The staff were so welcoming at this hotel and so helpful. They gave us advice on the city and booked tickets for us. The hotel was immaculately clean and spacious with bespoke rooms and large bar area and rooftop pool. Located close to the cathedral, parks and royal palace it could not be better situated. Close to many excellent cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

Hotel was in the heart of Seville. Very convenient and the staff made you feel like Royalty I would highly recommend this property. Also if you know about Nobu restaurants around the world this is Nobu hotel and has Nobu restaurant inside the property for dining options

I haven’t written a review for a while but our disappointment in Nobu Seville warrants warning others . We booked a Premium view relying on the website photos - our room did not feature in the photos. We arrived to a pokey room with high windows and yes a view but as I subsequently discovered when reading the room description the size varied from -23 to 36 sqm . 13 sqm is a huge difference. We were prepared to put up with the small room but we had a terrace outside our room where people had drinks . The noise started late afternoon, we thought ok but then when people were trying our door looking for the toilet that was enough. We asked reception for another room . He said only the suite was available, I said we could move tomorrow as we were staying 4 nights and he said he would look at options . He never got back. After children were banging on our door I went to reception to see what was happening about an alternate room . He ( no name tags) said he hadn’t looked but the suite was as available at an extra cost . We had no alternative but to pay the extra. Really the hotel was not full our whole stay - they could have done more - but went for the upsell. The suite was strange with a tiny wardrobe with hanging for about 6 items . The other areas for improvement are - 1 Water , you only get one bottle for the entire stay , really ? - 2 Air Con was constantly being turned up , we had to call every evening to ask them to turn it down . - 3 There was no room service except for a limited Nobu menu. - Ground floor Bar often no staff , in fact whole place was under staffed . - Poor management who did nothing to improve our stay . Good points - Nil the concierge was helpful with bookings - Wish I had his name , the trainee gentleman on the front desk was very nice . The others all a bit disingenuous. - The doormen were pleasant and helpful - The location was good . - House keeping was good Im not sure what clientele Nobu is trying to attract but they are definitely below par compared to other hotels at the same price. . And it seems there is no more Nobu and Mercer Hotels now have taken over . What a disaster after such a short time , clearly the result of appalling management. Mercer will have to do a lot to restore confidence in this hotel .

We would love to say this is a beautiful hotel but our experience was completely ruined by crickets that kept us awake all night for two consecutive nights. You might say, “so what are some cricket sounds.” To put it in perspective, we thought the sound was coming from the room smoke detector. That didn’t turn off from 2am-8am. We were assured that the room would be fully checked by maintenance to remove any crickets. However, a cricket fell from the ceiling the following morning as the we were leaving the room. We were told that the manager would contact us immediately when they arrived at 8am. Two days later and we have never heard from anyone. While they said we could potentially switch rooms for the second night, the only room offered was undergoing maintenance and there were no guarantees that crickets would not impact that room. We tried to be accommodating but to be kept up all night by smoke detector sounding crickets without a hotel manager having the courtesy to give us a call, requires a WARNING - STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Very friendly staff. Upgraded our room on our final night here and left extra treats. Chocolates every night also. Great central location. Quiet rooms. New and modern decor. Very clean and comfortable beds. Heavy rain at time of our stay but that didn’t stop us enjoying beautiful Seville.

The most over rated place I have ever stayed at. Waiting 16 minutes for a drink at the bar, when there are 8 people here may I add, to this morning asking for milk for coffee and being bought a cup and charged for it. We contacted reception personally, saying we had do not disturb on door so do we have to have to contact housekeeping, she told us no just turn door key around - just walked into room 9pm not touched. I can’t believe the price we are being charged for this and would not recommend to anyone. The room is so loud we have had zero sleep with everyone shouting outside, shouldn’t a hotel so renowned be soundproof, until 6 this morning there were people drunk and loud outside the window!!!!! I would have mentioned this to reception but felt anxious after her comments saying I was wrong about the milk! She actually put the error back on me which was quite frankly unbelieveable! The guy in reception is lovely but no name tag to give his his five stars but we tipped him. An awful place and so disappointed as it was our anniversary, I actually cried - not to mention checking out this morning, mentioning ants being in the room and bed and expressing our concerns and how we have stayed in other nobu hotels and so disappointed in this, but the receptionist awful didn’t even call a manager to express the issue we were stating about the ants - which have even got into my handbag, just awful awful awful - this should have been escalated for us to speak to higher powers that be but it wasn’t, don’t waste your money for a hotel name I feel totally ripped off!

Having read the reviews for this new Nobu hotel in Seville and how wonderful and attentive the staff are I was quite excited in booking with them. After looking at the website and assessing the room categories I sent an email on 24.11. with a couple of questions. That was replied to by Luis within the same day, excellent service I thought. Then I responded on the same day to make a firm reservation with Luis, specifying a particular room. But with no response after 3 days I sent a reminder email on 27.11. with still no response. On 28.11. I called the hotel and spoke to a female member (can't remember her name) at reception asking why no one has written back. The staff member found my email and stated they have been too busy to attend to this as they have been fully occupied. Not the response I was expecting from a 5 star establishment where answering emails is not considered an important virtue. The female staff member advised that she will pass this on to Luis to respond. But alas, still no reply and now a whole week has passed by on 01.12. A very disappointing experience if you cannot even converse professionally via emails with a five star hotel with only 25 rooms. I question if the excellent Guest Relations member Pablo Delgado is still with the hotel, whom other reviewers have given a favorable feedback.

Great Location. Fantastic service. Very kind staff. Without any doubt a great choice to stay at Seville. Highly recommended. We spent a wonderful weekend staying at Nobu and having also a great culinary experiences both at dinner and lunch at Nobu Restaurant. Top

We had a fantastic stay at Nobu hotel in Seville. Upon entering the hotel we were given a very warm welcome. The staff at the hotel are friendly and approachable. The room was slightly dark, however , beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable with luxury bed linen. Bathroom products were lovely. Roof top bar served delicious cocktails. The Nobu restaurant was equally as good as the hotel. Really great to see a high end hotel matching high end service! We will definitely be returning.
