Pros Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Like the fact the toilet and shower are well separated by the bath tub, keeps the toilet very dry. Aircon and shower are strong and powerful. Cons Lack of power points in room, very inconvenient to charge phone near bed. Sink was choked. There was no face or hand towel, very inconvenient. Room lighting is too dim once curtains are drawn. Breakfast is horrible, same items every day. BF starts at 0630 but even at 0645, egg station is not manned, some other food items are not even ready. Mere empty pots with labels. Porridge was extremely cold on second day, had to inform staff before a lukewarm pot was substituted. Even that, the lukewarm porridge was almost inedible. Fried kway teow was too spicy. I can normally take spicy but what i had that day was beyond a normal person's tolerance level. Fried rice was cold and hard, like as it is had been left overnight.

Everything was okay, staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Loved the hotel and would love to come again in future.

Had a pleasant stay at Royale Chulan Seremban. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel offers good facilities and a relaxing environment. Highly recommended for both business and family trips.

The best in Seremban, location is in the city center. Near to many eating places. Room given fit my purposes. Breakfast was good. Book without doubt.

The room had a strong Muslim scent, especially the bathroom. What I found most unacceptable was the lack of complimentary bottled water. They gave me two empty glasses and told me to fill them with purified tap water. What?! You expect me to drink purified tap water at a hotel? The pool on the first floor was also closed and unusable at night. It's just an average place, suitable for a one-night stay before you leave. Breakfast was also mediocre, catering more to Malaysians.

Hi. I would say this could be the best hotel in seremban but again, not much choices of high end hotels in this town though. I got the garden view room, nothing to complain for the view. Breakfast almost same everyday, youll be bored after 3 days stay. But this time, i think the wifi is a bit slow than before. Lastly, room carpet really needed deep cleaning, it will be a lot better.

Stayed from 31/5/26 – 2/6/26 during public holiday period. We booked the Superior Twin Room. Surprisingly, no deposit was required during check-in although hotel rules stated RM100 deposit. Room condition was okay, furniture style looked a bit old-fashioned but the room size was quite spacious considering this is one of the cheapest room options. Breakfast was average. Not bad, but nothing special. The swimming pool area was nice for families. There’s a slide at the adult pool area, one kids’ pool and one jacuzzi pool. For a hotel located in the middle of Seremban town, it was quite okay overall and the kids enjoyed their stay. Overall rating: 4/5 ⭐

Everything goes so well, from reception, room, amenties, food is good also. Just late got other 2 room, wait for 1 hours. Need improve abt it.

In short, terribly disappointed and not worth tbe money as I booked Executive. I'm a frequent traveller to Malaysia including states like Melaka, Ngeri Sembilan Seremban and Kuala Lumpur twice every month. Not the first time I've booked Executive Room requested beforehand for all clean and functional condition away from lift. I got room 1041. Terrible points I must highlight: 1. Room near lift. I could hear constant lift mechanism noise behind wall. 2. Dysfunctional restroom items. The hand wash basin drainage faulty as stopper lever not working and water drained extremely slow. 3. Bathtub tap vs shower head switch faulty. 4. Toilet bowl with fixed backside washer. Such design was unhygienic without bidet spray and that the drain located further away under the hand wash basin. 5. Breakfast at level one was noisy and unwelcoming "like pasar malam" due to crowd. The only reason i still booked Royal Chulan Seremban was it's only best hotel in Negri Sembilan.
