食店も近くに沢山ありました。国分町にも近いです。阿部蒲鉾本店が1階にありますので、お土産は便利です。施設内は大浴場もありましたが、男女入れ替え制ですので、自由な時間には入浴できませんでした。フロント横にコーヒーサイフォンがありましたが、ポットが無くていただく事は出来ませんでした。喫煙可能のお部屋が少ない世の中では喫煙可能がお部屋を提供して頂く事は有り難いです。また利用したです。

PPengguna Tetamu値段が安いのでしょうがないですが机は狭いので作業する方には向きません。空調は弱から強まで調整は出来ます。乾燥しやすい部屋なので濡れたタオルを干すのをおすすめします。Wi-Fiは強くないですが備え付けテレビでYouTubeなど動画サイトを見ることが出来ます。

LLyMinhLocation a little away from the centre, no that easy to get to but in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff with good service. Also allowed to leave baggage after check in. The lady who helped with that also had perfect English. Unfortunately I ended up at a time where the prices were extortionate due to some event happening but this was the most affordably priced option without sacrificing too much, also one of the very few with rooms available at that time too. Happy with this and would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance to the centre.
